Bathroom needs lot of TLC. Sheetrock in shower area needs to be replaced. Tape and sheetrock falling apart. You can hear the other person next door taking a shower, feels like it is inside room.

A very pleasant, clean and well maintained property, with excellent beach access far from any public parking lots. Management was very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Room was very clean and contactless check in was super simple. Great location - about a 10-15 min walk into the village or the beach. Staff was super helpful when needed, and would highly recommend a stay here.

A good stay overall with a few annoying aspects. Our kitchen was a bit dated but the rest of the room in great condition. There is zero circulation in the bathroom and taking a shower will cause an abnormal amount of water to pool on the floor. There were quite a few bugs that made their way into our room despite all doors being closed all the time. You will also likely be woken up at 7am with families making noise. Ironically, we were issued a noise complaint for noise caused by other guests which was ridiculous. The location is fantastic.

Check in was contactless and they made that very easy. They texted each morning regarding new towels and toiletries etc. Parking was easy and you're close to town. The bathroom seemed like it was just quickly swept and had some hair and dust in the corners, but besides that it was great.

Location was great - we could walk across the road and be at the beach in a few minutes. Lodging was dated - bed was hard, furnishings were old and would be worth updating. The structure of the building was also old, so every time our neighbours moved in the next apartment, we could hear the creak come through to our apartment.

We love Beach Plum. Been there 2 years in a row and we appreciate how attentive the staff is, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the fact that it's not a party spot for teenagers or twenty-somethings having their first beer. Quiet hours are maintained and it's a lovely spot for a couple or small family to enjoy Mtk.

All the units have ocean views. Great place to stay just outside the craziness of the Town of Montauk itself. 1 Mile walking distance to town.

Wife and I stayed at this beachfront hotel/motel for our one year anniversary. 2 nights in late September so unfortunately we could not enough the beach as much. But, the view of the beach is breathtaking with 180 degree views up and down the old Montauk highway coastline. The view is by far the best feature of this resort. They have a heated pool end tables and chairs around the pool which was nice. Our room had a fully functional kitchenette with plates and silverware along with microwave, toaster‘s, and a stove top which we used to reheat some leftovers from night one. The room is very nice but a little dated and the bed was my least favorite. But the bathroom have been renovated and it was very nice. The check and was easy and the service was above average but we didn’t require them for much else as it was a short stay. It has a great location on the beach and walkable to the center of town and Main Street. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anybody else. It is a little on the pricey side but the viewing location is well worth it
