We had no problems with the property. It's very convenient and spacious. The problem we had was the key box would not unlock. We called twice and emailed. The unit was unlocked when we arrived so we got in but could not lock the door when we left to go out for the day. Never did get anyone out to resolve it.

Excellent place to come back to at end of a day of skiing at Vail or Beaver Creek. Cooked all our breakfasts and dinners in the kitchen and ate at the long table looking out big windows to small snowy meadow…very relaxing. Watched TV, had wood burning fire in fireplace, enjoyed lounging on high quality and very comfy furniture. Ski gear was tucked out of the way in built-in storage right by the door.
Staying in East Vail helped us get more space while still being convenient to the resorts. Used the bus to get to Vail which was quick and easy. Drive to Beaver Creek (20min) and parked for $10 a day. You can park at the very close lots at both resorts for just a few $ after 1 and free after 3 if that’s more convenient for afternoon/evening plans.
The unit is hard to find because the number scheme of the condos makes no sense. 809 (this property) is in a completely different part of the condo building from 808 (for example). The combo to get the key out of the lock box was different than what was sent to us so we had to call the provided phone number and they gave us other combos to try. Once we found the place and got in, all was great…just a wonky start.
Overall, highly recommend for a holiday getaway. Well-priced, good location, peaceful setting, very nice place.

We stayed in early August for a week at this condo. The kids room was really cool - you could easily fit 4 kids in there. Note that there is no central A/C. We opened the windows and it was fine. It is on the 3rd floor, so you do have some stairs to climb, but no noise from above or below. Very quiet, nicely decorated. We would stay here again in the winter but the prices are crazy expensive!

we enjoyed our stay.

This condo was exactly what we needed for our 2 families and kids!

great except for the lack of toilet paper and uncomfortable twin beds
This place worked well for our group, but the listing did not mention it was on the third floor of the building. There was also no mention of the fact that we needed to bring our own toilet paper. When we ran out we were told no more would be supplied by vacasa. The four twin beds in one room were not comfortable even for the kids with springs poking up. But the other two beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Not sure I would stay here again but it worked for us on this trip.

An outstanding property!
Spacious and comfortable! Modern, clean, and with enough room for everyone's comfort. A great location far from the crowds but only a few minutes' drive or bus ride to Vail Village or Lion's Head.

disappointing
The unit was fine; clean etc. However we were told this was a first floor unit. It was not! Third floor with steep stairs; and we are 80 years old. Finally had to leave early. Check in process was a nightmare; Lights were not on and we could not see the code. Service calls went pretty well; but never did get anyone to show us how the TV worked.

Beautiful views
It was a lovely condo. We had a little issue with some building repairs, but as soon as we notified the property management company they immediately handled it. We were impressed with that. We would definitely stay again.

Great location....beautiful condo!
We had an amazing stay. They were incredibly responsive, especially when we had questions about how to turn on the air conditioning. (We are new to staying in a Colorado and didn’t recognize that air conditioning was not common) The condo was comfortable, cozy, and had everything that we needed. We highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Vail area.

Condo was clean, well furnished and comfortable. A short walk to the bus in the morning gives you a seat every time since it is neatly the first pickup stop.

Place is really nice
I really liked it. It was clean, beds we're comfy. They provided firewood which was really nice. Great location, just 100 ft walk to the shuttle bus. My friends and I liked it.
The only thing was I had the bedroom on the bottom floor and my friend who was upstairs tried to be very quiet while walking around but it comes through the ceiling loud and clear. It creaked a lot even though there was carpet upstairs.

Great Trip to Vail
Great condo. Really enjoyed our stay. very comfortable. Well stocked with supplies, firewood, etc. Bus is super convenient and never waited more than a few minutes for it to the village. Only minor complaint was about 20 minute ride with all the bus stops and skiers lugging in their stuff. But overall I would rent again. Great space and in a very nice location. Love Vail.

Lovely well appointed condo
The condo is just as pictured and really nicely decorated. Kitchen was well outfitted and we appreciated the pantry items which cut down on staples we would have had to buy. Beds were comfy as well. Firewood was provided for the fireplace. Parking was ample and the condo is a 10 minute drive to the slopes. My only issues: I do wish there had been a hot tub and the bathrooms are a tad small. The tub areas could use a refresh.

This was great for our families to use over Thanksgiving. Close to the bus stop, very clean, spacious, and comfortable beds. When we ran out of firewood the property manager was quite accommodating, and we had our firewood replenished despite it snowing 2 feet that day.

Overall this place was nice and I would likely stay here again. There are a few things that would make a big difference. The upstairs window in the bunk room was broken so it was VERY warm and my kids could not fall asleep in their room. In the family room there were NO blinds or curtains so there was a great view but it was also super hot from 3-6 in the afternoon. I thought I might be getting a sunburn as we ate dinner inside! Also felt kind of weird as it got dark and anyone who wanted to could see in the windows to the family/dinning room area. These are two things that could easily be fixed to make a big difference. The rest of the place - beds, furniture, appliances, etc were great. There was plenty of room for my family and the place was nice and clean. The check in and check out was also easy.

Reviewer Comments:
When we arrived at the property the door was wide open. A bit disconcerting but all seemed to be okay. On the surface the unit was clean but when we went to cook meals we saw the mits were greasy and filthy and cupboards dirty inside and many kitchen items not available, broken or just two of an item ( wine glasses). The bedroom window in the bunk room couldn’t close fully. From the master you could hear highway noise with door cracked because the unit was warm and we needed the cool air. Pool is okay but could stand some new furniture and more frequent cleaninG. Pool was Difficult to locate at first. For the price of $1000 for 3 nights, was a bit steep for amenities. The master didn’t have a private bath and even sink area did not close off for privacy.

The condo was beautiful, well supplied and recently renovated. Shuttle was only 100 yards away and very convenient. My only complaint is that the unit sleeps 8, but there's only one couch in the living room - not enough room for everyone to be comfortable watching movies after dinner, if you want to sprawl out.

Beautiful home. I could tell that the furnishings and bedding were brand new and clean. Very cozy and warmly decorated. There was a lot of room for a group of 8 to spread out...it was nice having a 2 story vaulted place vs. a 1 story place and feeling "close quarters" . The dining table was awesome for larger groups to all gather around at meals and the kitchen was perfect...everything I needed was there and it was so clean and new! The market 2 mins down the street was very convenient (also on bus route) and we were just feet to our bus stop for skiing. Almost door to door service!! Loved looking out the windows at the condo at the picturesque views of the mountains. Will definitely come back.

Good choice, nice house, it has almost everything but..... beds must be updated. Beds are to old. They are very uncomfortable, they need to be replaced for new

Perfect place to house two families with kids. Spacious and warm with a very modern ski decor on all levels. Kitchen is updated with new appliances and granite counter tops. WiFi, Fireplace, Washer/Dryer, and BBQ worked like a charm. Great mountain views through out all windows . Enough space to store all ski equipment, including ski rack. Small grocery and liquor store .25 miles away comes in handy. Parking is plentiful, but there is a bus stop right out the front door that runs enough where you will not need a car.
Will most definitely rent this place again when my family returns to Vail.

What an awesome Vacation. It was our first time to ski Vail and it was perfect. The Condo was lovely...very modern and plenty of space for everyone. The Kitchen looked recently updated which was very nice and we loved how they had Spices and various Condiments available for our use...most Condo's don't leave anything for you to use for cooking, but this property a result, it saved us some money in that we didn't have to buy that stuff...very much appreciated. We loved all the windows in the living room/dining was so nice to see the open meadow upon waking up. The Condo was on the 3rd floor of the building, so this property may not be suitable for someone with any disability or trouble with stairs. The 3 bedrooms were very nice...all the beds were comfortable and cozy with plenty of blankets & pillows if needed. The 2 bathrooms were very nice and again everyday essentials left for our use if needed (paper cups, cotton balls, q-tips, hand cream, antibacterial soft soft) and they had some shampoo also but bring your own as you will run out. The Condo had plenty of Hot water for everyone's showers. All Bedrooms and the Living Room had new Flat Screen TV's and the free Wifi worked perfectly everyday...We had a car that we hardly used but there was a spot outside the building for us daily. However, we took full advantage of the Free Shuttle Bus service to Vail Village/Mountain everyday day which couldn't of been more perfect. The bus stop was literally 100 yards from the building, so a very short walk. Bus runs every 15 minutes, so you won't be waiting long. There was also a small Market a few miles away, if that, so it was nice to easily pick up food/drinks/snacks/wine/beer for the Condo without having to drive far. The market had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend Timber Falls Condo #809 to Family & Friends.

Reviewer Comments:
A series of small problems took the gloss off the stay. The apartment leaked. The fireplace didn't work. And, surprisingly, the apartment was not set up for skiers, with no ski racks, nowhere for ski boots, carpet right to the front door. It was very difficult to get everyone out in the morning without walking ski boots through the house.
