Posizione. Vicinanze underground
Rapporto qualità prezzo. Mi sarei aspettato molto di più.

Nice location in the Whitechapel/Aldgate area. Comfortable "cosy" room. Pleasant bar/dining area.
Unusually cold welcome from the receptionist - seemed like I was disturbing her day. Room was OK, but not great value - typical of most London hotels I'm afraid. Lifts were slow/out of order.

We really like this hotel, it’s our go to when in London.
Modern design and comfortable beds.
The staff are quite rude and cold. They look down on you for some reason and they’re very unhelpful and unfriendly.
There’s constant roadworks and building works going on so it’s quite loud and disruptive. Getting around the building can be a pain with the works.

Lovely staff, nice location, nice room!
A bit pricey!

Snídaně dostačující. Lokalita blízko centra. Vybavení hotelu pěkné.
Snídaně stále stejné, možná by to chtělo někdy změnu.

great location close to brick lane for the curries. close to the tube, Aldgate East. clean. tidy. Shower roomy with lots of hot water from a large rainshower head. most staff great. stay here again? Yes.
Shower very slippery. could do with grab handles or less slippery tiles.

The breakfast was lovely with a huge variety
I would have liked more spaces to lounge around eg. Couches.
8.0
Room size, decor, modern facilities, comfort.
Cleaning staff kept slamming doors whenever they moved in and out of rooms.

The location of the hotel was excellent, 8 minutes walk from the Tower/Tower Bridge, the staff was kind and polite, the room was of adequate size and comfortable. The breakfast was a real English breakfast, with a very rich choice.
No work on the construction site across the road over the weekend.

Staff: Ms. Buthina in the receptionist was first staff who met us, and she was smiling all the time :) When we asked about our booking reservation, she said leave it to me and you will like your room where we figured out that she upgraded our executive room to a NICE BIG Suite in hightest 10th floor 😉 ...
Another lady (I think Britain) in the reception allowed us to stay 1.5 hour upon check out (untill 12:30) free of charge ...
Room: very clean and quite, bed، blanket and pillow is very comfortable.
Restaurant: Breakfast has a variety of dishes and Mr. Hafiz in the restaurant was guiding us to the HALAL food, knowing the majority of their food was Halal ...
We had also a dinner there and was nice and got 20% discount on the bill.
Cost: I think it is bit costly (275£) for one night, but the good thing that the cost is not same for all days, (check the hotel website) where you may book next day with 100 pounds less as we did :)
Location: Aldgate East Underground station is just next to the hotel ... making your movement within London very easy ;)
And even you can reach the Tower Bridge with only 20 min of walking.
Small note for customers to look into ... no view is there where the hotel is surrounded with other builtings and a construction is on in front of the hotel entrance.
5.0
The convenient location, closed to an underground station (without elevator), supermarkets and good restaurants.
The unprofessional (one might say rude) clerk who "welcomed" us, and preferred to chat with his coworker, rather than doing the check-in properly (wrong name, refused payment). Then, the check-out became laborious, but at least with a friendly clerk, because we had to check with our bank that we weren't double charged.
The facilities in the room are dated: the fridge and some electric outlets don't work.
The room is pretty noisy: we could hear the neighbours' door every time they got in/out.

The location was excellent for the Thames and also for Shoreditch.
The air conditioning wasn't that good and kept cutting out. The room felt warm and stuffy and it wasn't possible to open the windows.
