My wife and young adult daughters had a great time exploring Summit County. Sollotude Station Home allows convenient walks to down town Frisco and surrounding walking paths. The home itself is perfect for families or groups with plenty of space to hang out. I will definitely come back to enjoy the other seasons of CO.

Perfect for a week skiing at Copper Mountain. As advertised with plenty of room for 3 adults and a 15 year old. Property was as advertised internally, clean and spacious with amenities as required. 10 - 20 minute drive from Copper and 2 minutes walk from main street shops, bars and restaurants and short drive or 15 minute walk from supermarkets.
Would recommend a base for ski trip or outdoor holiday.

Reviewer Comments:
The house was great! Location was fabulous, right off Main Street Frisco, the property management team checked in several times during the booking process and also while we were there to confirm all was well. The house had All we needed to cook and have a great time. Checkout was smooth and easy! I think the only drawback was that for a mountain house, the garage was unfortunately not tall enough for us to put our car with the rack on it in the garage, and the garage is a bit tight for two SUVs to fit comfortably . We have a basic Thule enclosed box on our RAV4. Our other couple just had a low profile rack and it fit with plenty of room to spare. Not enough of a downfall to deter us from staying again though!
4.8
The house is in a great location. We were able to get to ski resorts very easily. Those who did not ski walked around town and around the lake. We will definitely be back!
4.8
Loved the location. Easy to walk everywhere.
Would stay there again.
4.8
Amazing location steps away from Downtown Frisco, would love to stay again on a future trip!
4.8
It rained Friday. The front stairs were wet and slick. My daughter in law slipped and fell down them. The injuries she got from that ruined her weekend.
4.8
This is our second stay at this house and we love it! The location is so great - close to nature and to the main street of Frisco. We'll definitely rent this place again if we go back to Frisco.
4.8
The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were comfy. The two living areas provided two great options for hanging out. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was great to have a two-car garage as well. it was also fun to watch the squirrels drop pinecones on the deck then eat them. This location is perfect - walking distance to downtown and Lake Dillon.

Hot family together in a house that worked for all of us
4.8
Great location, short easy walk to Main St. Different levels for each of the bed/bath made it feel like everyone had their own space.
4.8
We loved the place and setting. Convenient to get anywhere.
4.8
Great spot right in the heart of Frisco. Easy to access not only the cute little town of Frisco but also Dillion and Breckinridge. House is clean and well maintained, property managers are easy to communicate with, and each level has a separate bathroom and bedroom giving guests ability to space themselves out. Thank you for hosting!

Comfortably accommodated 6 adults - a King sized bed for 2 tall young men, a Queen bed for a couple and 2 bunk beds for the 2 Moms (sisters). Easy drive to and from Breckenridge (15 mins.). Great restaurants in Frisco including 5th Avenue Grille, Bagalis & Rocky Mountain Coffee Roasters. Would definitely rent this house again!

This was a great house to stay in. It's very spacious and had everything we needed for a long weekend getaway with extended family. Having the dogs with us was an added bonus. It's a quiet neighborhood but the town is only a couple of blocks away. We loved the location-- the marina, trails, and the park are all nearby. We'd definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments:
We enjoyed the location of this home in a lovely neighborhood so close to the bike trail and walking distance from all things Frisco. The home is a bit dated but comfortable and provided a great end-of-summer retreat for my family. The downstairs shower was not useable for my grandchild since the shower knob was loose and the HOT water could not be adjusted which was a safety issue. The property was clean and inviting for our arrival. We will plan to stay again!
4.8
Love this location close to downtown. Plenty of room. Quiet neighborhood. Good dog walking area. Hope to return soon.
4.8
will try for this home again
It fit our family needs very well with different ages. Having 3 separate levels for sleeping made different sleep times work well.
It was so nice to have our lab with us - the trails close by were wonderful for all the walk we needed to do. The large table for meal time was perfect for 8.
