It was wa welcome respite after our long flight.

The Staff was so friendly, kind & helpful. Clean with lots of light. They arranged a taxi from the airport upon our arrival & a taxi to the train station at the time of our departure. Lovely place.

A disappointing experience with dated furniture and very slow staff

The location is ok, parking places just in front of the building.

The rooms are very dated, the staff very slow. The breakfast was ok as a taste, but it was served in slow motion (had to ask for salt, napkins, cutlery after food was served and we had to wait over 5 minutes for each to be brought to the table), even with just another table beside us occupied. But in comparison with the pictures, when we arrived we would have immediately left if the booking was refundable.

Don't stay here. They do NOT provide all of the items they advertise.

Check in was the only pleasant part of the experience. They promised to refund me for the 2 nights I did not stay as I checked out after the 1st night of a 4 night reservation. The unit did not have everything as advertised.

Suite Loc Luxury Aparthotel has to be one of the WORST places I have reserved a room/unit. After the 1st night of my 4 night stay I checked out given all of the problems with the unit. When I left, I informed the manager I would pay for 2 night, even though I had only stayed 1 night, but I asked for him to refund the additional 2 nights. He stated they would refund the 2 nights but after 2 weeks I still have not been refunded my money. The problems began right at the beginning. They were supposed to arrange for transportation from the airport to the hotel. No one was there to provide transportation. When I arrived check in went smoothly and the young man friendly. I had reserved a “Pop Art” unit and they put me in a Ch.Parisien unit. I don’t know if there was any difference in the units. When I went into the unit the security box was locked shut. I asked them to open it, and the front desk person brought up several keys, picked up the box off the shelf where it was sitting and tried to open it. I could not get it opened and they still had not sent anyone to open it when I checked-out. I was shocked to see it was not bolted down to the wall or cabinet. While there was an air conditioner in the bedroom, the living room and kitchen area was hot as it did not get much of the colder air. The unit did NOT have the following items that were listed as included in the unit: coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack, radio, alarm clock, and slippers. The housekeeper walked right into the unit without even knocking. I had tried to put the “do not disturb” sign on the door, but the sign was too large and you couldn’t shut the door without being outside of the unit. There was no towel to dry the dishes and no drying rack. The shower door would not shut easily and then once it was shut it was very difficult to open. The shower door leaked water all over the bathroom floor.

Great location, great service

The location was central and near public transportation. There were many good options near the hotel. The staff’s service was EXCELLENT. They were so helpful in telling me where to go, how to get there, etc. They were very patient with me and always helped me with my luggage. Highly recommended!

Exceptional

The hotel provides you with a free parking service guard for the car. The reception is really friendly and willing to help you. It lies in the middle of the city,only 10 mins from the Ligue Arabs park.

Great place to stay

Wonderful breakfast, good Sushi restaurant next door. WiFi pretty good, very friendly service, On the outside it does not make the best impression but the rooms are very nice. It is a bit of a walk to get to the sites

Nice staff and a good location

The location was good with plenty of places to eat near by. The staff were all very nice and friendly and very helpful

We stopped twice and in our first room the tv didn’t work when we returned in our second room the shower didn’t work and there was no hot water.

The Staff was fantastic in overall and food was of very good quality. A special thanks to Ms Imane.

I did occupy the studio, the facility is clean and well decorated even if the bathroom could need slight improvement. The Staff in overall was fantastic, especially at the reception, and a Special Thanks to Ms Imane, very helpful and professional.

Great staff in cozy however, with tired furnishing flats

the location was ok, as well the staff, for example they brought breakfast to flat when we didn’t expect that they have to do it :)

The technical condition, for example shower has lower water pressure than normal. Furnishing was a little tired.

won’t stay there again

the bed was very comfy the house keeping lady was very welcoming and friendly… the water hose on the path room was a plus 👍👍

the place is not luxurious as the pictures ☹️☹️ the shower is almost about to fall and the water was going to the room you can easily hear next Room having sex late at night , you can also hear anyone opens or close the doors or even walking in the hallway

Great value, in luxury setting

The staff here was excellent, incredibly helpful. The room was spotless & included more than I even expected (stovetop range, full kitchen, bidet). It was spacious, great quality A/C. And the location was near many restaurants & walking distance to some of the popular attractions of Casablanca

I can’t think of a single thing I didn’t like!

staff were extremely obliging for our every need, they even bought breakfast up to our room. large spacious room with great layout featuring separate lounge and dining room. solid kitchenette facility, good aircon. close walk to lots of restaurants

1. the suit is not that luxury like hotel but has good designing, cleaning and bed is so soft and comfortable 2. reception lady is so beautiful and nice 3. there are lots of restaurants near the hotel

1. the waterproof of bathroom is not good. water would flow out to living room when I take a shower. 2. waited more than half hour when check in because room was not ready, even it was 15:00 later the check in time
