About this house rental
Take the Time to Unwind in this cute beach house, only a two minute walk to the lake and beach. The other option is to just relax taking in the view from the deck at the rear.
The moment you enter your three bedroom holiday cottage you feel an ambience that relaxes you and quickly entices you into holiday mode. The house has been decorated with a bright airy feeling whilst high ceilings add to the feeling of space. The living area is of a large open plan style with attractive parquetry flooring and a colourful leadlight window.
For your convenience the owners have offered the lock up garage ideal for storing your surfboards or even a small boat.
The family pooch is welcome and you will find a supply of doggy treats, a brush and tennis balls. The fences are only suitable for a small dog.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited.
This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
Our standard check-in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am. We can offer you a complimentary early check-in or late check out time as a gesture of goodwill where booking and housekeeping schedules allow. Please call our team to request this prior to your arrival. Please note that due to demand and housekeeping pressures, no early check ins or late check outs will be granted during the months of December and January. The safest way to secure a later check out or early check in is to book the property for an extra night, please contact us to see if we can offer a special rate for this extra night. Please note that Sunday late check outs must be requested and approved prior to 5 pm on the Friday evening of that week.
Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

Really suited our needs. Stayed there for almost 3 weeks between selling our home and moving in to our next one.
It was comfortable and not too fancy that you were worried about pets or kids ruining anything.
Great sunny deck and fully fenced yard.

Sheets didn’t fit the bed properly. No fitted sheets. Beds not the most comfortable.
Blinds difficult to wind up and down and shabby
Bbq very old and didn’t get very hot

Relaxing quiet. Great bed and furniture. Close to everything in Culburra. Beautiful selection of coffees and teas. A little older but kitchen and bathrooms new. We struggle without aircon in summer but was very comfortable in cooler spring weather.

Lovely renovated beach cottage within walking distance to lake. Very comfortable stay, though on a really hot still summers day the house would be stifling. Disappointed with the 4pm check in time though.

Lovely location
The house was very close walk to the beach and the deck was particularly lovely. Beautiful part of the world. The amenities were accurate to the advertisement and the kitchen had all we needed. The property needed a deep clean, particularly the bedrooms were dusty and dirty and we couldn’t seem to contact the property manager about this or the DVD player not working. After giving the house a vacuum, the stay was very enjoyable.

Time to Unwind and listen to the sea.
This property is very spacious and very clean. Great big kitchen with plenty of utensils. Beautiful deck and you can hear the waves in the distance and glimpse the beach. Property is very comfortable.

Mgt issues
We absolutely loved the quaint little beach house ... once we were able to access it. We were already on our way to Culburra Beach when we finally received the safe box access code. We were also originally told we could check in at 3pm but it was changed to 4pm and the original check out time was 11am which was changed to 10am. All in all though quite a pleasant stay.
