Exceptional

Paradise if looking for something quiet just few minutes from the Verona city center. Place renovated with an excellent taste located in beautiful surroundings. Just with two nights there you will be fully relaxed. Owner is an interesting person with a will to make your stay excellent experience.

Everything. You can't stay anywhere better than in Roberto's villa. He is a very kind man and an amazing host. The villa is stunning

What I didn't like was BOOKING.COM and GOOGLE MAPS FAULT your directions are wrong. As a single woman on her own in a car was guided by your directions up a vertical old track road it was so steep my car rolled back and I managed to stop just before me, my car and my little dog went over a cliff. The road that you should direct clients to is on the other side. Roberto has been contacting both of you for 3 years yet you still do nothing. Booking.com if you sell a product you are responsible for the correct directions to assist people and let me tell you the experience has made me sick and has damaged my car and I'm in Italy on my own which is very scary I could of been killed are you going to let someone get hurt before you do the right thing. It's simple apply the correct directions.

a beautiful escape

upon arrival we were stunned by the beautiful views. The property itself is magnificent both on the outside and inside. The rooms are really nice and comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great and it’s just a short drive to fantastic restaurants nearby. Will definitely return if we come back to Verona.

Alberto is here day and night

Beautiful hotel with beautiful garden and views! Its calming and peaceful. Host is talkative and different than anyone I ever saw in a hotel. He knows wine and food and likes to give guest a glass of two. If you are hungry just tell him and he will order probably the best from around. We wanted pizza and he ordered us a perfect pizza napolitana for just 7€!!

Unique and special property for lodging… truly made you feel you were in Italy! Old manor that has been renovated to mod

The grounds were beautiful and well manicured and the manor is beautifully decorated. A very special and unique property and worth the stay!

Mother Nature made it difficult to eat outside as the bees were very present.

Unique architecture of the building, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. Definitely not a typical hotel but we enjoyed it very much! The owner and staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Also if you have a dog, it’s a great place to bring your fury friend.

Outstanding hotel and owner !!

Alberto the owner of the estate was amazing ! He was so friendly and helpful and gave us excellent recommendation for wine tasting and diner, I will always come back here when I'm in Verona. Room was spacious and very clean with a beautiful view and the hotel itself is gorgeous. Totally recommend it !!

Fabulous Stay with Taste and Character.

Incredibly tastful Manor House is a fabulous stay when visiting Verona. Only 9 minutes drive to the city centre but you get stunning 'Tuscan like' views of the area and very personal experience curated by the owner Alberto. We stayed in fancy hotels prior throughout this holiday but Delver Manor House was our favourite by far. Lots of character, great breakfast and very convenient location for surrounding points of interest. We recommend it highly and hope our humble opinion is helpful. P.S. Total gem for Architects and Designers.

Interesting location for good overnight stay outside city

Spacious room and bathroom. Nice building.

Host seemed to be surprised by our arrival. There was an event happening the night we stayed but with those thick walls there was no sound issue. AC was rather weak. We made the mistake and opened the window for fresh air, but then got biten by all the mosquitos.
