Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Nur Regionale Speisen erhältlich und schmackhaft. Sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal.
Viele „Dunkelzimmer“ ohne Fenster.Klimaanlage direkt auf das Bett gerichtet - Andere Einstellung nicht möglich. Leider kein Bier erhältlich…

a big bed and the room was very clean.
the room and the bathroom have been very small and without a window. The breakfast was also rather on the modest side to say the least.

The room was smaller but they have use them pretty well its not spacious but good for 2. Bathroom size is also good and rooms are clean as well they have everything you need. Beds are big and comfy. Even WiFi is so good and fast as well hotel is located in very nice place. 2 mins walk from cathedral and 5 mins from Boulevard. Very good night life and you will get everything just near by your hotel only.
First thing is there breakfast. It's okay but not that much delicious and almost same no matter what option you choose. Second thing is there toiletries first day they provided everything but second day only shampoo. Third their bath towels are stinky.

Henia is a decent hotel located just across the public market. it is 500 meters from the boulevard which is really walkable. The staff are super nice and helpful. i particularly requested for an antihistmube for my daughter and the lady on duty went out her way to buy the meds at Watsons.
Bfast portion esp the boneless bangus could be better / bigger and brewed coffee could be a bit stronger. but cant complain.

My Mother was happy again on this hotel during her medical check ups there in dumaguete city. Thanks, Henia hotel for being so accommodating to my Mother and sisters. The process of booking thru Booking.com in your Hotel is so convenient. You guys really have a good management. Thanks again.
None. All great.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. They responded to our needs and helped get transportation when needed.
We booked for 2 adults and one infant but no cot provided and room was too small to setup the cot we bought. The toilet was blocked on arrival and the toilet bowl was filthy it needed a descaling. Staff however unblocked toilet immediately. Also the floors were dirty. The room had no natural light as it backed on to a brick wall. Breakfast was discusting, I ordered chicken with rice it was cold. The chicken was like a deep-fried rock probably due to being cooked days before and it tasted stale. The rice was also like rubber.

Breakfast isn't that good. Not much of an option. the bathroom was messy. since it is adjacent to a busy street, sounds of vehicles passing was annoying at nigth, especially when blowing horn
i think it is walking distance to boulevard.

new and modern design facilities
bathroom towels are already quiet rough. There was a baby cockroach on the floor of the bathroom.

First, all the staff are very accomodating. I think they gave all our request, hot water, iron also our packed breakfast even if we are not in the hotel during breakfast time. They keep it and reheat when were back at 2-3pm, they did it for 3 days.
Also, rooms are spacious and cozy, big beds and very clean cr.
We book 3 rooms and 1 is a connecting which is very convenient to us.
Hope there is maintenance 24 hours. During our stay, 1 aircon had a problem around 1am but it was checked only 9am in the morning. My friends staying in the room weren't able to sleep so they don't have energy on our activity that day.

Hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The Hotel is just a few minutes away from the boulevard. I would definitely stay there if I'll visit Dumaguete again

Nice location. Very helpful and kind staff. Our room was clean and in good condition.
Unlocking the room with the key card required a precise angle or it would not unlock. Water accumulated in the CR after a shower and did not drain properly. The room was a bit claustrophobic not having an actual window. Water pressure was very low in the shower and sink.

Location was close to everything you need — grocery, drugstore, restaurants.
The internet was incredibly slow and it kept on disconnecting. No signal for Globe either, so I couldn’t use my cellular data.
The restaurant was also closed, and they didn’t offer any non-meat options for the packed lunch. I had to wait 2 days for their management to approve my request for a non-meat breakfast.

Beds were very comfortable
