un hoel remarquable par son personnel et leur professionalisme

le personnel est génial, tous avenant souriant aux petits soins la demoiselle brune à l’acceuil est très professionnelle gentille et très à l’écoute, khalid au restaurant est un ange. parmi tous les hotels ou j’ai séjourné, Idou est de loin le meilleur.

Découverte de Anfa

•Le room-service disponible 24/24 était parfait. •Le personnel de l'hôtel était très chaleureux et serviable, et un grand merci particulièrement à Monsieur Tahar du restaurant du 16ème étage qui était aux petits soins pour mon compagnon et moi pendant notre séjour, très professionnel ! •La salle de fitness était équipée de bon matériel et était gratuite. •L'espace comprenait une grande piscine et des transats pour bronzer, gratuitement. •Très bel hôtel récemment rénové, au goût du jour, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre chambre. •Bonne situation géographique, en plein centre-ville et proche des commerces et des restaurants à proximité. •Les restaurants proposaient une carte très variée avec beaucoup de choix, et le personnel était parfait dans le service et en cuisine.

* Pas de transport disponible entre l'hôtel et l'aéroport, mis à part les navettes de l'aéroport qui sont payantes à 30 euros (très chères pour le Maroc quand même). * Les fenêtres des chambres sont anciennes et se ferment, mais ne se verrouillent pas (pas très grave car nous étions très hauts, mais cela reste négatif). * Lors du check-in, la personne ne nous a pas donné toutes les informations nécessaires comme l'horaire du petit-déjeuner, les différents restaurants, etc. (nous avons dû nous-mêmes poser ces questions, ce qui est dommage). * À l'arrivée dans la chambre, nous avons constaté qu'il n'y avait qu'une toute petite bouteille d'eau pour 2 personnes. Au moins deux bouteilles de 50 cl dans le cas où il y a 2 personnes dans la chambre seraient plus judicieuses à l'arrivée. * Le personnel du spa est peu accueillant (elle reste assise à regarder son téléphone, ne prête pas attention au client, elles n'ont même pas pris la peine de présenter les lieux ou de mettre des gobelets à disposition pour remplir d'eau). * Au check-out, la dame de la réception nous a remis une facturation d'une autre chambre qui n'avait rien à voir avec nous. Une fois que je lui ai fait remarquer, elle ne s'est même pas excusée et a essayé de mettre la faute sur son collègue qui n'avait rien fait.

Perfect stay in center Casablanca

Very clean rooms. Great room service. Eye for detail , ready bathrobe and slippers, creative with the sheets to give an extra touch. Very friendly staff who got me a room asap even when I arrived before check in time.

Location of Hotel is good and clean place.

Breakfast was nice with local food items. Wish it had more choices in Salad.

Room temperature control was not 100% functional as outside temperature varied, we could not decrease temperature. Probably no actual AC. What was also surprising was that Sauna was not part of hotel facilities, you needed to pay extra to get access to Sauna.

Great hotel in a great location. Staff are always polite. Rooms are newly renovated and very clean. Good buffet breakfast. The surrounding neighborhood is great with lots of restaurants and shops.

Very clean and comfort hotel

The hotel is very clean rooms are comfortable and in a great location (Anfa) am sad that i stayed only for 1 night but İ definitely will come back again in a short time. the stuff are very helpful and nice.

the Spa was a bad experience for us İ would not recommend it to anyone, it is a loose of money my sis took the face care they literally did nothing we just paid 30€ for a 30min face mask that's all.

Don't waste your money

I liked the elevators.

I had cockroaches and spiderwebs in my room. Charged for a buffet dinner without knowing there was a fee. The buffet was not even good and there was not a big variety of food to choose from.

The Room was clean, the location was good. suitable price considering the facility. the hotel obviously has been renovated but not to make a luxurious one.

The staff were not helpful as no one helped us with our luggage when we arrived. not so friendly service. The bed was very hard! Did not provide slippers The complementary water was very small!!
