The was a trash bag in the trash can. Floor was clean.
Stains on sheets. Only 2 towels for 2 people. Even asked for more. There is no towel for the floor to stand on. Wouldn't answer bookings for a refund on one day due to a medical emergency. Wouldn't accommodate a downstairs room for disabled people. Someone banging on the door in the middle of the night. Shady people hanging around.

It was a convenient walk to BMO Stadium
The mattress protector was very dirty, sheets covered it so it was tolerable. The mattress itself was rock hard. And the television worked, but didn’t show your channel number so you just had to flip around cuz you didn’t know what channel you were on.

The bedding was slightly stained. No coffee machine in room. Very limited shelving/storage in room.
Stains on mattress cover. Sheets were ok... No coffee machine. No cups. Limite towels. Limited storage in room.

Nothing. The place was closed. I was unable to reach them or anything.
The place was under construction, the phone number didn't work and the whole establishment was closed. I had to walk to find a hotel to stay in as this area of town is not great and no taxi services are readily available.

24 hour front desk
no vacancy, hotel was under construction when we showed up and didn't notify us before we arrived, had to look for another hotel

Everything about the trip except hotel.
Owners weren't there at assigned check in. Stood around for two hours. The hotel is a disgusting mess. Lower floors torn apart for construction. Rooms were dirty horror show. Located in very poor unsafe at night neighborhood. Photo on booking.com is obviously from many years ago.

It was close to the venue we were going to
The hotel was overbooked. They “lost” our reservation, thankfully we got a room. Several others had booked reservations online and were not able to get rooms. The room was disgusting. It was dirty and dilapidated, stains on the sheets and carpets and walls. There was a literal bullet hole in the window. The blinds didn’t close all the way and there was very little privacy.

Dirty sheets, bed was bad, place is under construction, neighborhood is like narko cartel in Mexico.....etc.

Amazing. They very nice people

It was very outdated. Even though it mentions WiFi, I couldn't utilize it without getting the username. Most of the fixtures in the room were old and pretty worn. The tv would turn off every 30 minutes if I didn't use the remote.

Nothing at all. It's located in a dirty slum unsafe part of Los Angeles.
The service. He was rude and not helpful at all in returning my complete refund.
