The location was wonderful. The hotel is at the train station and attached to a 7 floor department store that has restaurants, grocery store, and lots of places to shop.

The location was great and the hotel was nice and clean!
3.5
Very near to the station with full of facilities and food.
Staffs are not well trained. The check in was slow. Staff kept requesting for documents that provided during check in and kept asking your personal info that already available in its check in card ie. your name.

I got free breakfast! The buffet is really nice but I only with it stayed open a little bit longer for those travelers who are getting used to the sleep schedule. The bed was very comfortable and I had a nice view from my window. The style and decor of the hotel is a little 90s but it's still a good option if you're staying in the city. I was only there one night but I'm really glad I chose it. I did like that they had a 24 hour lobby for those who go back to their room late. Also the room was a lot larger than I expected it to be!
I can't say I really disliked anything.

Of the 6 hotels I stayed in, this one was by far the best and ironically one of the best values. I received a top floor with great views of Sagamiono. Breakfast was included, and it was excellent with plenty of choices and lots of food. The staff was quite helpful. The room was by far the largest of the 6 I have stayed in AND it had a closet and drawers! A luxury for a Japanese hotel. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Furthermore, the hotel is located right in the train station with several department stores and a myriad of restaurants right in the same building or connected to Sagamiono Square.
This was a great hotel. You cannot go wrong staying here.

Strategic location, an extensive breakfast and, most of all, and truly appreciated: very helpful reception staff.

Great Location, connected to Sagami-Ono station. The parking situation is not explained well in Japanese in their website, and abysmally explained in English. Do not park in the regular station square parking lot or you will not be able to retrieve your vehicle until after 1000 AM. The room was great but the staff kept on bothering me about having a COVID-19 test when I already live in Japan and did not enter as a tourist. They were very adamant about this until I finally gave up and told them to kick me out or consult with their boss about the situation. Finally, after I returned from work, they explained that everything was OK. My wife (Japanese, not staying in the hotel) was surprised to hear that the hotel staff did not offer any complimentary services for the hassle.
