숙소 바퀴벌레 출몰

주변이 조용했어오

위생이 너무 안좋아요 밖에서 음식냄새가 그래도 창문으로 들오오는거같고 바퀴벌레 3마리나왔어요

住宿方人超好！地點也很棒，有廚房有洗衣機又乾濕分離～

本人預約了四人入住，但同行的其中一位友人出車禍無法前來，另一位友人家中遇到喪事要提早離開福岡，因此入住天數少了一晚，人數也少了一名。在booking上和住宿方聯繫說明情況後，住宿方很阿莎力退了一晚的住宿費給我們，也將人數減為3人，只收了我們3人的入住費，真的非常感謝住宿方。（有要求提供看醫生的證明，我們也如實提供朋友的就醫證明）在住宅區內環境很好，距離車站大概步行10分鐘內，走起來不覺得特別遠，附近也有全家很方便。打掃得很乾淨，有廚房、有洗衣機可以使用都很方便。廁所跟浴室也是分開的，完全的乾濕分離。

這個房型是有閣樓的，不過閣樓的中間有根柱子，所以其實能好好鋪床墊的空間很少，且床墊挺薄的，睡起來挺硬的，睡到腰痠背痛XD 爬上閣樓的樓梯只是用繩子綁住，其實挺危險的，希望可以改善～

Tolle Lage und tolle Wohnung

Die Lage war sehr zentral. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigetein waren zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder nehmen. Der Check-In / Check-Out war unkompliziert. Es gab keine Probleme und der Komfort war auf vorhanden.

Die Matratzen in der oberen Etage könnten etwas dicker sein, damit es noch bequemer ist.

仲間や家族と気兼ねなく過ごせる滞在

アパート貸切なので気兼ねなく過ごせたところ場所も屋台街などが近く便利だった

部屋がロフト付きで天井が高いので、エアコンの効きがあまり良くなかった。10月なのでまだ良かったが、真夏だとどうだろうか

ดีแต่ควรเปลี่ยนฟูก

ห้องกว้างใหญ่สบาย มีปลั๊กสามตาให้ด้วย นั่งรถเมล์ไปกลับเทนจินได้สบาย ไม่ต้องเดินไกล

โซฟาเบาะพังตรงกลางควรเปลี่ยนนั่งไม่สบายเลย ฟูกบางมากซ้อนหลายชั้นยังบาง

何人かで宿泊するには、とても使いやすい宿です！

カギの受け取りが無人でもできるように、システム化されているので、最初は手間取りはあったものの何人かで宿泊したので、カギの受け取る手間が一切なく、出入りする時間も合わせる必要がなかったので、かなり便利でした。洗濯も洗濯機が設置してあり、お風呂場で乾燥ができる完備になっているため、毎日乾いてて、つかいやすかったです！チェックアウトも、ボタン一つで終わったので、スムーズにできてよかった。また、グループで利用する場合は、使いたいと思いました。

調理ができるキッチンがあって、フライパンや包丁などはあったたものの、お皿が1枚もないため、こちらで紙皿などを用意するのが手間だなと思った。最低5枚(宿泊最大数)はあったらいいなと思った。エアコンが上の方にあるため、冬は下の方が底冷えする環境だったので、ソファーベッドで寝る人は、暖かくして寝た方がいいと思った。一応、扇風機があったけど、夏は暑そうな気がする。

Very good

The flat was clean and functional. The staff could be reached easily when needed and they were very fast and friendly in their response. The location was very convenient and surroundings calm and safe. There was also several adapters in the flat to use which was very convenient since our adapter did not work in Japan after all.

The beds were all quite hard and not that comfortable.

The location was very easy to find. There are convenient stores near by and the train station is walking distance. There are plenty of affordable parking near the building.

The water heater was not on when we arrived and I had to find where the water heater was. Luckily I am a very capable person and I was able to reset the water heater using your instructions. better directions to the water heater would be useful.

Nice apartment with the worst internet

The room was spacious and the location was not too far from Fukuoka International Convention Centre. There were convenient stores nearby and bakery.

The internet was amazingly bad, we could not even browse google map properly…

Pleasant

The room size and the price are good.

We stayed for 7 days. I had know n there was no service but the it is suggested collecting the trash bin and provide more bath towels.

we enjoyed trip pod for location and value.

beds, futon and sofa They were not comfortable. I didn’t like check in process. It took so long( we were tired and still waiting for our turn in cold weather outside). we could have done much of the process in advance rather than standing outside.

Passable

They have nice facilities and location! The staff were nice too.

Unfortunately, we caught two cockroaches and other two insects in the first room, we asked for different room and moved there but we caught a cockroach in that room as well.

Maybe good for some people!

The Temples in the surrounding area!

The check-in building was far from the accommodation and not that easy to find if you are walking, it's better to take a taxi especially with luggage! A lot of the streets and buildings look the same so it's easy to get lost. I'll stick to a regular hotel in future, it's far less hassle!

Read the fine print before booking....

The price.

The key collecting process is restrictive, unlike a hotel. You have to be in another location with a certain time to collect the key, otherwise you cannot check in. You need to climb high ladder to get to your bed, unsuitable for the unfit and elderly. The hot water system was not functioning properly and I need to fix it myself, including going to the back of the building to restart the heater at night with low temperature outside.
