Exceptional

The house is amazing! Our kids would like to spend all days not leaving anywhere at all. Placed in a small beautifull village with a friendly grocery shop nearby, restaurants and bars within walk distance. You can easily get to Naples or Caserta by train - train station is 3 minutes from the house. But the best of all was our host - Giuliana - we rarely got a pleasure to meet so helpful, nice and warm people like she is. She made our holidays to remember:)

Beautiful house in a beautiful location.

Beautiful old house in a picturesque place. The views are stunning and the house has lots of character. We had a lovely time staying there and exploring the area. It is a very quiet place with an excellent host. We enjoyed buying food from the local bakery.

The stairs leading up to one of the beds are very steep and don't have a handrail. It was ok for my 10yo but managing them at night might be a concern for those with younger children or with a more anxious child. It would not be an easy house to stay in with toddlers due to the stairs and the big gaps on the rails overlooking the mezzanine floors.

The host was wonderful and kind. The place is even better then the pictures show. There is a private home .cinema. Very cozy well aquiped a great choice for a family.

Gorgeous Stay - amazing home & host

This amazing, huge stone house was a wonderful surprise. The pictures don’t do it justice! We loved everything from the tasteful decoration, to the well equipped kitchen, stunning view, lovely location and warm and welcoming host. All the little details make this place feel like home, while preserving the historic character of the building. It was special and perfect and we wholeheartedly recommend this gem of an accommodation!

Self-catering in style and historic surroundings

This historic property has been beautifully restored and is very spacious and well decorated, with its own home cinema and chapel! It is extremely good value. It sits on a hilltop with panoramic views in the little town of Dragoni (quiet but with a few restaurants, bars and shops and well situated for many interesting placez nearby and near several major routes from north to south. Giuluana was wonderful and kind, helping us and making our stay. She got in things for our breakfasts, helped us find the parking nearby and offered advice and friendship. We loved our stay, thank you!

Wow the size of the apartment was big with big kitchen and Cinema Room it was amazing

To get the house you nid to walk a little bit and go down some steers We had a lot of bags and it was hard. I think they need to write it in the description.

Relaxing retreat

The house was renovated to a very high standard. The view was incredible. The hot water was endless. The host was absolutely beautiful - we loved her. It was such a lovely place to get away from the hustle of the city! The kitchen was very well equipped, don't buy salt - there is already some provided haha. We just loved it here. The bath - oh the bath...it is glorious.

Bed squeaky and internet slow - particularly in the bedroom (although hardwired desktop provided for any important internet needs you might have that require fast speeds).

The house was beautiful with gorgeous views of the town's landscape! Decorated very simply yet felt homey. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Our hostess, Giuliana, was very friendly and helpful. She showed us around the house, offered restaurant recommendations and even made a reservation for us! She responded very quickly to all of our texts.

The only little annoyance was that the only shower was rather small and seemed to leak onto the bathroom floor.

Simply marvelous.

The place really gives you the feeling to be special in a special place – like a count, somehow. Overlooking an entire friendly village, with your own private cinema and lots if space, fine furniture and so much more ... in between the sky and Italian history. (Picture shows the view from the large window in the living room).
