¡ESTAFA!

Cerca del aeropuerto.

El peor hotel donde hemos estado, pagamos por tres personas y nos dieron solo una cama grande , cuando fuimos a reclamar el joven nos dijo que eran iguales todos los precios y que no podía hacer más que darme la misma habitación, porque no importaba cuántas personas siempre era igual. La habitación es muy pequeña apenas se puede caminar, y parece un cubículo encerrado. No hay ascensor y para llevar las maletas es difícil con las escaleras. Además tampoco tienen jabón como mínimo y el agua del baño sale fría. Malísima atención y estancia, viajamos mucho y tenemos que hacer escala en Bogota, Segurísimo que no volvemos y espero que nadie caiga en su trampa.

La ubicación respecto al aeropuerto

Televisión no funcionaba, no tenía toalla ni papel higiénico, la cama estaba muy usada se sentían todos los resortes.

Cancelaron mi reserva muy mal servicio pésimo pésimo

Reserve y sin explicaciones me cancelaron la reserva, dejan a los usuarios sin posibilidades de alojamiento, muy mal booking debería hacer algo y orientar a los clientes cuando esto pasa y multar a esos alojamiento que cancelan sin decir nada

Disappointing

The staff was very kind, they offered solution to the inquiries we had

The entire hotel smelled like mold and dirt including beadsheets and pillows, given the size of the room, the smell was enclosed and very penetrating There was no hot water in our bathroom, and the mirror was rusted. There was no parking options available nearby. Last, they advised the breakfast will be available from 6:00 till 11:00 however, by 7:00 a.m. the people in charge of the kitchen hadn't arrive yet.

Room full of mold

The staff quickly solved my problems and gave me a full refund.

Despite the good handling from the staff, I cannot let it slide that the room I got was full of mold. Mold on the walls, doors, ceiling. the sheets and pillows also smelled of mold. No aircondition system or ventilation. Only a fan, which was not clean at all,so that explains the problem of the room. If all rooms are like that, no one should book at this place. If only that room is like that, it should never be rented out in the first place. The smell was horrible

Hotel for layovers

Good location, good pricez

I was told I would have breakfast starting at 6:30 am everyday. However, on Sunday, the person in charge of the breakfast comes to the hotel at 8am, therefore, I was unable to get the breakfast so I had to go to take my flight.

In-Kleinn-ed not to stay here again.

The bed was super comfy and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The breakfast, although simple, was tasty.

It was a little more expensive than originally advised which was a shame. The room had no windows and felt damp. The bathroom had black mould around the base of the toilet and hand basin. Location wise, it was okay although not a lot about.
