Tegenvaller voor de prijs in Marokko

Service was oké

Ligging, buurt, uitzicht vanuit kamer, geen balkon, spa was donker in kelder en klein. Je wordt er allemaal niet vrolijk van, ben eerder weggegaan naar een ander hotel

Rooms were well proportioned and styled

Staff were unhelpful at check in with our room not being ready for an hour despite being told multiple times it would only be 10mins more and when we finally got our key the cleaning staff were still doing the room. Waiting around at breakfast start time with the lights off and no staff around

Day's stop in Casablanca

Well located and all the sightseeing was within 15 to 20 min driving time. Staff was kind, smiling and always ready to help. Breakfast could be ordered into the room. We were welcomed with dry fruits and dates. The room was clean and also had a powder room attached to the sitting area.

The water in the bathroom was not hot enough.

Agréable moment

Le point fort de cet établissement c est le service 24/24 . Le personnel est au petit soin , voiturier, bagagiste, room service. Le spa est très agréable et il est ouvert jusqu’à 22h. Décoration très sympa . La suite deluxe est spacieuse , grand lit confortable et deux wc.

Je cherche mais pas beaucoup de point négatif à la limite dommage que le mini bar de la chambre soit payant mais l accueil nous a offert le kitkat pris par notre fils donc du coup rien à dire 🤗

Excellent hôtel avec un très bon emplacement

Personnel très gentil et serviable. Emplacement très central et dans un quartier très sympa. Les chambres sont propres, confortables et le petit déjeuner fabuleux

We received a free upgrade upon arrival and throughout our stay the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The spa was amazing, the rooms were amazing and the food was great.

Convenient location. A few hiccups.

The staff were very pleasant.

We booked what they termed the best room in the hotel but the noise was excessive. we slept at 2:am. The water needs in excess of five minutes to warm up. Water wastage is unacceptable.

A great option for a stay in Casablanca, the pool and sauna are especially welcome after a long flight.

Spacious rooms that were spotlessly clean, an amazing spa area with a little grotto-like pool and sauna, and good restaurants with live music. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Shabby hotel! The word palas does not apply to him at all! You can hear the noise of the street and constantly honking cars. Everything is kind of old. in the So-called spa it is impossible to be even at the reception! extreme heat and humidity all over the floor, as if you were in Thailand

Fabuloso

It was a wonderful 4 days, since our arrival, the super attentive staff from the receptionists always ready to help us, I would love to write the names but I don't remember. I want to recommend and thank Halima for the excellent massage. Fabulous room, highly recommend. As a tour operator I recommend the Art Palace and we will be back soon. We also want to thank the restaurant staff for their kindness, always very attentive and fun.

the suites were exceptionally nice. large clean and comfortable!! the spa facilities were quite nice.

there is music there till 2am and we. Luke feel the best on the 2nd floor. it was ok though as we had earplugs!

Clean and modern with spa / but a little strange

Great location for my first visit to the city, with most major tourist sights within a half-hour walk, and the hotel was easy to find and to direct taxis to. The room/suite was clean and comfortable, with good sound isolation, water pressure/temp controls, working AC, etc. The art theme added a little extra touch, but it was mostly just a decent hotel room (though I'd only think 3 stars in US or EU). I ate at the bar/restaurant one night and though it was completely empty and the service somewhat slow the food and cocktails were really excellent and I was glad to find a few foreign beers on the menu. I also used the pool in the basement for a dip - it is heated, but is small and doesn't really have a spot to just lounge around, maybe better for short laps. I had a hammam scrub and massage at the spa as well - the facilities were clean and the staff friendly and professional and made it a really easy and pleasant experience (only my second time trying the Morocco style bath). Spa prices seemed reasonable but I didn't really shop around. I can definitely recommend staying here if you want a clean and comfortable modern room and a spa on-site.

The art theme is a little undercooked, and some of the decor is pretty dated/cheesy. If you're looking for traditional Moroccan anything, this is not the place - it's mostly just normal modern hotel rooms with a little extra art and some offbeat furniture selections. The bar/restaurant was totally empty every time I checked, and kept in almost complete darkness. very weird vibes, though the food was good. Cleaning staff came by a bit too early and came back a few times to check on various things in the suite, so I'd suggest using the "do not disturb" hanger if you plan on having some privacy.
