About this apartment rental

Listen to the waves crash from your fully equipped Beachfront condo with large deck located on picturesque Old Orchard Beach. This is a 4th floor condo in the Brunswick building located directly on West Grand Ave and is a short walk to the “center” (amusement park, arcade, restaurants, and shops). Walk for miles on the sandy beach or just relax on your oceanfront deck and watch the sunrise.

There is an elevator for easy access and a door code so you don’t have to worry about losing keys. At the ground level there is a full entertainment restaurant with live bands on the weekends during the off season and mostly every day outside during the peak season with the weather permitting. The Condo includes WiFi, YouTube TV with HBO, and a washer/dryer.

We enjoyed beautiful weather in a can’t-be-beat beach location for a 2-night mid-week September getaway to Old Orchard Beach. The host is very helpful with detailed communication and the 2 bedroom condo is extremely comfortable. We loved waking up to beautiful sunrises and hearing the ocean. Having the beach “right there” was perfect! Hope to be back!

I only have one negative thing to say about our trip! That’s that we had to leave. Great condo , great location everything we needed. Comfortable beds which is a major thing! We would happily book again tomorrow

My only complaint is kind of a big one for us… Hot tub is listed under amenities but there is actually not one on the premises. Otherwise we greatly enjoyed the stay!

2nd time staying at this condo in 4 yrs. Appreciated all the updates, comfortable new mattresses and furniture, and keyless entry this trip. Good air conditioning. Love the patio bar and great music below. Ocean views are perfect from large enjoyable balcony. Love walking beach early morning and later evening when tide out. Hope to return soon! Thanks!!

The Brunswick is the place to be. Great location, live bands, direct beachfront access, great restaurant and the condo was clean and updated. We would definitely rent again!

Weekend getaway for my nieces and myself. We loved the location and being able to see and hear the ocean 24/7. Unit was exactly as advertised…no surprises.

A wonderful place to stay on the water. The music from the restaurant is loud, if you like music it's great. Went on vacation in November so not much was open in the area and not a lot of noise from other people at the condo.

Condo was perfect. Ocean view spectacular. There were 4 of us and it was convenient to food and drink! Bar downstairs was perfect for us. Friday night band outstanding. And Saturday we didn’t stay in bar but noise from bar wasn’t too bad. Unless you’re a really light sleeper you’ll be fine! Defjnerly stay here again whenever we return!

We had 4 people using this condo to celebrate a college graduation. It was the perfect size for 4 people. The only negatives were the tight parking spot, and the building was a little outdated, but you can't really complain when you can sit outside and see ocean and shoreline for miles. I got up each morning to watch the sunrise, and having the front row on the 4th floor was amazing. I would definitely go back!

Family of 4 was super comfortable with room to spread out. Beds were comfy enough. Parking was challenging at times due to chain across to keep others out. It was broken several times and at other times, when only one of us was going out it was inconvenient, but not a huge deal. We enjoyed the bands playing downstairs for the most part but it was quite loud. I would imagine this being an issue with smaller kids.

My husband and two 15 month twin boys had a great time. The balcony over the ocean was the best view. Listening to the waves every night after the bands played. The bands did not bother our children. The AC worked awesome. The water pressure in the shower was awesome. Everything was clean and the manager of property was so nice and easy to get in touch with. Having the laundry in your unit helps a ton. I came home with everything cleaned and folded. All and all we will stay again most definitely.
