I had an apartment with living room area and kitchen. Very spacious with everything I needed for my stay. Great value for money and close to the railway station.
5.0
Very clean and nicely decorated.
The mattress could definitely be replaced along with the decorative pillows as they did smell.

Very easy to get access to the room, perfectly equipped for staying away from home. Much better than a hotel. Walking distance to the university. Ideal.
An issue was sorted immediately by the host. Thank u.

The apartment was absolutely stunning, we loved our stay was close to where we wanted to go. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.
The bed in the back room was very squeaky and not great for comfort as the mattress wasn’t very comfy, but still enjoyed staying there.

Upon arrival our original booked room was in disarray and not clean. We were quickly able to get a hold of management. They were more than apologetic and rebooked us into a different, much larger flat at no additional fee.
The flat was very comfortable, location great and just right.
The bed could use a new mattress.

Location and very suitable for a couple of nights.
Steps down to the door could do with a clean up.
I was ok but my mate thought they were steep and a little slippery.

We enjoyed the stay with our two little girls, they liked the space to run between rooms and had their own toilet.
The kitchen area was good for breakfast before we headed out.
The linen on the beds were damp and stayed damp the whole stay.
The bed and mattress in the bigger room was really creepy and uncomfortable, I actually woke up sore. Needs replaced.
The place definitely needs a good clean, especially the kitchen shelves and under the bed.
Kitchen would benefit from a tv and dish towel.
The courtyard would be nice if the weeds were taken care of and a little bench or seating area was available.
Wi-Fi isn't great but we found if you reset the box when the green lights go off, itll connect back up no problem, we did this a few times over our stay.

The hotel met all our needs, travelled for our sons graduation, everything was within walking distance, unfortunately we had to leave early due to a flood from the room above, but the hotel were amazing trying to accommodate us and stop the leak, this was just something beyond there control but handled well. Would recommend them.
No freezer in kitchen

Nice well equipped apartment.
A bit of a walk to the centre.

Nicely decorated and good sized rooms.
Floors were dusty; they had been swept, but possibly not mopped. No mattress-protectors on the beds, although one was provided the next day.

10 min walking to the city centre. Quiet neighborhood. Well equipped bedrom with kitchenware, microwave, toaster and a kettle, it was useful for me as a celiac because I need to propare my own gluten free food. The shower worked properly. There was also a TV.
The temperature inside the building was extremely hot during all our stay. In our bedroom the heater was at the maximum, we put it at 0 and opened the windows (also sleeping with open windows) and still feeling too hot there. It is no sustantaible to have the heaters in that temperature in July, please think about the climate change... Also, there was a died cockroach on the bathroom floor... And the dandelion room was too furnished, too many random furniture there and small free space. It needs a redecoration.

Loved the layout. Bed, armchair, table and chair, kitchenette with fridge, microwave. toaster, kettle, dishes, pots, cutlery, dishes, 2 ringed hob. Bathroom with good sized shower. Loved the decor. Bed the same as my own at home. Local shop just down the street. Short walk to town. Near train station. Our granddaughter is at University in Preston so we will be booking The Myriad the next time we visit her.
On the top floor. We are pensioners so my husband was a bit out of breath. Entrance hall had heating on very high. Room was very hot at night with a duvet on the bed. Second night we removed the duvet and just used the cover. Perhaps have a top sheet on bed for hotter nights.

It was fairly cheap. The property entry codes were given to us in advance so we could access the property easily. There is a fish and chip shop nearby and a shop. The bed was comfortable.
The outside of the property is untidy. The stairs going up to the property were not clean. The light outside our room was left on all night which came under the door and into our bedroom. A timer switch would be an improvement. We could hear the people in the adjacent room.

Great location and very clean place. 5 minutes walk to the station and city centre.
Can be noisy as its located on the main street but nothing really major.
6.0
Free car parking ( but only 2 spaces so we were lucky to get one and they were 5 doors away )
The studio had a fridge and stove top and good wi-fi .
The bed was very uncomfortable, you could feel every spring.
The cleaner came banging on the door at 10am Sunday morning.

Walking distance from town centre. Street parking at no cost. Room equipped with fridge, microwave, etc
Bathroom very compact. Would benefit from hook on bathroom door.

I arrived there with my two young children and was met with the smell of stale smoke. The room was poor quality and the venue was in a part of town that did not feel safe. Later in the evening an antisocial group was seen in the building and were smoking marajuana and playing loud music. From a safeguarding perspective this was unacceptable to me with young children. However what made matters worse was that this set off the fire alarm in the building which was unattended, and therefore did not turn off. We took both our children and had to move to a new hotel. We were disgusted with the overall state of the service and felt unsafe in the building with our children. We expected this to be taken forward as a formal safeguarding issue and asked for a full refund, however, we were offered a pitiful compensation instead. We would never recommend this venue or the customer service from booking.com which has been appalling.

Well decorated and appointed studio, useful kitchenette area
The location, on a busy main road by a set of traffic lights. As we were getting out of our car, in the adjoining cul-de-sac, three balaclava-clad lads walked past us, which I appreciate can’t be controlled by the accommodation, but it did make us very wary of the location. It might be harsh on the accommodation, but from what we saw on arrival, I wouldn’t want my wife or daughter to stay there as a solo traveller.

Good size room. Nice bathroom.
Arrived, all good, smelly area but close to town. 930pm fire alarm goes off. We go outside, as do some other residents, i call the number given on booking, straight to voicemail, still no reply now 2 days later. It ends up being the lads downstairs smoking weed.
We turn the alarm off ourselves, no harm done. On the way back in, my boyfriend injures his hand because you have to shoulder barge the door while the handle is pointing to the floor, nice one.
We get in bed to go to sleep, and Jesus H Christ the mattress is the thinnest, cheapest, 2 inch thick piece of ish with coils digging into your whole body.
Everything I can deal with, but don't skimp on the mattress. Shame on you.

Close to the city centre, and bus links, easy for takeaway and grocery deliveries. Generally clean and tidy, given basics to use the hob, kettle, microwave and clean up. Laundry facilities on site I believe though I didn't use them. I liked the space, the fact you got a sofa, hob etc and the security of the coded doors, I appreciate how clean and tidy, the decent free WiFi and inviting the stay was thank you
The fact we couldn't get ahold of anyone when the fire alarm went off ( I think a guest set it off), the mattress could do with changing possibly as you can feel the springs a bit but not painfully yet. The shower door needs reattaching to the runner and there's a rust stain under the toilet roll holder but these are minor things and

The decoration of the apartment. Good communication.
we couldn't get the wifi connection to work.

Location for an event we were attending
Entrance lobby super hot and no control on the radiator meaning heat transfer into the room

The room was cozy and better than I had expected. Bathroom was also nice and clean with hot water running
The door seemed to have locked and I wasn’t able to get in for about 30 minutes at 4am. Tried to call the hosts or the number provided but no one picked up.

There was old work gloves lying on the counter top when i arrived. the appartment was looking very tired and in need of updating

Lovely room and very clean with some nice touches of style. Access and cleanliness was outstanding. the best thing was the leather chair - can I buy it? (seriously)
curtains could block the light better and walls are thin (but I am a very light sleeper).
6.0
it was ideally because it was close to the town centre
when I arrive to the hotel room it haven’t been cleaned from last person stay there . It was very hard to get hold of the people running the place because they wasn’t no staff in the hotel. eventually, the cleaners did turn up and the room but I was told to vacate which was inconvenient for me . I text the owner for a discount for the inconvenience but never heard back . I was very disappointed with the service I’m wouldn’t stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend to anybody !!

Wi fi connection to the router perfect but internet connection completely didn't work and even after highlighting this information no any reaction or answer.
