I would have loved staying in this adorable and comfortable accommodation much longer! Clean, fresh, plenty of nice touches to make me feel welcome-it was great! I feel badly I was never able to connect with my host but didn’t really need anything so no problems. If you are a single or couple wanting a comfortable get away an easy ride into Nashville (and only need a “kitchenette”), this will work for you!

We absolutely loved this property. Great location from the city in a cute quiet neighborhood. Ubers were 5-7 minutes and lots of on street parking available. We ate out for every meal so we didn't need cooking space, so if that's your plan than this place is perfect for you. The hosts were super easy to contact and so sweet. Super clean and comfortable. Definitely would stay here again!

From start to finish, everything was perfect. My daughter and I were traveling so I wanted somewhere affordable, nice and safe. We hit the jackpot with this one. It was in a very nice quiet neighborhood. The host goes above and beyond. Drinks and snacks were waiting on us. The bed was comfortable. Felt very cozy and right at home. Highly recommend.

Located in a quiet neighborhood next to a beautiful park. Great coffee shop, Frothy Monkey and restaurant Lockeland Table within walking distance. The suite is plenty roomy for a couple- king bed, bathroom with double sinks, and a separate kitchenette / sitting room / closet. One of the best VRBOs we have stayed in over the years.

This was a perfect stay! We were in town for the SEC—our team’s outcome may not have been what we had hoped—but Shelby House was a winner! The place is so cute—light and airy—neat and clean as can be! The property description was spot on—but even better in person. Our first time staying on site with the host was fantastic. Even though we shared the building, we always felt comfortable at this property. Rudy was a kind and communicative host. A storm knocked out the WiFi and he kept us updated on restoration. The unit was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the proximity to the park and the East Nashville restaurants. Getting to downtown was fast and simple. Highly recommend Rudy’s place if you need a convenient and lovely spot to stay.

Great place to stay in East Nashville. Walkable to Shelby Park and food. The set up was great and private.the place was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I had a mild confusion of the set up prior to arriving but you enter through the front door of the house and have a private entrance separate from the rest of the house right as you walk in. Highly recommend.

When pulling up the house the poporty manager introduced himself before i could get out of the car super friendly he answered all my emails, texts and phone calls. Spent two night here. the property is located in Shelby park neighborhood. At night it is a quiet neighborhood made it easy to fall asleep and stay asleep if you wake up hungry i highly recommended the Frothy Monkey it is also within walking distance. the house Close to downtown about a 10 to 15 minute drive depending on traffic.

This was the perfect choice for our recent stay in Nashville. I was pleasantly surprised at how close the airport it was--within no noise pollution at all. Quaint, quiet neighborhood. It was close to Broadway, walking distance to eateries, minutes from the Grand Ole Opry. Somedays we used the car and others, Lyft. The property manager(s) were really nice, I would highly recommend this listing.
