Great price, comfortable, convenient.

The bed was very comfortable! Great location- close (15 minute or less walk) to some good restaurants and to the green line metro.

One thing to know: the room is a one-flight walk-up, and there are some older (and slightly uneven) steps to enter the building.

Location

Did not match listing. Inside a private home with no privacy, no access to balcony, and no parking. The smell was awful. I felt totally misled by the ad.

I did not like anything for this price in this room!

The owner is a liar and a rude person. I asked for the keys to the room, but the drill did not close, and he began to drive out and find something else!!! When I booked this accommodation, it was written in the description that it was a studio, but in fact it was a very small and dirty room without a lock, I had to carry a lot of things with me around the city!!!

Host was great.. and his property was good.. as described.

In the Neighboor 11 pm.... someone stole our stuffs outside the property.. we were attacked by one man.. requesting for money... unfortunately moment...

It was ok for a night but the listing was misleading.

The person we spoke with was very nice and answered quickly. We just needed a cheap place to sleep so it worked for us. the bed was very comfy

it wasn’t in a super safe neighborhood but my boyfriend and I are used to that environment. The walls were very dirty and the pictures were definitely misleading. I felt weird about it being in a house with her parents, but I might’ve misunderstood the listing. I didn’t like that the door to our room did not lock from the outside.

It was convenient and significantly cheaper than hotels, so served its purpose well.

It was clean, served the needs as a studio with a bedroom and adjacent living room with big-screen TV and cable. It was a quiet place. It was easy to travel into the city. The renter (via phone) was responsive and helpful.

All was good, but the sofa had a seat where you could feel the springs. A new sofa or soft chairs would complete the place well, make TV entertainment more relaxing.

nothing, the person that “received” me was very rude and didn’t even say a word to me since didn’t speak Spanish or English and didn’t even bother for a good day phrase… the lock on the main entrance is also kind of complicated and not easy to open.

the room is a complete scam. not like in the pictures. it’s dirty and has many things that aren’t on then pictures. “the outside balcony” doesn’t exist and there is a paper on that door that says “please do not open this door”

Never went inside very poor neighborhood with young violence men walking around

Old property.Neighbor filled with old unkept properties. I was afraid to get out of car. Never went inside of dreary and unkept building. Please refund my money. I will report this building for Code inspection

Good location

The amenities were very limited. A very small bathroom. Just an electric kettle and fridge, coffee mugs, 2 paper plates and plastic cutlery. No other kitchen implements. Toiletries consisted of handwash and an almost empty bottle of body wash. The door to the apartment couldn’t be locked from the outside and the entrance was through the family’s hallway. A very disappointing visit.

Absolutely nothing

This is easily the worst place that I have booked in the last 10 years. The picture on the advert is so misleading, you are literally locked up in a room upstairs with the owners parents who made us feel like we were criminals. When we were leaving the dad started checking the place right in front of us, really?? how unprofessional! And we were asked to remove our shoes at the entrance, we all have cultures to hold on to, but we paid for the room, its a business transaction, you are not hosting us as a favour. Very bad location
