Located on the ground floor with a beautiful garden for exclusive use and a swimming pool shared with 6 other units, the A CASA DI BEA apartment is one of our most popular properties. The apartment is located in a strategic position, a few steps from the lakefront, shops and shopping centers.
Upon entering, we are greeted by a large living room with double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette. The house has an exclusive garden on both the west and east sides, which means that this unit is always well exposed to light. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, overlooking the garden, a bathroom with shower, a toilet with grab bars for the disabled, a bidet and a washing machine.
The large garage, air conditioning, the supplied USB modem and the storage room complete the description of this splendid apartment. The Carrefour supermarket is very useful, just 30 meters away.
Check-in for this apartment is from 15:00. until 7:00 p.m., for arrivals after 7:00 p.m. and until 11:30 p.m. a surcharge of 50.00 euros will be charged
Pets are welcome, the extra cost is 5.00 euros per day, upon request we provide you with a welcome pack if you need it, consisting of a cot or booth, aluminum feeders, mat and food ration for the first night . You can pick up the material after the holidays and it will remain your property. An additional fee of EUR 15 per night will be required for this additional service.
This apartment is subject to the payment of a security deposit of Euro 150. The deposit will be collected upon check-in and released in cash on the day of departure if there is no material damage.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich total schön. Der Garten ist so groß und der Pool nebenan, perfekt. Es gibt alles was man benötigt. In der Wohnung und auch außerhalb. Das vierte Bett ist ein Klappbett, recht komfortabel, mit Kindern vollkommen ok, mit vier Erwachsenden, sollte man es wissen. Wir haben nichts vermisst und würden die Wohnung, mit kleinen Hinweisen, direkt weiterempfehlen. Das Wäsche- Paket ist ausreichend. Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist in 2 Minuten am See. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Umgebung. Bus und Fähre fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Betreuung war sehr nett, vielen Dank an Roberta! Die Sauberkeit. Es ist nicht so das wir uns nicht wohlgefühlt haben, der Boden war blitzeblank. Es ist nur so, dass man mal wieder eine Grundreinigung in der Küche und Bad machen müsste. Im Bad ist der Klodeckel leicht lose und die Dusche darf man sich nicht so genau anschauen . Einfache Handgriffe denkt man sich, mit wenig Aufwand, aber wie gesagt, unwohl haben wir uns nie gefühlt.

Wir haben unsere Tage in dem Appartement sehr genossen. Die Küche hat alles zu bieten was man braucht, schönes Bad und wir genossen die beiden Terrassen: morgens Sonne auf der einen, abends auf der anderen. Das Appartement war sehr sauber. Toller Garten für Menschen und Hund. Der Pool war Ostern noch zu, hätten wir aber auch nicht gebraucht. Viel schöner vorne am See zu liegen. Übergabe der Schlüssel und Rückgabe liefen reibungslos. Ein Problem mit dem Warmwasser wurde sofort behoben. Einziges Manko: das Appartement ist an der Hauptstraße - man sollte nicht lärmempfindlich sein . Das Haus ist hellhörig. War ok für uns. Ostern war das Haus noch ziemlich leer. Die Gartenstühle könnten repariert werden. 4 Kaffeetassen wären toll.

Die Wohnung war wunderbar. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. In der Küche und im Hauswirtschaftsraum findet man alles was man braucht. Sogar ein Bügeleisen mit Brett war vorhanden. Der große Garten und die zwei Terrassen sind ein Traum. Der Garten grenzt direkt an den Pool, der zwar mit den anderen Hausbewohnern geteilt werden muss, dies war jedoch nicht schlimm. Die meiste Zeit konnten wir den Pool ganz für uns alleine nutzen. In 1 Minunte ist man in der Fußgängerzone, wo man jede Menge Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants findet und in 3 Gehminuten ist man direkt am Gardasee … wirklich perfekt. Und obwohl die Wohnung wirklich mitten drin ist, hat man absolut seine Ruhe, wenn man im Garten oder am Pool liegt und die Sonne genießt. Die Waschmaschine und der Staubsauger sind etwas in die Jahren gekommen …. ansonsten war wirklich alles toll.

The appartment is very nice and the location is perfect, the swimming pool is perfect, the terraces is really nice but a little bit noisy with the road. The location is perfect with the its center position on the south of the lake and the lake is very closed. The kitchen is too small and the equipments is not up to the standard of the accommodation. There are not enough dishes for 4 peoples. The garage is large but is occupied with furnitures and the access ramp is difficult for large cars.

The apartment was perfect for 3 persons (one of her in a wheelchair) Well equipped, 2 terraces, common swimming pool (directly accessible from the terrace). Some restaurants’, a supermarket and a few shops are very closed to the apartment as well as the lake. A bus goes directly to the historical centre of Sirmione every 15 mins. We really enjoyed our stay. Sirmione is the nicest town on the lake. The only negative point is the noice of the main road when you are in the terrace but it doesn’ impact the really positive feeling on this apartment.

Everything was great. Great location - 24/7 market just outside the apartment, and alot of othet stores. Beautiful place, the apartment and the city. Everything we need were in the apartment and problems were solved immediately. The wifi cellular modem is not comfortable for use and doesn´t works everytime. The smell of the cleaning spray were smelly and not good.
