Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Great location
This is not a private apartment, but rather a room in a large apartment with a shared kitchen and private bathroom with a window to another house, but the good thing is that you can lower the blinds. It's more like a hostel. The bed was also old, noisy and uncomfortable.

Great communication with owner
Everything was great
4.1
The place was very clean and everything was functioning. The host was very nice and did care of everything until and during my stay.
The location is a bit out of the centrum, but easy reachable with the bus

Ernesto was there for the check in and was really friendly. He even carried our bags. He also gave us ditections and inside knowledge about the bus, restaurants etc.
There was a littke general kitchen with even a fridge if you wanted to use it.
Too bad there was no wifi.

Ernesto was very gentle to reiceive in the Casa di Varda and show us around. He gave excellent recommendations on food, wine, sweets and romantic places to visit. We would absolutely recommend this for everybody!
Also, the location is excellent.
I wouldn't say that I disliked something. It was very pleasant overall.

Owner is nice man.
No internet! No breakfast! Pricy!
4.1
It is a big room with a kitchen outside (shared with the other rooms). The manager was very friendly and helpful.
I did not see all the apartments but the one that we stayed was a little bit outdated and not well lighted compared to the photos. Despite the fact that it is not that far, it is not closer to historic center either. If you can, it is worth to pay more to stay closer.

location was nice. the host was amazing guy and very helpful, he checked us in even though we arrived late after the usual check in time!
horrible noisy bed. uncomfortable, horrible sound isolation, couldn’t get sleep from the midnight flushes of next door toilet and even early morning brushing of Neighbour you could hear :)) on the top of all “”DIRTY BATHROOM, spots of blood on pillow covers”” , not clean!

Very clean room and bathroom!!!
Ernesto is a very nice man and he gave as informations for places to eat.

Ernesto is great! Friendly and helpful. The apartment is excellent! Very clean! The bed is very comfortable too!
4.1
The apartment, the room and the private bathroom are big. The bed was confortable. The owner's attitude was overall nice.
The apartment was not so clean as expected, the walls and doors were durty and a lot of dust everywhere.
In the description of the apartment is it written that there is internet all over the property which is not true, as the internet is completely missing.
When we asked the owner about this, he sent us to the public internet connection which was also not working. Asking him to fix this issue, we received the answer that he can't do anything about it as it's not up to him.
So we had to use the roaming service with additional costs from our side, which was a bad surprise considering that we choose the apartment also for the fact that it was written that it has free internet connection.

20-25 minutes by foot or 2-3 bus stops to the center.
Clean, tidy. Large bathroom with everything you need.

Great place to stay
Comfy bed, whole apartment & share kitchen spotlessly clean, great Wi-Fi, close to public transport and the city centre. Our Host was very helpful with suggestions of places to see & where to go to eat locally at good prices. Even kept our bags so we could fit in some more sight seeing before we left on the last day. Thank you. Highly recommended.
