3 Belted Kingfisher is a beautiful Sea Pines home with a private pool just steps away from the beach. This stunning four bedroom, four bathroom home can sleep up to thirteen guests. It is located sixth row ocean and takes just a few minutes to walk to the beach. The beach path is conveniently located right next to the home.
Another perk? This is a dog friendly rental! The pet fee is $250 plus tax and covers up to two dogs maximum. If you are planning on bringing your furry friend, please reach out to our office in advance to pay the additional fee and confirm your four legged BFF.
The newly built sundeck & L shaped pool with a fun sun-shelf is the perfect spot to relax. With chaise loungers sprinkled around the pool, you will find yourself in your own slice of paradise. The pool also offers complimentary pool heat seasonally. As long as the temperature doesn't fall below 55 degrees, you are all set to enjoy FREE pool heat March through May & September through early November (must call office in advance of your stay to confirm and schedule).
The open concept kitchen is updated with a large island, granite countertops, a beverage cooler and stainless steel appliances. The fully equipped kitchen will have everything you need to entertain and dine at home. This home is also outfitted with a gas grill, washer & dryer, and wireless internet.
The first of two living areas is just off the kitchen. There is a 50” flat screen television mounted to the wall and plenty of seating for the crew! The second living room overlooks the pool. There is a 60” flat screen television in this Carolina room plus a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements.
The master bedroom has a king bed and 40” flat screen television. The private master bathroom offers a walk-in shower, soaking tub and a double vanity.
Bedroom two has a queen bed and a 32” flat screen television. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower. Bedroom three has a twin bed & a queen bed plus a 32” flat screen television. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower. Bedroom four is a perfect spot for the kiddos! It has a pyramid bunk bed (double on the bottom, twin on the top) plus twin pull-down murphy bed. There is a 32” flat screen and access to a porch from this bedroom. The private bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

Totally over the top, the home is wonderful, however I hate saying this as others may take up my space I want next year. Easy to the beach, well furnished, very clean and modern and the pool is probably one of the best we have seen for a private home on the island. Well heated, and clean, others are drab and dreary this is a wonderful oasis in the back yard. BBQ is clean and works!!!, wonderful place and will be back again and again. Close to almost everything you will need, and still far away enough to enjoy some private time.

Loved 3 Belted Kingfisher! The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The pool and outdoor space was awesome. Love that it was only short walking distance to beach. We had a great time! Our family has been vacationing in Sea Pines for about 40 years. Used to be twice a year, but now that the kids are all grown and working we have been doing an end of year family vacation here for the past ten years. This year our two week year end trip took us to 3 Belted Kingfisher. It is a beautiful and very well appointed home. A wine refrigerator and a separate beverage fridge, as well as a large stand-alone ice maker were welcome surprises. The large family room and the bright and welcoming Carolina Room made the house very welcoming and much more of a home away from home. Although a bit further from the beach than we are used to, the 4-5 minute walk down the path wasn't bad. The six of us (and our son's Golden Retriever Daisy) love the beach and we made two or three trips there each day. The mattress in the Master could have been more comfortable but, all in all, we were highly satisfied with the accommodations and location. The pool was lovely but only Daisy enjoyed the cool water. Needless to say, we will be booking next year's stay shortly.

3 Belted Kingfisher was an ideal vacation home. The house was clean, well laid out and well-equipped. It was the perfect venue for our family get away. The island was in the early stages of Covid-19 so restaurants closed by midweek however, we were able to make the best of it in this beautiful home. We still took beach walks (great proximity to the beach) and spent family time by the beautiful pool. We will definitely return to this amazing property.

Absolutely fantastic vacation! House was beautiful and had everything we needed. The rental agency was so attentive to our needs and super responsive. We asked them to warm up the pool since it was too cold for the kids (weather was unusually in the mid-70s) and they sent someone immediately to warm it up. There was something wrong with the igniter on the grill and again they sent someone right away to fix it. Kids and adults had a blast! Highly recommend this property!

It is exceedingly difficult to find a well taken care and updated house that allows pets and this house nailed it. Everything described was accurate. We didn't realize how easy it was to access the beach and it was only a few minute walk on the path which was an added bonus. It was clean when we arrived and well supplied to get a vacation started. The pool heated was a nice touch and perfect temp. We Will definitely use Coastal Villa and Home again as they were very responsive and hit all the personal touches we look for in a vacation home.

Loved the layout of the house, great location, heated swimming pool was a giant plus!! Only negative was ultra strong odor from cleaning materials which lasted 24 hrs causing stinging eyes and burning throats. Recommend different cleaning product.

The home is literally the perfect vacation home. It’s clear that it has been recently updated and is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Since the home is just a few minutes walk to the beach, it’s perfect for a family with small children and ’s a short trip to the beach and back for breaks from the sand. The pool and pool deck are clean and get ample sun. Plus, there’s plenty of shallow area for small kids. This is our second stay in this home, and both times we had to contact the management company for service issues (nothing big-just cable/internet questions). We received a prompt response and almost immediate service calls to fix our problems. We love this home and look forward to our visit next year!
