Атмосферные апартаменты в отличном месте.

Очень атмосферное место, отличная трасса, большой номер. Маленькая но отлично укомплектованная кухня. Были таблетки для кофе, сама кофеварка, чайник, сковородка, плита и куча всего.

В номере может быть прохладно. Шнур от обогревателя в комнате не доставал до розетки. Кровать из двух одинарных матрасов, которые стоят на полу (сверху на мансарде). Но спать удобно.

Die Lage war sehr gut

Treppe steigen mit Gepäck zur Wohnung. Für ältere Menschen zu schwer, noch schlimmer die steile Treppe zum Schlafraum. Matratze ohne Bettgestell auf dem Fussboden, zu nah unter der Zimmerdecke. Schlafraum ohne Fenster, deshalb schlafstörende laute Ventilatoren.

Can’t recommend this accommodation.

A good location.

Very poor. A typical tourist take. It’s all been said before, I should have read more pages of reviews instead of just the first few. Room has the bedroom in the attic, which is accessed via a very steep stair/ladder. The attic is very stuffy and hot due no windows and no air con. Ceiling is so low, you have to move around the bedroom on your hands and knees. Beds are just mattresses on the floor. I have no idea how this room was every passed by the council as habitable accommodation. Bedroom was so hot and uncomfortable that, like other guests, we also had to take the 2 single mattresses down the very steep stairs to sleep on the lounge room floor. Bathroom door, shower screen and bathroom sink tap are broken and appear to have been this way for ages judging by past reviews. The door to the terrace, which is outside the apartment was also broken and tied closed with rope. We lasted one night and having had enough, we moved to a hotel room. Worst accommodation we’ve ever stayed in.

Perfect situated location but I wouldn’t attend it a second time.

The location was situated perfectly. The terrace was quite nice.

It wasn’t clean, there was a lot of dust in the carpet floor, so that I couldn’t breathe easily, I got a asthma attack 2 from 3 nights. It was a bit dirty, it was very hot in the sleeping room and there is no window, so you can’t get fresh air. The dishes have been dirty, maybe from the former users of the apartment. The door to the terrace was broken, not maintained well. We waited for the hosts to explain them which doesn’t work, but they didn’t repaired it at our stay or didn’t give us no compensation. I wouldn’t book it once more time.

Lovely loft

The loft is in a perfect location right in the heart of the old town, just a short walk from restaurants, bars, and shops. Ignore the previous reviews regarding wifi. there is full WiFi. Also it is more modern than the pictures on here, the furniture has been updated. Transfer from the airport was easy we caught the bus number 10 from the airport and then got off number 17 stop and then it is literally a two minute walk. Going back to the airport is just the same but vice versa on the other side of the road. Buses are every 10 minutes in both directions.

There was a lack of information. They could do with and information pack supplying information on buses, trains and local attractions. It was also hard to find, it was not obvious. If you are looking at it from the river then it is the grey bluey coloured building with a roof terrace. To access you need to walk the high street and get the keys from the furniture shop. Cant remember the name but its a black sign with white writing. Its more or less opposite the stein hotel from the river side.

Beautiful terrace, muggy loft

The location is super central, right in the heart of the old town, and the view from the terrace is utterly amazing. There is a large table on the terrace that allows for some easy evening conversations. The kitchen is nice and well-equipped. Checking in was easy - the units belong to the furniture business on the ground floor (and the decor kind of reflected the ownership).

The ventilation in the loft is non-existent, even when the windows in the whole unit were open and the little loft fan was running. The loft smells and is about 10 degrees warmer than the main floor.

Superb

We liked this LOFT very much, roofterrace was great place to eat breakfastm, to sit beside the river Salzach and just enjoy the scenery. Bathroom, kitchenette, loft and living room were workable.

The only things to improve/repair were a slight stubby smell in the room, and you could not shut the door of bathroom properly,n,n.,.,

Super awesome location!

Location is super awesome. everything is close by, view from the property is amazing. Bus station is just 100 meters away. Main market is just downstairs. Lots of options for cafes and restaurants.

Basic toiletries were missing. And the location is difficult to locate. We spent almost 30 mins just wandering and locating the place. Later when we called then we got a message that keys were to be collected from a shop.

GREAT location, everything else was meh

Superb unbeatable location in Old Town and huge terrace with views of the River

Apartment was small, stairs was flimsy to the loft, small bedroom, apartment had a weird smell (I think from the molds), and overall it just wasn’t well maintained. Also, you have to message for instructions on how to check-in, which was annoying as I would have expected them to inform me

Superb

The loft was in absolutely perfect city centre location and was equipped with everything you need. The house was old and very nice and it was much more quiet than we expected. Perfect view from balkony over the river

It was ok for us and we knew it, but in hot summer days it could get a bit close and sweaty in the sleeping room. But the owner placed a fan and an air conditioning in the room
