Equipped with all modern conveniences, including satellite tvs, wi-fi throughout the property, and iphone docking stations, I Tre Falchi is the ideal place for groups and families looking to relax and enjoy time away from their hectic life. For added privacy or to accommodate extended families, the independent cottage next to the villa offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining area and the living room with fireplace.
A large infinity swimming pool, equipped with several sun loungers and a covered pergola, is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. The pool house features a kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, wine refrigerator, and induction cooktop. Adjacent to it is the dressing room plus bathroom with shower. An additional solar powered shower is located outdoors near the pool. The travertine steps into the pool offer whirlpool jets for bubble fun.
For those seeking additional bubbles, there's a jacuzzi hot tub just few steps off the pool, with breathtaking valley and Todi views.
Main house:
Basement: the gym room offers a concept 2 rowing machine, versaclimber, and a ballet barre. Laundry room with 1 large capacity washing machine, 1 regular capacity washing machine and dryer, plus garment steamer.
Ground floor:
Entrance with seating and desk.
Fully equipped professional kitchen, with side by side refrigerator, microwave, convection oven (90 cm), gas cooktop, and dishwasher.
Indoor dining table accommodates 14 persons and offers spectacular views. In addition there is an outdoor dining table overlooking Todi which seats 12 people.
The former stable is now the living room with a large fireplace and various seating areas.
The hallway connecting the kitchen to the entrance and living room provides closets for storage needs.
Ground floor bathroom with shower.
Upper floor:
Bedroom 1: master suite, with king size bed, walk-in closet, en suite bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath tub. Balcony with steps leading outside.
Bedroom 2: king size bed with en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3: king size bed with en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 4: 2 twin size beds
Bedroom 5: 1 twin bed, 1 full bed, 1 twin trundle.
Bathroom 4: to be shared by bedroom 4 and 5, with shower and bath tub.
For outdoor fun, there's a ping pong table, soccer nets and a basketball hoop.
