Superb stay !

Very comfortable, modern and spacious apartment in the centre of charming Castleton in the beautifull Hope valley. You can start walking from the doorstep. Private parking.

A lovely stay.

Perfect location, in great walking distance to pubs/ shops. Great for walking & exploring: lots of good walks around castleton up Mam Tor! Property is fab, very safe & secure.

10/10 would definitely stay again!

Location was amazing! Pubs and eating places right on the doorstep. Facilities in the room were amazing too, very spacious.

Perfect location, very clean and cosy, we will be back

Like the fact there is an entrance hall where you can dry the dogs etc after washing them off before going into the room.

My only small complaint was when we arrived around 5pm the heating wasn’t on and it was very cold in the room. Took a good few hours to get warm. Luckily we was going out for food so when we got back it was toasty. I just feel it should have been turned on for us before we arrived. Also everything is very white when it’s a dog friendly accomadation.

Ideal location for local hikes and bike rides.

Clean, spacious, modernly decorated room. Excellent shower facilities. Good parking onsite. Lovely views and surroundings in the heart of Castleton with easy access to local food & drink. Fridge in room very useful.

Minor: pillows could be a bit firmer but it’s a personal preference

Great room and bathroom, free parking in a fantastic location.

Location in Castleton village was excellent with plenty of free on-site parking. The room and all the furniture was spotless and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was very good, with an excellent shower for pressure and temperature.

Minor grumble: there was no electric razor / toothbrush charge point in the bathroom (at least, if there was I couldn't see it).

Superb

Absolutely brilliant location.. We were coming to attend Toyah concert at Peak Cavern. This was within walking distance and we could bring my dog. There were lots of places to eat and everybody was very friendly, to us and the dog!

A better view, so I'll book earlier next time! Also, because my partner's brother had died a few weeks before our visit we weren't up to walking as much as usual, so comfier seating would have been good. This is not a complaint, just an observation.

Great weekend in the heart of walking country

My sister and I stayed here for a walking weekend in July. It was lovely accommodation - comfy beds, lots of hot water. Good walking on the doorstep. Walked up Mam Tor and sheltered from the thunder and lightning on the Limestone Way - not what we had planned! Good pubs and tea rooms on your doorstep.

What a find!

Wow what a find this was! The room was exceptional in every way with a great view over fields to the hills beyond. Everything was decorated to a fantastic standard. I would definitely stay again and would thoroughly recommend to anyone wishing to stay in the area.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Superb!

Would highly recommend this accommodation, clean,modern and most of all comfortable. Great location with free parking. Very friendly staff just a phone call away.

Clean,Tidy , updated, lovely shower, location good,straight forward to get in and accomadating with Dog providing crate,like fact has,bed is amazing and so comfy

Is pricey given its self catering, since having thermostat put in was quite cold set at 13^c did go up for 2 hrs in night but quite cool rest of time with no extra blanket

Spacious room with a lovely view and an awesome walking shower.

The fire alarm above the bed had a green light that was a bit bright shinning down when going to sleep.
