Alternativa tranquila

Zona tranquila. Tot es nou i en bon estat. Està ben comunicat tot i estar lluny del centre

Que no et fassin cap dia l'habitació tot i fer una estada de 8 dies. Que et diguin que tenen cuina i després si vols coberts o paella ho has de demanar.

Jolie appartement proche de l'aéroport Haneda

L'espace, la propreté et le personnel très agréable. Proche du bus et pas loin du station de métro (et non JR station) WC indépendant de la salle de bain. Le balcon !!!

Le lit un peu dur, et pas beaucoup d'accessoires de cuisine, si comme moi on cuisine.

綺麗でスタッフの方も親切でした！

共用のお塩や紅茶が少なく、コンビニに買いに行ったのでもう少し多めに予備があると良かったです。

Good stay at Universal Haneda, good property. Location doesn’t have much to give.

Bed and the lighting was good. Key entry made us feel safe.

Small bathtub and no plates/cutlery in the kitchen

Overall great stay

The apartment is spacious, good facilities, and one of the staff was really nice and helpful. He helped us to book a taxi and even helped us to carry the luggages to the taxi.

A bit far from the city centre but we know this beforehand so no big deal 😀

It felt like home. enjoyed my stay. I had everything I needed. people were kind too.

The host met me and invited me to sit and relax before they quickly processed my documents and handed me the key. this place is clean and really like a home. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend to try them.

Très bon hôtel rapport qualité/prix, proche aéroport, transports et services.

Situé dans un quartier plutot paisible, à proximité d'un cours d'eau. Proche de supérettes. Et à quelques minutes d'un arrêt de métro. Chambre spacieuse, surtout pour Tokyo. On a même pu laisser nos bagages avant l'heure initiale de notre enregistrement.

lovely place to stay

I loved everything about my stay here. The staff was very friendly and great with communication. The place was very clean and came with new slides, toothbrush and toothpaste, bath towels, razors, soap, and hair wash. It is very close to Haneda airport but about an hour and a half away by train from central Tokyo locations like Shibuya.

the facilities is great and the staffs is friendly and helpful

the location is way too far from the train station. the check in time is not flexible and I need to wait till 3pm for check in even I arrive early in the morning due to the flight schedule.

Our 9 day stay

It was very clean and easy to find. It was comfortable for 3 people. The room had a kitchenette and a big refrigerator which worked well for us since we prepared meals. The hotel had a nearby 24 hour grocery where we bought snacks, meals and even souvenirs to take home. There is also a Family Mart next door. They also allowed us to borrow umbrellas.

The room was fantastic, clean and spacious. Had all the facilities that were mentioned. Overall a great experience.

Location wise, it is atleast 15 min walk to nearest station, or will have to take a bus to station not much of a problem for me, but the only one I could think of

Great stay, will be back.

We stayed premium family apartment. Bathroom amenities are plenty. Rooms are clean. Train station is walk distance, along the river, 3yo child can walk. Bus service is available. We used a taxi to get the accommodation at 10:30pm from Haneda airport. Cost was only 2200yen(march 2023). Lots convenience stores next door, and supermarket is 5 mins walk. Close to major road but no noise come through. 45 sqm room but entrance, toilet, bathroom got comfortable space, so you may feel a bit smaller the living and bedding area than photos. Can accommodate 4 adults but 3 would be max. We are 2 adults and 1 child, but it is just fine size.

Rubiah bin area is tiny and the garbage bag is full. I'm happy to follow the rules but Japan got very complicated bin system...so watch out.

Over all it’s satisfactory.

Location, helpful staff and clean room.

It’s noisy staying on the second floor which wasn’t noticeable when I stayed on sixth floor a week before. It will be more comfortable if I had two pillows when I sleep and sit up on the bed. (Only one pillow was supplied.)
