Have your family re-union here..everything is provided, down to the spoons..it is 4 homes away from the stunning Lake Michigan Beach...another beach is 3 blocks west of us and another beach is 6 blocks east of us..Golf course and Tennis Courts are also available within our Grand Beach Community..PLUS, Many more golf Courses in near-by Communities..As are Flea Markets, Manicured Walking Gardens, a large shopping Mall & Gourmet Restaurants..the marina and the town of New Buffalo are 2 miles away..boat and ski rentals are available there..New Buffalo is worth a visit for their fine dining and
shopping..No pets or smokers are allowed..2 king-size beds plus 7 single beds and 3 baths..owner lives in an attached but totally separate townhouse.. $571 per night

This home was so warm and cozy, yet perfectly spacious. the beds were comfy, the water pressure was excellent- access to outdoor grill and table and such a quick walk to the beach! Hope to stay there again next year! thank you!

Clean; plenty of sheets and blankets and towels., Not quite sure of what we could use in the way of household products. Nice quite street, made for good sleeping. Thank you for the experience.

The house plenty of room for the six of us, and it was nice that each of my teenagers could have their own room and their own space. Lots of different sitting rooms for everyone to spread out to play games, read or just relax. The kitchen and baths were a little outdated, but the house was very clean.The patio area was a little awkward, as it sat right outside the owner’s living room patio door which a separate apartment area adjacent to the house. However, she wasn’t there for two out of the three days that we were there so we did get to enjoy it some. We were a little disappointed in some of the “amenities” listed online, which included bicycles and basketballs to use during our stay. There were mostly kids bikes with only two adult bicycles, one of which was a 10 speed bike that was way too tall for any of us to use. All of the bikes had flat tires, to which our host remarked that she couldn’t get them to hold air and her solution was for us to load them up in a truck and take them to the gas station to and our hosts solution was for us to fill (we didn’t have a truck). The balls were also all flat. We did find an electric air pump, but the hose had broken off and someone had tried to affix it back to the unit with duct tape (which didn’t work) and we couldn’t find a needle to use to fill them anyway. Overall, we were very satisfied with the house and our stay. Grand beach is a beautiful area, with a golf course, lots of park and playground areas for kids to play, tennis courts, basketball and a good quiet neighborhood to go for walks in. Several of the beach areas in the neighborhood were closed due to shoreline damage from previous storms, but they are working on fixing them. We did find a really nice beach area at Warren dune park, About 20 minutes north. We tried to go to the new Buffalo Beach, but parking was very sparse and it was very crowded. Weather going down to the actual beach, or just standing at the top of the stairs to the ones that were closed in the neighborhood, you could enjoy a beautiful sunset every night over the lake, which we didn’t miss on any night!

We had a great time. The house is roomy and the kitchen was well equipped. Bathrooms a little dated but clean.

We had a wonderful Labor Day weekend. The home was welcoming and accommodated all 14 of us. Great little nook/play area under the stairs for the little ones to play. Beach was inaccessible because of the rip tide, but was still lovely to look at and enjoy sunset. We felt very much at home here! Thank you!

House was not located two blocks from the beach, but rather two blocks from the lake. House had food and prescription medicine in the refrigerator, stains on the comforters. Size of the house was enough to hold 14 comfortably.. plenty of appliances and pots and pans in the house to use. Check in and check out time was altered after we booked the house. Nice neighborhood, and the neighbors were very friendly. Home owner was very friendly on the phone when we spoke
