Location
Stairs are a bit of an obstacle for a person in there later years also a shower would be ideal

Very convenient to the town. Included access to laundry facilities.
One bathroom only which was on the second floor.
Absolutely no offerings for a cup of coffee or tea. Instant coffee and or teabags would have been extremely welcome since the check in time is 6pm and the local stores are all closed by then and restaurants don’t open in the morning until 9-9:30.

Comfy and homely. Had everything we needed. Very good location and a car park our back

The location is perfect, the cottage is just beautiful and it had absolutely everything you could need/want for your stay! Little extras such as flowers and chocs were a lovely addition and we had an afternoon in the garden which was perfect.
One thing is my fault completely as, because it is a pet friendly cottage and I am highly allergic to animals, (I don’t have to be in their vicinity but even giving someone a cuddle who has a dog/cat can set me off) I struggled with my breathing so would think about booking a pet friendly cottage again as it set my asthma off terribly. Just a warning if you are as allergic to animals as me as I couldn’t sit in the living room of an evening and had to sit in the kitchen with door and windows open. Bedroom ok but again, people who live their animals definitely let their dogs on the beds! Windows open fully throughout the night helped somewhat though.
Also an overwhelming smell of what smelt like cigarette smoke as soon as you opened the door. You got used to it but it was powerful. Which was a bit strange as it says non smoking throughout.

Excellent central location for both Bourton on the Water and the Cotswolds with the cottage well equipped, clean and with everything for a comfortable stay provided and included. The kitchen has everything needed with the the washing machine and drier in the laundry room along with good WiFi and tv system a welcome bonus.
There is no shower but that is understandable with the limited headroom and although a mixer tap shower head is installed it is difficult to use whilst ensuring there is no water overspray outside the bath. Perhaps a fitted shower screen or shower curtain would make it easier to use and reduce the amount of hot water and time used by running baths.

The cottage was perfect for a quick stay in BOTW. It was clean, tidy and Conveniently located.
The driveway getting to cottage is very narrow and only small cars can get through.

Brilliant location and a cosy, homely property
Could do with a shower screen and full wall tiles to stop water squirting on walls from the handheld shower

No Dishwasher, but completely understandable given the age of the property

Was a lovely little cottage right in the centre of town.
I was there for work, but would definitely return with the family.

The cottage was really nice and comfortable. Plenty of extra cleaning had been done and was well equipped with lots of helpful extras. Very thoughtful owners. Thank you
The entrance to the parking space area is really tight to get through and if you don't get the angle correct you will scrape your car. Obviously there is nothing that can be done about this, just be careful...

Cottage was right in Bourton on Water with shops, pubs, walks on doorstep.
Well stocked kitchen, nice big sink, airy feel with a table, and washing machine outside if needed.
Nice little shared garden and thankfully a private off road parking space as Bourton is very busy during the day.
Chocolate left, nice touch!
Lovely old cottage overall, love all the beams, nice Well in Courtyard.
If you had a little dog it’s perfect.
Didn’t like the idea of people in higher twin room (which the beds quite under the eaves) having to pass through lower bedroom to toilet and get downstairs!
Lounge would have been little too snug for 4 in my eye, especially as the 2 sofas were not that big or comfortable. Ok if your planning to be out alot like we were!
Wish it had a downstairs/outside toilet or a separate one.
Cottage is by the Church which you can hear clearly with windows open! All night!
Needs a fan as was hot in June and quilt was a quality warm one!
Lack of wardrobe space which is by toilet not in bedroom. Didn’t find it till 2nd day!

Nice cottage and great location
Dog hair on carpets and sofa.. Had to hover up when we got there!
