my husband and I brought 10 teenagers to the concert and slept comfortably. Great location.

The pictures and description of the property were beautiful and I thought this would be the perfect location for my annual Family trip. I had six guests fly in from Florida and I was embarrassed when they checked in. The pictures of the listing did not match the actual appearance of the property. There were stains on the wall, mismatched paint on the walls, the refrigerator had multiple dents and defects, the barstools had tape on them and exposed metal and could not be used. The sofa was not the same as the pictures, the rug had burn marks, the sheets had stains and there were beer bottles in the downstairs bedroom nightstand. We had no choice but to stay because my home could not accommodate the amount of people in my party. I was VERY disappointed and embarrassed by this property and will probably NEVER use VRBO again. Do not book this property, it is not well maintained or aesthetically pleasing. And there was a train track nearby that kept my guest up at night. 0/100 , would definitely not recommend..

Needs a really really deep cleaning in that house. Clean the walls and ceiling fans and carpets and sheets, covers, pillow cases etc.... It also do not have a sleeping bag. The cleaning person needs to be much better for sure and wash EVERYTHING!!!!!

The house was dirty when we arrived. There was hair and toe nails on the floors. The place looks nothing like the pictures.

PROS:
The location is perfect!
The community is gated,
CONS:
The property is very DIRTY! The walls are filthy. The carpet is filthy and stained horribly. The sofas and decorative pillows are worn. We happen to find a few clean linens(majority of those were dirty as well) to cover the sofas with so that we could sit. When turning on the kitchen faucet, it smelled of spoiled food. The small patio area was COVERED in overgrown weeds and grasses. It was not suitable for anyone to go out there! No ice maker, ice trays-just NO ICE. There is used food inside of the pantry that looks as if it may have been there for awhile! And just when we thought it couldn’t have gotten any worse….we moved the coffee table back a bit for space & there was marijuana in a paper towel found! I did speak with the property in reference to all CONS and explained to him that I did purchase cleaning supplies to clean the home as much as I could for our stay!
His response was that he is aware that the property needs painting, the carpet is stained and the baseboards have wear and tear. He informed me that he’d conducted an inspection of the place before our arrival and found it to be in fair condition. He stated the patio was not an area for a large amount of people (as if that mattered), and in reference to the marijuana found…he will be sure to have the cleaners move the furniture to clean next time. Whew!

Overall the stay was nice, but there are some things that need improvement. The cleaning is subpar. There was hair on light switches, the bed sheets were dirty and it just looked like they just came in dusted and left. Maybe this was due to an unexpected water shut off in the day of our check in, but I don’t know. That too was a major inconvenience because we had no water the day of check in and for 8 hours the next day. The property manager was nice enough to send 3 cases of bottled water and new towels, but who likes taking a shower or honestly a wash off with cold water?!?!?!? Again, that may have been out of their control, but nonetheless an inconvenience. Also, it would be nice to have a clicker to get in and out of the gate, having to get out of your car to type in a code every time you come back is also an inconvenience. As far as safety we felt safe and it was very convenient to major attractions. I personally Would not stay here again, but overall I’ll give it a 3 out of 5 stars.

Regretfully had to give this property 3 stars. It has so much potential to be the best VRBO choice in Houston. Location is perfect, neighborhood is gated, quiet and maintained well. Unit is large and supplied with everything you may need in a home away from home. And the price was great!
However, getting into the unit was tough. We waited around 20 mins to enter because the code given was not working. Someone finally opened the garage to let us in. Once inside we spent 2 hours+ cleaning the unit (bed sheets were dirty, pillowcases stained and the mattress pad in master bedroom was stained to the point that I wanted to remove it and throw it out). Furniture is dated and dingy and damaged. Rugs in living and dining room are old and dirty. Also too much evidence of previous renters.
Almost forgot to mention, a friend dropped us off one night. She parked horizontally to the garage of the unit in the same way many other residents were parked at their homes. She was there for approximately 2hours and her car was TOWED! There are no ‘No Parking’ warnings on the property other than fire lane signs along the main entrance road. Make sure you read your Welcome Letter in its entirety once you receive it the day of arrival, apparently I didn’t! Couldn’t get past the beginning on how to get into the unit.

My sorority sisters and I traveled to Houston for the annual Texas Greek Picnic Weekend. This was my first time booking and staying at a bnb and I will just say this bnb was perfect. I have a very specific way of living and this home, the layout, cleanliness was so up to par and spacious. I’m sure it is very nerve racking to have college kids stay in your home but we made sure to treat the home how we treat our homes. I would definitely book this house again for next year.

Overall, the place is awesome and would stay there again. My children liked their rooms. The place is clean and it has plenty of space for 4 of us. We felt “extra” safe since the place is in a gated community.
I have one suggestion: please replace the mattress cover in the master bedroom. There was a big stain (appeared to be blood) on the cover that we noticed when we stripped off the bed sheets as instructed on the morning of our checkout time. Glad it was discovered during checkout time instead of checkin time but that image is still there.

The property was well secured and the house was very spacious. My family and I were not in each other space. The bathrooms were a nice size. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others.

We really enjoyed staying here. This place was adorable. The location was easy to get to downtown, hospitals, NRG, and the interstate. Jack was very responsive, nice and professional. Our family had a great time and it was very spacious. We would definitely stay here again. I really liked this home because its on the corner and its quite. Thanks for a great stay.

This property is not as described. The property was filthy and needs a renovation. Mattresses on beds were soiled. Furniture was dated & dirty/damaged. Floors & carpet very dirty. We left on the same day we checked in & paid for a hotel. The most positive thing is that the property manager was very responsive & agreed to provide a full refund.

The townhouse itself is elegantly decorated, spacious, and is a gated community. Tim was great and always texted me right back re any questions or issues. Highly recommend!

The home was nice, cozy and clean. Pictures are exactly as the home is described. The house was close in proximity to many places we wanted to try. Evening was literally 10-15 minutes away for the most part, huge plus! The property team was so punctual with responses to my questions as well. I’d book again my next Houston stay.

The only positive thing I could say is that the location was good. We close to NRG stadium and downtown was a short drive away. When we arrived the whole house looked like it had not been cleaned(swept or vacuumed). The upstairs showered didn’t look like it had been cleaned either. There were stains on the walls and cabinets. There was hair still in the shower drain upstairs. One of the guest used the down stairs bathroom and when we went to open the door the knob just fell to the floor. The footboard in the upstairs bedroom was broken. The host did offer to send someone out but we had driven into Houston and just wanted to relax. We arrived an hour after check in but check out is at 11, so plenty of time for home to have been cleaned and checked on if close to the area. We would not stay here again or recommend.

Very enjoyable stay. We had a group of six, and the house handled us very well. Plenty of room, new and clean. Jack is an excellent host. We needled more towels and he had them shipped in by the end of the day! We also needed more glasses and he ordered those in also, we had them the next day. What more could you ask for. Very kind, accommodating and professional. Would stay here again.
