This contemporary one bedroom apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of the stunning "The Face" building right in the heart of St Kilda.
Located 6km from the city center, St Kilda is Melbourne’s seaside playground and is much-loved by residents and visitors alike. St Kilda is renowned for its expansive view of Port Phillip Bay, sandy beaches, palm-lined boardwalk, huge range of beach activities, big skies, lovely parks and gardens, great restaurants, bars and cafés, fabulous old buildings, and its colorful past and present.
Step into this well-appointed apartment and feel at home with a split system heating and cooling. A fully equipped timber veneer kitchen with Caesar stone bench tops and with all cooking utensils and crockery provided.
Bedroom with queen size bed. It has a sparkling tiled bathroom with European laundry.

Easy access to Melbourne as right on a tram line. Many places to eat in the area. Management was very responsive and so helpful. Would gladly book there again.

The apartment is situated in the heart of St Kilda, mins from beach, bars etc.
Lovely balcony to sit and watch the world go by.

I was there for 17 days and thought there would be some form of cleaning and change of bed sheet, etc. but there was no such thing. I hv bn with other short term rentals on other booking apps and came to expect that. So, was a little disappointed. The place got dusty over the duration of my stay. Nothing was there for me to mop the place. Only a small brush and dustpan. Washed the bedsheet, etc myself but really did expect better. Not ideal for a holiday rental for more than a week despite the great location with easy access to public transportation, food and supermarkets.

The unit is spacious and clean - much nicer than a hotel room. However, you better be in the mood for partying in the location as its noisy and smelly in that part of St Kilda. Save on uber fares though! Walking distance everywhere. The unit is not noisy itself as great sound barrier doors. Cannot complain.

Very nice unit highly recommended. One small problem, parking is very tight, I took a little paint off the car, but never mind. Excellent place for breakfast and coffee right below units called St James. Easy walk to trams and buses. I would return if ever going to Melbourne again.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Beautiful apartment, clean and modern, and a great location. It’s a short walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, beach and transport. Joe, the owner, is super lovely and helpful. Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to friends and family.

Central Melbourne and Chadstone shopping centre are easily reached by either tram or bus services.

So close to Acland Street you can step off the doorstep, and there you are. The double glazed glass balcony doors reduced the street noise to almost nothing. Also had parking available for a small car at an extra cost. One thing I found strange is that there were no coffee supplies, and that the light was out in the bathroom. That should have been fixed before we arrived. All in all we would still stay there again.

Close to restaurants and convenient to trams. Apartment very very small. Could not invite friends over for a drink as only 2 glasses supplied. In fact only 2 plates 2 knives 2 forks etc. Bedroom so small only has 1 bedside table. Car parking horrendous and costs $5 cash extra per day. Too small for a 10 day stay and wasn't the cheapest. Wouldn't stay here again.

We loved the apartment and the location was absolutely the best for what we wanted to do - can't wait to go back and stay again. Perfect, clean, tidy, quiet, great atmosphere at St Kilda. Loved it!!

We had a great stay for a little family of 3. The apartment was in a fantastic location, close to all the shops, cafes and bars. The apartment was clean, quiet and very comfortable . Joe was fantastic meeting us on arrival and giving us tips on where to go and what was hip in town :)We will definitely come back and stay.

We loved the apartment,it is sleek, modern and a great place to stay.With everything right on the doorstep it was the perfect location for our holiday. Joe was an excellent host - the booking was hassle free and we appreciated the myki cards, the friendly welcome and the jelly beans!

Highly recommend this property. Host was extremely welcoming and very helpful. Lots of little bonuses thrown in that were not expected. If you're staying in Melbourne, I highly recommend contacting Pearl Apartments before anyone else.

The apartment was really nice with very stylish decor and furnishings. If you want to be in the heart of the action, St Kilda is the place to be, and this apartment has one of the best positions in the area! Joe was a fantastic host, he even left a bowl of fruit for us which was a nice touch!

This apartment is fantastic! A really modern apartment right in the middle of St Kilda, just accross from Galleon (best breakfasts in Melbourne) and right by all the attractions of St Kilda. The hosts are really helpful and it is definitely where I will be staying next time in Melbourne on a short stay. Easy to find, hard to leave, we had a great time here.

This apartment is fantastic and brand new!! we loved the location, right in the middle of St Kilda and Acland street. Acland St is quite noisy but as soon as the sliding door is closed it is very quite. Great value for money and so much better than staying in a nearby hotel. I would definately recommend.
