About this apartment rental
This condo is in a perfect, central location overlooking Lake Dillon in beautiful Frisco, Colorado. It's only a short drive to 6 world-class ski resorts. Pick your favorite or ski them all - Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone, Loveland, Arapaho Basin, Vail, or even Beaver Creek. You will not want to come inside once you are captured by the views from the 7th floor balcony. Just off the living room with seating for four, this is truly special. Lake Dillon is laid out before you with Keystone beyond and Grays and Torreys peak in the distance. Keep an eye out for your returning fishermen too. A few minutes walk to grocery stores, restaurants (don’t skip Outer Range Brewing company) and Starbucks.Factory Outlets in Silverthorne are just 4 miles away. Mountain rustic in a modern building. Ideal basecamp for all of your outdoor pursuits. Unwind on the deck, relax in the community hot tub, or gather around the fire sharing stories and laughter with loved ones.
Kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up a delicious meal and all the necessary cookware and utensils. A dining table for six is conveniently located nearby, providing a great spot to share a meal or play a game.
Living Room. It is hard to tell what is the most memorable feature of the open living area, the soaring pine ceiling or the gorgeous views outside. Furnished with plush leather sofas and other earthy toned seating and decor, this is true Colorado living. A floor to ceiling river-rock gas fireplace makes your family movie night with on the big screen TV extra cozy.
Main Bedroom. The main upstairs bedroom has the upper floor all to itself. With ultimate privacy, vaulted ceilings and your own views over the water from the king bed, relax and unwind. Ensuite bathroom with double vanity and tub and shower combination.
Main Floor: Second bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.
Third bedroom with Queen bed and full bath across the hall.
2023 new memory foam sofa sleeper in the living room.
It sleeps six people privately and 8 maximum.

Parking. One car can be parked in the garage. The garage is shared with one neighbor. One other car can be parked right in front of the garage.
There is so much to do in Frisco. The Lake is right there, with a trail all around it. Walk or bike it all, or just a part. Frisco Adventure park is a short drive away. You can bike, cross country ski, go tubbing or for a sleight ride. Don't forget carrots for the horses! This one is our favorite. Kids will love the Marina in the summer, with a playground and a sand beach to build a castle. Mine somehow always get wet, so bring a change of clothes. After lunch in Butterhorn, visit the Historic Park on Main Street.
Summit Stage bus stop is located less than a block from the building. The bus is free and will take you to Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, downtown Main Street, or factory stores in Silverthorne.
There are no stairs to get to the condo and the bedrooms on the main floor. The only stairs leads to the primary suite.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was exactly as pictured, comfortable and well equipped. Our host was responsive and friendly. The view from the living room was spectacular at all times of day. I think the view is what sold me originally. The location was great. We came out to hike and could easily reach trailheads. It’s also super convenient to the grocery and a number of terrific restaurants. Another bonus is the proximity to the bike/walking path around Dillon Dam. We walked into Frisco for breakfast! I will definitely rent again.

This was the coolest condo! Felt like you were in a log cabin in the mountains… Except with a stunning seventh floor view of Lake Dillon and the mountains. Beautiful finishes, well-stocked, extremely clean, and very comfortable furnishings. And perfect location… Close to it all!

Even better than the pictures! Inside was too nice 😀 and the veiws of town & The lake were phenomenal. Its right at the lake, so you just walk down to the paved lake path and walk or ride…sooo beautiful this time of year.
Daniel was easy to communicate with, responded right away to my questions, very helpful & friendly. The condo was perfectly located to access keystone, frisco & Dillon and just a short drive to Breckenridge. The condo decorations & set up were perfect, very colorado. Couches and beds were very comfy (thats a biggie for me). And there was plenty of room for us to relax and eat, even when the guys joined us.
We were 3 nurse practitioners up from The Springs for a nursing conference & our hubbies joined us for the last 2 days (weekend). All 3 had our own room & bathroom. We are all 50’s-60’s. It was quiet & no concerns with noisy parties etc. Very relaxing. Thinking of renting again during the ski season!
It was well stocked with anything we could possibly need. This was one of the best places I’ve stayed in (I travel a lot). HIGHLY recommend it! Can’t say enough good things…loved it!

We've stayed in Frisco many times and this was probably the most convenient location. Close to both conveniences (grocery, gas, etc.) and activities. Strolling, shopping and eating on main street in both Frisco and Breck, biking down Vail pass, boating and fishing on Lake Dillon, hiking around the lake directly behind the condo, etc. Everything is easily accessible from here. The pictures don't do it justice - the wood/cabin interior frames the amazing view of the mountains and lake. Daniel was an attentive host and the place was roomy with all the conveniences of home.

Excellent location for easy access to Breckenridge and Vail resorts. Spacious and well outfitted unit. Convenient to shopping and dining options in Frisco and Breckenridge. Great views! Definitely keep it in mind for future trips.

Well-supplied, beautiful, comfortable home with a gorgeous view, in a great location! It's the perfect central location for skiing at multiple resorts. The walking trail was gorgeous in the winter, and it is a short walk to coffee, food and groceries.

We rented e-bikes (within walking distance) rode around Lake Dillon+ Breckenridge! Lots of fun! The hot tub very nice in the evening! Great place!!

High school graduation was a mere 46 years ago and the girlfriends are happy to say we are all still skiing! Our stay at Daniel's place was fabulous! Daniel was a gracious and responsive host who made everything super easy for us. We were happy to relax and cook for ourselves most evenings as we melted onto the couches after full days of skiing. We LOVED having a garage out of the elements where we could secure both the car and the skis everyday. The location was super accessible to Copper, Keystone, Frisco, Breck and A-Basin. The view of Lake Dillon was fabulous - especially the lighting on the mountains at sunset. We all highly recommend this VRBO unit!! Thank you Daniel!

We spent a week here and the place was exactly as described! It’s right in the heart of Frisco and has quick access to shopping, restaurants and all the major ski resorts. Having the use of a garage and hot tub was a huge bonus. I would recommend this to anyone traveling that needs 3 beds. Also, shuttle access to all the major ski resorts is right across the street and it’s free!

Everything was as advertised and the views from the condo were amazing. We found it well equipped, everything in working order and very comfortable. Having a garage in the winter was really nice. Communication with the host was seamless. Overall, we are going to stay again!

We LOVE to bike ride around the recreation path that is paved! This property is perfectly set up to get on the path without crossing any streets and we were able to store our bikes in the garage! Location is PERFECT... unobstructed views of the lake and walking distance to shopping and food options. We have 4 small kids.

Our family loves this property! It is decorated in traditional mountain feel with a log cabin feel in a top floor penthouse. The building is right on Lake Dillon in Frisco with a great view of the lake and the mountains. It is centrally located for easy access to Breckenridge, Arapaho Basin, Keystone, Copper Mountain and Vail ski areas. There is a ski rental place within walking distance, as well as a distillery and bar. Quaint downtown Frisco is just moments away by car. The property itself is pristine. A great view, well-appointed kitchen, beautifully decorated, fireplace, comfy beds, 3 full baths to go with 3 bedrooms, lots of DVDs for movies, plenty of room for relaxing together. The building requires a security code to enter, which puts minds at ease, and the elevator is fairly quick and not overcrowded. Daniel, our host, responded to every text/email and was quite accommodating. My family has enjoyed ski vacations for years with VRBOs and condos all across Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, and Tahoe, CA. My children are all adults now, and our group has expanded as they bring their spouses/significant others. This property was our favorite. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

So nice, we've stayed here twice!
This is a great property! I love the wood paneling on the entire 1st floor - it makes it feel super cozy. The three bedrooms are all a good size and very comfortable. The view over Lake Dillon is pretty, and the location is fantastic - lots of amenities are close to this property including grocery stores, restaurants, ski shops, and breweries to name a few. We enjoyed it so much we stayed a 2nd time, and will most likely go back again!

Great location and Beautiful Condo
The property was as nice as the pictures show. We had plenty of room and having 3 bathrooms was a plus. Great location for all of the nearby ski resorts. The whole experience worked out great and Daniel was extremely helpful with any questions that I had and answered my questions by text almost immediately. Having the heated garage with a garage door opener is always and added bonus. I would recommend this condo to anyone that wants to stay in the area.

A wonderful find.
The outside of the building does not give you a clue to the beuatiful condo one finds inside. The condo is as much if not more than the pictures portray. A great build out. Beautiful area rugs throughout add to the decor and feeling of warmth.
We stayed eight nights. The condo was very thoughtfully laid out with plenty of supplies not only in the kitchen area, but all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of linens. Generous sized towels. We never felt the need to be constantly washing.
The building made it easy to take your luggage to the room with luggage carts easily available. The garage has ample room for a large SUV and there was room for our second car in parking spaces around about the building.
Although internet service is apparently available through the development, we found it easier to use our phones as hotspots and stream through our Roku for all our video needs.
Although the hot tub is outside, we found it always hot and ready to go.
The place is extremely convenient to shop for groceries as there is a Whole Foods, Safeway, Walmart and liquor store within a mile radious.
For skiing purposes the location worked very well for us, as we skied Breckenridge, Keystone and Copper Mountain. Vail is equally accessable. Everything was within a 20 minute drive. Although a free shuttle to the various resorts runs nearby, we never made use of it , so can not attest to its convenience.
When questions arose Daniel, the manager, made himself easily available via phone, text and email. Prior to our arrival I mentioned to Daniel that we like to ground our own coffee. Daniel very thoughtfully made sure there was a coffee grinder and a bottle of wine on the counter ready for our arrival. Later we found another coffee grinder tucked away in a high cupboard.
Our ski trip experience was certainly enhanced......returning each day to the penthouse, with its wonderful views and beautiful buildout.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY FOR 6 PEOPLE
We loved this place, it was very clean and cozy and had plenty by way of amenities. I would love to stay there again. I would highly recommend renting a car or using your own as the bus from Frisco takes 1 hour or so to get to keystone with all the stops.
