Hosting two bedrooms; a double, and a twin, along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside you will also find a kitchen, and a sitting room with fire. There is a parking permit for the main car park 50 metres away, and a small enclosed courtyard garden to the rear with furniture and stream. Resting in a characterful central location with amenities on the doorstep, Mill Leat is a lovely cottage in a heart-warming part of England.

TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and high chair available. Parking permit for main car park 50 metres away and other Peak District car parks. Small enclosed courtyard garden to the rear with furniture and stream. 2 well behaved pets welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shop 5 mins and pub 1 min walk. Note: Stream in the courtyard, near the furniture. Note: Dryer is located in building outside.
