Incredibly well located, it is walking distance not only to the ski lifts but to many shops and restaurants in Arrabelle as well. It is only a few yards away from the central Lionshead bus stop where you can also hop the free bus to Vail Village or Golden Peak too!
South facing, the living room is filled with sun and has a comfortable seating arrangement with sectional sofa, gas fireplace, hidden 42” TV and stereo. Free wi-fi. The kitchen is well equipped and functional. The dining area will seat up to 8 people and is right off the sliding glass door walkout to the garden and bike path.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. The second bedroom also has a queen and a twin so either of these rooms can be ideal for young families. The bathroom across the hall from these two bedrooms is complete with tub and shower and is modern and beautifully tiled. The spacious master bedroom is at the end of the hallway, has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. This bathroom, with deluxe shower, is also modern and beautifully tiled. All bedrooms are attractively decorated with crisp white bed linen and colorful, patterned duvet covers. Humidifier in each room.
Laundry facility across the hall from main entrance.
Ski storage in unit.
There is ONE parking spot with this unit. Strictly enforced. Please plan accordingly and make use of shuttle services from Denver and Eagle airports for your transportation needs. Once you arrive, there really is no need for a car.
Limit 8 people, in excess of that number renters are subject to forfeiture of security deposit.
Please provide names of all occupants.
Owner reserves right to knock and check on state of unit during reasonable hours.
Smoking is not permitted.
Any sign of tobacco or marijuana use will result in eviction if found out during the stay, this includes in the hallways/stairs and the outside patio/garden area. If smoke or paraphernalia is found post stay by the cleaning crew and documented then the entire $1000 deposit will not be returned. We have not had to enforce these policies and hope to keep the record of people enjoying our family home without incident.

Heather was an amazing host! Our original reservation got cancelled last minute and she was vey accommodating. The apartment was in great condition and had everything our group of 7 needed. It is incredibly close to Lionshead and the gondola. It was a great stay!

Perfect condo just steps from the gondola. It’s away from the center of the village as well, so not as much noise and bustle in the evening and nighttime hours. Laundry facility is shared and outside of the unit right across the hall, but was always available when we needed it. Lots of cozy charm and we’d return!

Location, location, location!! This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the property for our annual Girls Ski Trip and we love the condo. The location is amazing! You can walk to the gondola in less than 5 minutes! The condo is well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We like to eat in and the kitchen has everything you need. Highly recommend this condo for your next trip to Vail!

We absolutely love staying here and have made it an annual tradition! It is comfortable and well-stocked, and is just steps from the gondola. A true Ski in/Ski out location! Since it’s a ground floor unit, we have direct access to the backyard, and our kids really enjoy stepping outside to play in the snow. It provides hours of entertainment. The property manager makes the check-in process very smooth and is incredibly responsive about any small thing that might arise. We enjoy it so much that we have already booked our fourth trip — in January 2025!

We had a great family Christmas ski vacation and the location was perfect - walking distance to slopes, shopping and dining in Lionshead. The Vail shuttle was just steps away from the condo and was perfect. Never needed a vehicle. The condo was perfect for our family and was cozy and comfortable.

We have enjoyed this well-appointed condo many times, and have a hard time staying anywhere else!! Easy to walk to grocery, liquor store, Vail Village, Lionshead (1 min), wonderful restaurants, hiking, etc. Super close to Gore Creek and we love the sound of the water. Easy communication with Heather who makes sure we have everything we need. Highly recommend!!

This location was ideal, 1 minute walk to the gondola and a 5 minute walk to vail village plus a designated parking spot. Check in was super easy and communication with the host was flawless. Very clean and user friendly condo. Definitely would rent again.

We love this homey retreat at the base of the Lionshead gondola. It’s perfect in every way! Just steps from the lifts, this location makes skiing incredibly easy, especially when you are carrying your kids’ skis as well as your own. The property manager is incredibly responsive and nice. We have already reserved it for next year, which will be our third stay!

This comfortable condo is wonderful inside with the most accessible location possible; literally walk out the back door with no steps, just yard from the Lionshead gondola.

We have stayed at this wonderful condo many times! Ideal location by Gore Creek. LOVE being on the lower level to just walk a few steps to the creek. 1 min walk to Lionshead and 5 min to Vail Village. Wonderfully stocked kitchen, very comfy beds, and clean!! Highly recommend.

Excellent all around stay
This was an awesome property and Heather was an amazing host! It was so close to the Lionshead Gondola and lots of shopping and places to eat. The bus stop to take you to Vail Village was steps away as well. Heather was very responsive to emails and even when we got turned around, she helped us find our way. There was plenty of room for our group to hang out together in the family room and eat together, but also to have quiet time in our own rooms. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Heather!

I absolutely loved staying in this condo. The location is incredible. To be able to walk just a few steps from the ground floor to the gondola and all of the Lionshead restaurants is invaluable!

Absolutely wonderful
The whole stay was absolutely wonderful, from beginning to end. The property was exactly as described and we enjoyed every minute. The property manager was friendly & organized, and organized a couple of extra details, which enhanced our stay even more. I would highly recommend! In fact, we loved it so much that we already reserved it for next year. 😃

Great condo and location
This was an excellent condo for our ski vacation. No more than 50 yards from the Eagle Bahn gondola and Lift 8. It was great to be right in Lionshead Village and also a short 12 minute walk to Vail Village. Town bus stop is right in front of the condo so one could easily be in Vail Village in 5 mins.
This condo has everything you’ll need. Kitchen is well stocked and we loved the fireplace in the evenings. Bathrooms were nicely updated as well. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were good size. Linens and towels are provided and were of good quality. Heather, the property manager, was great to work with and very accommodating for our families. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great condo - great stay in Vail
This property has become an important part of our annual family summer vacations to Vail. We have enjoyed the last 4 years staying at this condo and it has been by far our favorite place to stay. Heather goes above and beyond to accommodate guests - from check in to answering questions. A favorite feature of this condo is the ground floor access which allows for easy access to Lionshead and Vail Village for shopping and dining out. From extra towels to spices to Ziploc bags, the condo is stocked with everything you need. The condo is spacious enough to hold 3 couples very comfortably. While we enjoy exploring all that Vail has to offer, we equally enjoy our time inside the condo preparing meals, playing games, and making memories.

Perfect cozy apartment
The apartment is cozy. The kitchen has everything, even stuff I haven’t seen before. It also has a great comfy sofa and beds. The location is perfect, basically 1 min to the gondola and around 3 to the ice rink. The owners are super communicative.

`We have come back to this property for the past 3 years and simply love doing so. Heather has been extremely helpful and responsive with all our questions / needs. This property may not be the Ritz, but it checks every box we could ask for - close to ski school, close to Gondola, 3 bedrooms and 2 bath, kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer, parking etc. etc. Most importantly it is clean and cozy. My wife has already locked this one in as a tradition - that says a lot!

A cozy delight
A ground floor condo with 3 large bedrooms perfect for our family of 5. You literally walk out of the back door and 500 yards to the Bahn Eagle gondola. It’s a well-traveled path that goes by the condo windows and if shades are open you definitely have to be cognizant of that. The condo is in excellent shape and immaculately clean. The kitchen is stocked with everything and the hosts left us a bottle of red and white wine and cheese and crackers to start us off right. They also dialed up 18” of fresh snow that we could watch out the huge picture window and watch accumulate on the mountain.
There’s a mini supermarket right above the condo so you really Have no reason to have a car. You can walk to VAIL village in 15-20 mins but Lionshead Village with its ski shops, clothing stores, wine shop, numerous restaurants and even a Starbucks are less than a 5 min stroll from the condo.
Our host was super responsive and we appreciated her being so available.
All in all we loved the place for our family and enjoyed skiing in and out of this fantastic place. You won’t regret staying here. Hope to return.

Fantastic Location!
This condo has a lot of charm and a great layout. Lots of storage space for ski stuff, clothing etc. and built ins. One king bed and bath and 2 good size bedrooms with a queen and twin in each. Perfect for 5 or 6 people. Fantastic gas fireplace! The kitchen is the most well equipped we've ever stayed in. Very short walk to Eagle Bahn gondola. We loved it here and will definitely return. The manager was very responsive--the sliding door between the bathroom and the master bedroom was not working properly, however with COVID, they were unable to fix it during our stay. Also, needs a DVD player and more humidifiers to be consistent with welcome book. Really wanted to watch the full collection of Bond movies.

Everything was perfect. Beautiful condo with excellent location, five minute walk to Gondola, restaurant, ski rentals, coffee shops, etc.I would like to say condo is even better than in pictures, and Heather is always looking forward on helping you out. I rate this a Seven star stay.

Perfect Location!!
Best location directly off the Gore Creek Trail in Lionshead. 5 min walk to Vail Village, and Lionshead shops/restaurants 2 min away. Grocery store just steps from the building. Lots of comfortable beds, wonderfully updated bathrooms, super well-appointed kitchen, plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing and eating. Clean, lovingly maintained by the owners. My family of 5 has stayed here 2 summers in a row and it's hard to leave! Laundry just across the hall from the unit.

The PlaceTo Stay
This is our third summer stay at this condo and the family looks forward each year to staying here. The condo is laid out well, sunny and very homey. The kitchen is fully furnished and there is a gas grill on the patio. Walking out on the patio, one is just a few yards from the river and the trail that connects Lionshead and Vail Village - along with the many shops and restaurants. It is always a pleasure working with Heather who ensures that your condo and your stay are top rate. In the past, we have stayed at other places in Vail but this now our favorite. Many positives - we will be returning in future years.
