Rented this for several day. House was perfect for my family and location could not have been any better, other than on the beach. House was clean and quiet. Really enjoyed and hope to come back!

Very nice place. Clean and all amenities provided. The deck provided us with a great view of the ocean. Tucked back on a dead end street with little traffic was nice. Access to the beach was great. We enjoyed our visit and would stay here again.

We had a great stay only thing is the kids in the adjoining unit were a little loud. The view of the ocean was gorgeous great sunsets. Would stay here again.

I rented this for my mom, my daughter, and myself. It was super cozy and clean! When we first arrived, the property manager Lisa introduced herself and made us feel super welcome. The view is absolutely outstanding, and the area is quiet. The walkway down to the beach across the street is kind of awkward and steep, but that’s not the property’s fault. All in all, I definitely recommend staying here!

Our teen grandchildren loved the dorm room in the basement. It was clean and a great view. The overall unit could use upgrade. It had a feel of a 1960 beach cottage. Not a lot of extras like dvd, keurig etc.

Waking up and being across from an easily accessible beach made the stay all the more possible. There are privacy/safety doors to the stair case to the lower suite (1 king & 1queen plus a fold our twin mattress if needed in the corner) which made staying with a toddler possible without any worries. Everything was clean and easy to use. We’d love to stay here again!

Our family had a great time there. The unit is very clean and quiet. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to make our own breakfast. It takes 1 minute to the beach and we also enjoyed the great ocean view from the living room.

It was great. We actually rented 2 houses with the other one being the main house since it was bigger, but wish we were able to use this one as the hub as the view was great, located practitioners on the beach so it was nice to get up and walk on the n arch in the morning. We will be back for sure.
Only thing I found a bit odd and didn’t realize from the description was a king and a queen bed were in the same room downstairs. It worked fine for us as we didn’t need the extra beds, but I’m not sure how that would work unless it was for kids. Which as a kid having big beds, an on-suite and the entire downstairs to ourselves would have been pretty awesome!

Enjoyed our stay
We had a great time and the property is in a great location. One small complaint was there was no roasting pan in the kitchen. A quick trip to the store solved that problem. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay
This was a really great place to stay. But there was a couple of things that we didn't really enjoy. First, when you walked into the house it kind of smelled and I couldn't really place it. Second, the walkway down to the beach is kind of steep and there is a rope there to help but this wasn't made for anyone that can't climb up and down a steep pathway. But despite those things we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again if ever in the area again.
