Clean, stylish and spacious

It was beautiful. We also received a free upgrade.
Ring able to hear the man upstairs peeing like a horse on the regular!

The small kitchen is very handy. The self check in is also handy. Very modern and clean.
But the problem was only one small saucepan to use really could do with a frying pan No point having a kitchen you can’t really use.

Bra läge nära stationen, fina rum, enkel incheckning.
Möjligen lite för varmt i rummet.

Great location, lovely room. Clean and quiet.
Was expecting a bigger room. Perhaps I misunderstood the description.
4.5
It’s close to many cafes and breakfast places
Distance with parking

The room is modern and seemed clean - if really rather hot.
There is no one to help check in, the room walls are paper thin and you can hear the people next doors, there is NOT parking on site (despite the description on booking.com, the station car back is a fair walk away and is £25 overnight. I had luggage so it was a question of getting down the bus lane, unloading, parking up and repeating the process in the morning. Finally, it’s not a hotel, just a room. All in all, no thanks.

We got an upgraded room with two bedrooms which was fab. It was very spacious and clean with selerate living room and kitchen
Nothing to not like

The decor was nice, lovely bathroom, nice little kitchenette. Bed was comfortable
Close to the station, good for a quick work trip
The room was very very warm- there was a fan but didn't help and smelled a bit of smoke. There was a flat roof outside the window which I assume people sit out and smoke as cig butts scattered. Also a bit noisy you can hear everyone walking around in the other rooms. Nice place but too warm, not well ventilated.

Spacious, fab location, had everything we needed, fab communication, easy parking nearby.

We were upgraded on the day of our stay. Lovely and clean. There is plenty of room. Very comfortable beds. Complementary water, tea, coffee, biscuits, and milk but the milk had gone off, unfortunately. Milk was in date so just one of those things. We would definitely stay again. Great location.
A bigger table for eating would have been nice and a dressing table with a mirror. Plus accessible plugs for hair dryer and straighteners as I had to get ready in the lounge. But this would not deter me from staying again as it was a lovely apartment.

Cannot fault the location. I was travelling south and with a further 5 hours ahead of me decided to meet up with friends in Preston and make the town my lay over spot for the night. Car Parking is a couple mins walk and the hotel is literally seconds away from the high street and right near the train station. There is a nice looking bar/restaurant opposite as well. Oh I did like the jar of sweets on the side. I found an apple sour that were particularly tasty. Steph the lady in charge was professional and helpful as was the lady at No10 Chester whom I was patched through to when I needed to call the number after Steph had finished for the day. Indeed on my long drive home the next day I did receive a text from Steph to say that they are in the process of giving me a partial refund. How much and when i dont know, but I was pleased my issues were followed up swiftly.
Minutes into arriving at my room I found 3 pizza boxes with old pizza in them, 1 chicken box and a chips box stuffed into the cupboard in the kitchen. The cupboard door would not shut so not sure how House Keeping missed this. Pretty shoddy.
However most disappointingly, the shower did not work. Having been on the go since 0700 that morning, I wanted to freshen up before meeting friends only to discover that the temperature gauge was fault. My options were boiling of scalding hot water. The thing is the finishing's in the room whilst on 1st glance look nice/ok when using; need maintenance/replacing. What a shame. I was offered a shower using an 'out of service' room.
Small things.
1) When I arrived the room was hotter than hades. the radiator was on its max setting of 5 so whilst turning it down was not a problem maybe have house keeping put these on say 1 or 2, appreciate you do not want guests walking into a cold room, but it was extremely hot and stuffy.
2) The walls between rooms must be threadbare thin. My neighbours for the evening were not particularly noisy but I could hear them coughing in the middle of the night like they were literally in the room next door as well as their alarm clock clearly as day
3) just an observation but it was a shame to see 'single use' amenities in the room. The fridge had a pint of milk. I had time for a quick cup of tea so opened the milk. Literally used maybe a splash or 2, but obviously that milk will not be used for the next guest. Maybe house keeping or staff get to use open milk cartons, but i suspect it is thrown away. Same for the single use bar of soap. I used the albeit small soap bar twice during my stay and I suspect that soap bar and wrapping in simply binned, much like the shower/shampoo. Would be great to see maybe dispensers on the wall and a small jug of milk in the fridge.

Short walk from the station.
It was faultless, complimentary jar full of sweets did nothing for my waistline😳

We had an absolutely beautiful room,
everything was perfect.
Luxury boutique hotel with lovely touches.
Champagne bar over the road serves the nicest food and literally 10 steps away.
nothing.
4.5
very close to everything and clean on arrival
uncomfortable sleep as two beds were pushed together and left an uncomfortable feeling.
tv kept turning on by itself, rooms are not soundproof as advertised as we could hear the room next door.

We both loved everything about this experience , worth the money and travel and the staff helping us with any problems were very kind and suppotive. Worth going for night outs , business and get aways it has everything to offer.

Very modern and has a luxury feel. Right in the center of Preston for the shops and bars. Wouldn't stay anywhere else now. Really impressed
