I like the location of the property
I didn’t like the property manager she got into the house when we were there she didn’t knock the door or call me to let me know and also she made a racist comen when I asked her what happened
My kid and I where sacred after that because she can come in anytime
I called the office but they said if I have to report something it has to be to her so we weren’t able to report it to anybody else because they didn’t want to give me any other number to call

It was nice having a garage, 3 bathrooms and the leather couch was nice and comfy. Condo has a good layout and sleeps a lot of people.
The carpet is very dirty and the downstairs smelled musty. All of the furniture is old and outdated. The whole place could use a facelift. We have stayed in other units in the same condos that are much nicer. Beds were not very comfortable.

great location, clean, warm, spacious space. liked the open kitchen/living room.
the smoke alarm falsely went off every morning in every room at 4am, multiple times in a day. we had babies in our group stay and the alarms woke them up both nights in a row.

Problems with condo
I was disappointed with this condo. For the amount of money we spent I felt the condo needed a lot of repair. It definitely needs a building inspection to check all of the systems to make sure they are in good working order. It felt like the place was falling apart. We found problems as soon as we arrived.
Heaters
The condo was cold when we arrived and the heaters in the main living room did not work. We called the office and they sent a repair person. They were reset that evening and then started working. The next morning, one of those heaters would not turn off and it was getting red hot so I turned it off manually. There was a big spark and then all of the power for the whole condo went out. A repair person came and said both heaters need replacement. Portable heaters were dropped off. Faulty electric heaters are a big fire hazard.
Operating instructions
Instructions are needed to know how to operate smart devices. The smart thermostats were simple to operate once we figured out to simply turn the housing turns on the heat. But if the heaters don’t work in the first place, then it doesn’t seem so simple.
The smart faucet took a while to figure out. Just touching any part of it will turn the water on and off which was often opposite of what is wanted it to do. Even the blue and red temperature indicator on the lever was backwards. (need to switch the incoming connectors under the sink).
Internet
The internet WiFi connection was terrible. We came up on Thursday and several of us were expecting to do some business on Friday. There was no connection on Thursday night or all day Friday. Saturday to Monday was better, but it wasn’t much better. I think this should made clear so there are low expectations for a working WiFi.
Kitchen
The kitchen was functional but old. Many of the drawers need need rollers. One drawer had to be pulled out and realigned to work.
