Lovely farmhouse with stunning countryside panoramas.

Stunning location and lovely property which was nicely decorated. Very spacious bedroom and comfortable bed. Beautiful views to hills and over the countryside at breakfast …. even on a cloudy morning! Comfy sitting room. Short drive to Ballina or Foxford for pm meals. Home made baking available until 5pm. Friendly warm hostess. Plenty of parking space.

A beautiful and peaceful setting and a wonderful host.

Peggy was an excellent host, and very kindly made gave us breakfast at a very early hour. She also made us a packed lunch to take away for very little extra cost. The setting is beautiful, peaceful and we would love to have been staying for longer, for the peacefulness and to explore the area.

Maybe it would be beneficial if there was a TV in the room. Choice of breakfast on menu. But when we asked for a fry up there was no problem

Just very peaceful, clean and welcoming

When we arrived we where made very welcome Peggy is a super human being with quiet but helpful ways. I would recommend the place very much especially being so remote and peaceful.

All good once we arrived..you need Sat nav.

If you are looking to have quite and blissful days this is the place for you. It is located in a farm about 15minutes from Ballina city center, better reached by car (not sure about public transportation). House is gorgeous and our room was very spacious and spotless. I’ve never been to a B&B that was so clean, honestly. But what stood out for me was the good smell once you enter the room, towels, bed sheet, everything smells so good. Peggy takes good care of the place and the guests. Breakfast was amazing too. We had a pleasant time.

A magnificent location and the welcome and hospitality was second to none

amazing location. it was my birthday on the second day and on return from dinner was greeted with a small birthday cake & candle! a great surprise and most hospitable. really made welcome

Excelent place to stay, with all the advantages of the country side, but close to everything

The room was great, big, very comfortable and carefully and very well decorated. The place was very well located. Ballina was just 15m by car and had everything one needed, including several electric car chargers.Which in my case who own an electric car was essential to make this B&B a quite and well decorated place in the midle of the field, but an extraordinary central place to explore all the region. The host was fantastic a naturally kind and nice people. For us it was simply fantastic.

We simply loved everything. Keep on with the wonderful, kind and polite good work you are doing.

We really enjoyed our stay here in the County Mayo Countryside

We loved the rural setting of this B&B. It was very comfortable place to stay and Peggy is a very hospitable host/owner. Nice en-suite room, very quiet. About 15 minute drive to Ballina, where we highly recommend Dillons for dinner.
