Personalet var helt supert! Både kokkene, aktivitetsarrangørene og vaskehjelpen utførte jobben kjempebra! Bassenget og uteområdet var rent, fint og stort. Hotellet hadde en svært sentral beliggenhet med både butikker og strand i nærheten.

Acceptable, but disappointing staff.

Great location.

Poor air conditioning. If you expect to have a good refresh after coming from the beach, this is not a place to stay, the air conditioning is very poor. At the beginning we though it was not working properly and we told the staff to check it, they sent a technician twice, and keep us waiting during 3 days to “solve” the situation, and at the end, they just told us that this is the maximum capacity of the air conditioning due to high heat temperatures on the island, even keeping the air ON during all day, will not be fresh enough. Very disgusting and non sense. The staff were not resolutive and clear about this since the beginning, even they called us at 1 a.m when we were sleeping to send us a technician because finally he has the chance to check it. About the cleanliness, it was poor too, they only make your bed, and not clean the room. Just for your information, if you want to replace your towels for new ones, you need to pay. There is not mineral water on the room.

Perfect choice for couples and for families with children as well.

The all inclusive is more than enough, all the meals were perfect, very tasty and so various. The room was confortable. The programmes at the pool and stage were very entertaining every day.

Nice hotel with all the comforts you’ll nead

+ Clean & spacious rooms, nice swimming pool, fun activities & friendly staff (Daha, Filipa, Jesus!). Good wifi

- Food (poor quality). Glad we booked accommodation only. On the last day we payed a lunch at the hotel and the quality of the food was not too good.

Decent. Fine. Would stay at a better property next time though.

Close to beach, great pool. Nice guests.

1) There were lots of ants in our room. They never addressed it despite me telling them twice. Lobby bathroom was dirty. Showers on lower level was dirty. But we were still happy to be able to use a shower before leaving. 2) Food was average hotel food. 3) I made a mistake and only booked breakfast when I thought I had booked half board. They said they couldn’t change it because I did the reservation through booking. I get it, but the attitude was dismissive. 4) I was there for my birthday and it was really weird how they addressed doing something special. Something definitely got lost in translation. But in the end, they comped lunch for my 4 year old daughter and I and brought a small Piece of cake with a candle on it. So that was nice. 5) Felt transactional overall.

Nice staying

Very helpful staf, clean rooms, VERY taste kitchen. Meals are very good mixed from many kinds of meats till to great salads. Good location (beach is app. 300m far), hotel is surranded by shops, ATMs, restaurants and shops full of unnecessary and useless things.

Super relaxing!

Great stay at this hotel. Big pool, lots of sun loungers, great location 5 minutes away from the beach and in a central area, close to bus stations. Great sea view from the balcony. Comfortable beds, clean room. Staff was super nice, the entertainment was great. We had games, dance classes, live music, etc.

The room are lovely, the food is good, its a great location so close to the beach.

The recepcionist did not have a clue what she was doing when we needed her to amend an erroneous charge to our booking. The staff were mostly friendly however one barrista was very rude! The kitchen staff, Samuel and Antonio made up for her appealing attitude.

We had a reservation at this hotel since May. 4 days before our stay, they informed us that they could not accommodate us and were moving us to another hotel - Aluasoul in Alcúdia. We knew Aluasun, we were here in 2019 and we chose it again because of the Playa de Muro beach and also because we were satisfied with the hotel. However, we were disappointed in the substitute Aluasoul. It wasn't worth the money at all, we didn't get the same quality. We did not even get an explanation from the hotel as to why they did not accommodate us. We are disappointed and I do not recommend Aluasoul Hotel at all!

Very poor

Breakfast is good. Location at 200m from the beach.

Really poor mantainance of the apartments. The air-conditioned did not work until the last days. The elevators worked every other day. Cleaning of the room was poor. I do not recommend you to stay in this hotel if you want to have good vacations. I have pictures available if anyone still wants to go to Auasun., you should change your mind.

Location 5 min walk to fantastic beach and shops/restaurants, options for food (also vegetarians) are amazing, staff really friendly, environment good.

Room bit small for three people and internet was on/off working otherwise newly renovated rooms with good size balcony!

Located close to the beach. Terrible food, not worth the money.

The food and drinks were horrible. We booked all inclusive but didn’t even have breakfast most of the days. Drinks came from Automat. Snack bar in the afternoon was empty, dried food and not clean. The bar is closing at 11 and they’ll shut the lights down. The shows at night are weak. The common toilet at the reception is not clean during the day. Even if you ask the reception for new toilet paper or soap, they tell you tomorrow.

Enjoyed our stay but room for improvement

Reception very friendly. Lifeguard worked so hard, exceptional service, great with the children in pool, making sure area was clean and helped bar staff by collecting cups. Even got a mop and bucket to clean under sun beds. Very kind and friendly, he made our stay. Inma in bar also worked so hard, always with a smile. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was good.

Not much variety in restaurant, vegetarian options or for children. Drinks for all inclusive guests very poor, not even a nice cup of coffee. Entertainment nothing much going on. In evening you need a spray for mosquitos on terrace, maybe that is why no lighting on terrace we all sat in darkness.

Lovely stay that is close to the beach!

Lovely location and there were lots of sun beds available around the pool, friendly and helpful staff!

Small room and balcony. Poor selection of vegetarian & vegan food as well as limited/ poor signage for the food. Allergens and ingredients should be stated for each dish!

Really close to beautiful Muro Beach.

If you're vegan and eat more healthy than fried and oily food - the variety is not very big. But pretty enough.
