Look no further than this newly constructed three bedroom, three bath home in the popular surfing area of Ditch Plains with central air, gourmet kitchen, open floor plan with hardwood floors and natural light throughout enhanced by skylights. There are two bedrooms upstairs each with their own baths, deck and a central sitting area with a full size washer/dryer. The first floor consists of an open plan kitchen, living and dining room, another bedroom, full bath and beautiful decking on three sides of the home. This home offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable lifestyle near the beach. With the interior amenities it overs, it really is your home away from home!. Available May-November, with seasonal rental of Memorial Day through Labor Day being offered first until 04/30/25 and then monthly rentals, etc. Extended period rentals offered as well.
There is a relaxing front porch where you can read, hang out with friends, or just breathe the fresh air.
