Didn’t get shown around, had to wait around for the owner to let us in, no mirror in the room, didn’t get shown or told where the kitchen was for the breakfast in the morning, tried to put us in two rooms when we paid for 3. The bedding was damp in one of the rooms as though it had been sprayed and not changed. The floor was all wet in the bathroom

Superb

I liked the location and the fact that it was only few minutes away from the train station and town centre.

The bedding looked as though it has not been changed. Also, there was no plug in the bathroom sink and I almost lost a ring. I didn't like the fact that in order to switch off the night lights, which were positioned on both sides of the bed, I had to get out of bed and then walk back to bed in the darkness.

Comfortable bed, col fan in bedroom, good working shower.

Not towels for two people. One small towel each, toilet seat broken, main door frame broken, not safe. In the kitchen ,not washing liquid to wash cutlery and plates.

Excellent breakfast options, perfect location both for Preston Town centre and train station. Quiet location and easy check in and out. Staff helpful and easy to contact.

if your looking for a nice break then i definitely recommend looking somewhere else

Close to train station, only good thing

Wouldn’t recommend staying here at all….. the toilet seat is broken, door frame is slowly coming off, lights don’t work and have weak ones around it, seat in room is broken, no towels (when i messaged to ask for one as it says they provide them, i had to wait a few hours then he called me and said “what do you want now” and then said they don’t have anymore available!!!!, fire alarm has gone off twice through fault of person working here. We could hear also hear people walking upstairs and outside our room, was very loud unfortunately, we found it hard to sleep

Excellent base near the city centre

Stayed due to a train strike it was perfect for me. I felt safe. You don't actually meet anyone - you speak to them on the phone and they guide you in and around. Cctv everywhere.

It met my needs.

Lovely stay

The room was very clean. Bed extremely comfortable. Heating was easy to use and room heated up fast. Shower hot and powerful. Very good value for money. Gave us extended check out as one of the party was in hospital and could get make it out for 11 for free.

I would book again and definitely recommend it

it is what it states online and perfect for a night stay or weekend stay or if you just need a break or anything really and price for it was reasonable too.

Close to the University and City centre.

The bed was lumpy and the pillows were really flat. The shower ran only hot. The kettle worked sporadically.

Good for the money

Very close to the city center and nice rooms. Very helpful staff aso. I had an issue with the room and they changed it for me. Easy check in by phone.

The first room was too warm and both rooms weren't very clean (the bathroomd) but overall everything was ok.

Ideally placed for station and city centre, very comfortable mattress and soft pillows, well-equipped shared kitchen.

Room got stiflinglyy hot during the day - the window really needs silvering or a foil-backed blind to keep the temperature down!
