Central mais très bruyant

Logement central permettant de visiter Madrid à pied.

Extrêmement bruyant (les fenêtres ne sont pas isolées, bruits de circulation) et le canapé lit est inconfortable, difficile de dormir dans ces conditions. Mauvaises odeurs dans la salle de bain.

Buena estancia para visitar Madrid

Hicimos el check-in fácilmente y llegamos sobre las 22:00 h. Cuando entramos el apartamento estaba calentito y la estancia para dormir arriba fue cómoda.

Lo único que no nos gustó tanto fue que las escaleras eran algo peligrosas y eso que somos jóvenes. La decoración de los cuadros es de un estilo algo curioso.

La ubicación, en pleno centro pero detrás de la calle Mayor así que menos ruidoso

la ubicación perfecta y la limpieza muy bien, las sabanas tenían muy buen olor

el sofa cama muy muy incomodo, me parece increible que lo utilicen como acomodación para dos personas más cuando es un colchon en el suelo y además muy fino y duro.

A great stay in an excellent location.

The property offers a generally comfortable stay with a great location. The area is fairly quiet, but the many sights of the city centre can easily be explored from there on foot.

The stairs up to the sleeping area are a bit tricky at first and probably less suited for elderly people.

Perfect location in Madrid

Perfectly situated, very close to the most important places of interest like the main city square or the Royal palace. The apartment is comfortable and there is enough space for a couple, but I would not recommend it for three people.

The windows do not isolate the flat very well, so you can easily hear the noise from the street, although to be honest, the street is not noisy, there is not so much trafic during the night time. The kitchen is modern but could be better equiped. For example, there was no kettle or vegetable peeler. Finally, I would say that the flat, although comfortable, is a bit old, and certainly does not produce the impression of a "luxury space", the floor particularly looks dirty, because it was painted in white but a long time ago. I have taken a couple of pictures. I think it is quite easy to make it look really very nice.

Great Central Madrid Loft for Staycation

The location was unbeatable. Central, but not touristy and hence quiet. You can easily walk to Sol and Plaza Mayor and take the metro to other parts of Madrid. Even though, on the face of it, the loft style might look tricky, even someone 6ft. can stand tall and hence no issues at all. Separate kitchen and dining space, TV with streaming services, Nespresso machine with capsules, tea and the necessary utensils and cutlery make this place an ideal one for a short stay, even for a family of 4.

The loft can become quite warm even in winter if the room heating is on, while those sleeping on the sofa bed might feel cold if the AC is switched on. It would have been nice to have some cooking oil, salt, etc. Also, the toilet drainage is a bit slow, while the stove top heats up quickly and hence shuts down. It would have been nice to have the TV on the wall so that those on the loft can also see it. A clothes wardrobe would have also been nice. The time for doing the laundry is limited since the washing machine is in the common space (shared by 4 apartments). And be prepared to check put on time since there is no place to store luggage.

Great stay

The place was very central yet quiet . I loved the interior , very beautifully designed and was very spacious with great sunlight . Very clean place overall , would definitely love to return there again
