We booked this home for its proximity to the Air Force Academy, and found to be a great place for family memories. The patio, large kitchen and enormous dining room table were perfect for making and enjoying meals together. The hot tub and games added to the fun.
The host was very attentive and helpful.

Once a year my family likes to all meet up to visit with each other. There are 14 of us so finding accommodations that are large enough has been a challenge. This space was perfect for everyone, very clean and well put together. There is enough room that when you need a break from family time you can find another quite space to go to and relax. The dining room was great, the table fit everyone perfectly. After meals it was great for cards. The hot tub was very clean and on a quieter side of the house so it was nice to go in and enjoy some downtime. The neighborhood is adorable, we loved enjoying the beautiful fall colors during our stay. We would 100% stay here again.

Beautiful, spacious home that suited all our needs. Loved the location, nice quiet neighborhood, with park nearby to do nightly walks with the dogs. Tanya is an excellent host, responded right away with questions we had. The mule deer wandering around were a surprise and bonus!! Miss the place already!! Will definitely be back!😎

Our stay was so nice! The place is huge and the hot tub is a really nice touch. The back yard is fenced for dogs to run freely. The neighborhood is really wooded with lots of deer just hanging out everywhere. I would definitely stay again!

Overall loved this house and the indoor hot tub and quiet secluded neighborhood. House was clean but some missing light bulbs and WiFi was spotty. Roku remote didn’t work for streaming Direct TV, so had to use You Tube TV on the TV remote Apps. Property manager communicated well and responded in a timely manner to all
My questions. Would highly recommend for others to stay at this property!!

The owners were so nice! The home was truly a home. It had everything we needed or wanted. The neighborhood was beautiful, and we enjoyed watching the squirrels and birds. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you for renting us your home!

The home was immaculate and comfortable, and the owner was quickly responsive when a problem arose. We appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was and what easy access we had to every type of store we needed. Also, the kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to cook some meals there.

This was a perfect place for our group of 8 weekend trip. Only thing to note is that the driveway is very steep and the garage is not very deep for vehicles. Just something to note for those who have difficulty walking up steep terrain. Great host who is easy to contact!

Lake Tahoe vibe!
Home owner was super responsive, house is in a great, quiet neighborhood.
Has the feel of Lake Tahoe / Truckee but you are in the middle of town.
Would book again in an instant!

Great week in Colorado Springs
This home was perfect for our party of 12--six adults, six kids. There were plenty of beds for all to enjoy a comfortable sleep. The kitchen was large enough to handle multiple "cooks," and the large dining room table allowed all 12 of us to enjoy meals together.
In addition, the lower level--with bunk beds, video games, and various table games--was a great place for the kids to hang out. The home's location made all the Colorado Springs experiences easily accessible.
Tanya was an excellent host, and our week in Colorado Springs was a wonderful vacation.

Nice place to stay in a quiet neighborhood
It was a great place for our needs. The house was clean and in a quiet location. It is an older house though with a few minor repairs needed i.e. a couple outlets didn't work & sticky sliding doors. It was a great place to relax and it was not too far from several places you might want to visit.

Over great stay.
Overall everything was great. Large property that fit our family of 12 with extra room. Hot tub was great and furniture was comfortable. Basement was much colder than the rest of the house, but there were multiple space heaters available. Kitchen had cookware for basic needs, but isn’t great quality. Plenty of plates and other dishes available. Coffee was provided which was nice. Landlord was easy to reach and responsive. We would definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful place to stay for a Colorado Springs getaway
We had a fabulous stay at this property. It was so large with tons of bedrooms and different hangout spaces. We had a wonderful time spending evenings at the huge table in the dining room table, a fun tic tac toe game in a cozy mountain-lodge family room. And of course, the main reason I rented this house - the indoor hot tub! My kids absolutely loved it. The kitchen has all the appliances and cooking supplies we needed and the fenced in yard was nice for our little dog to stretch her legs. Communication with the host was prompt and super helpful. Fore example when I asked why the hot tub wasn't hot, I got a reply in a minute with a clear explanation of the fix and then we were good to go. Would absolutely stay again. We had so much fun on the Pike's Peak Cog Rail, walking around Garden of the Gods and Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. I hope to book another weekend in this house to explore more. Book this house, you will not regret it!

Wonderful Place
We stayed here for a girls trip with three 14 year old girls and 2 moms. The house was perfect. There were three bedrooms upstairs and two full bathrooms. There was a large room downstairs with 4 double size bunk beds, so the girls took over the lower floor and we all had our own space. It was perfect. The location of the house is great! Easy, quick access to everything in Colorado Spring and close to lots of great hiking. I would definitely stay here again. The owner Tanya was very accommodating and very responsive during our stay.

Very nice
Our stay was during an extremely hot week. Only the main living room had air conditioning, the other three bedrooms had cooling units, which were more like fans. Only the master had a ceiling fan. There were 15 people - 8 adults and 7 children. I’m not sure why the listing said the house sleeps 20. Even with 2 in each of the bunk beds, we could only count 18. All in all, we had a great time. Loved the large dining table.

USAFA Graduation
Fantastic week with the family for USAFA graduation. My husband and I flew in the day before the family arrived and prepped food and rooms. We had 10 people. The location couldn’t have been better as we were able to enter in the southgate of the academy graduation week which was literally 15mn from the house. We were near shopping and great restaurants. Fuzzy Taco was amazing! The house was amazingly clean with updated bathrooms upstairs (3) the downstairs bathroom was big but not yet updated. The bedrooms were very clean and comfortable and were updated with new appointments. There were 3 nice sized bedrooms upstairs and 1 large bedroom downstairs. The listing shows 6 bedrooms but there is really only 4 true bedrooms with other living areas that you can sleep in with pullouts so listing should reflect 4 bedrooms not 6. The house is very spacious with room to find quiet time if you want some separation. There are multiple decks and outdoor areas to enjoy the fresh air. The dining room is amazing with a huge table that can seat at least 12 ppl we had many wonderful family dinners. The kitchen is huge with a seating area and all the items you would need to make a meal. It was situated in a great, safe neighborhood. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting the Springs and the owner was fantastic to work with and very responsive. Thanks for a great stay and a family experience to last a lifetime

Our stay
It was a great house we really enjoyed our stay. We would stay there again.

The house was large & nice furnishings...really comfortable beds upstairs, but the full size bunk bed mattresses were not that comfortable. We were surprised with a welcome basket of goodies accompanying the house rules notebook. The kitchen had plenty of flatware & plates & salad bowls, however, It lacked some of the cooking utinsils we needed...a can opener that worked, butcher-block type sharp knives, colander, etc. We only used the hot tub the first night we were there because it sprayed a lot of water out of the tub & onto the floor if you leaned back against the back of the tub. Actually, even just having the jets on & no people in the tub it was squirting water onto the floor due the very forceful jets in the tub. The floor of the room was covered in water. We sopped it up with towels, but it even leaked under the sliding glass door & onto the carpet in the next room. I spoke with Tanya, the property manager, about these issues & she was very pleasant to deal with. I LOVED the large table in the dining room...we had 7 adults & 2 children & there was plenty of seating space for us all. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds (but those mattresses were not very comfortable) in the basement & the old fashioned video arcade-type game in the room. A few negatives to the place was that the trash can & trash bags were stored in the garage, & it smelled really, really bad in the garage (we opened a window in there to help some, but it really stunk) . All the trash from the previous tenants was overflowing around the trash can, as trash pickup was on Mondays or Tuesdays...we checked in on Saturday & out on Monday. There is not much room in the back yard, it was pretty small, & I don't think there was any grass,, but they did have a nice firepit back there. We did enjoy being able to spend our mornings & evenings together in the house, which was plenty large enough, nice bedrooms & bathrooms.

Lots of space & comfortable home in quiet neighborhood.
My husband & I stayed in this home with our dog, Murphy, for almost a week. We didn’t need all the space, but it was a great base location to explore the Colorado Springs area. The home is comfortably decorated and the kitchen has the basics to be able to cook & serve most meals. Tanya was quick to respond when we had a question, and gave easy to understand instructions for beginning & ending our stay. If you stay in the snow months, the driveway is steep so watch your step! The yard is mostly hardscape, & planted areas, so if your dog is approved, walks in the hilly neighborhood will be necessary. Bear Creek Dog Park is not too far by car & worth the drive. We would definitely recommend this property for a large family, but worked well for just the two of us! Thank you, Tanya!

We loved it!
Tanya has done a great job making this home family friendly! We had a large group and there is plenty of room for everyone to spend time together comfortably. The large dining room table is great for gathering and having sweet fellowship! It is a beautiful home and we had an awesome time. Thank you so much!
