There are noises from inside and outside the room through the whole night, include clear sound of toilet flushing from other rooms! The management is terrible too. I feel like entering the gangster inn. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. Do not understand why it can be rated 8…actually horrible!

La chambre sentait très fort la cigarette alors que j’avais réservé une chambre non fumeur (mais la personne a l’accueil m’a dit que je n’avais pas pris l’option…) et n’était pas propre (traces de passage dans les toilettes, poils, salete)

Don’t stay here

Parking was easy

Cold shower. No breakfast (even though the rate we paid for includes breakfast). Reception is through a glass window and very impersonable. Felt like some people lived there, some evidence of drug use.

Honest review!! It was okay. Pros and cons.

Area felt safe. New towels daily. Overall, fairly clean. Spa tub was big, clean, and water was quick to warm up. Never had trouble finding a parking spot. Service was nice. Didn’t see any stains on the bed which is the important part. Lighting options in the room was amazing!! No closet or iron but not a big deal. Okay experience, wouldn’t come again. For us, spa tub was cool but rather spend the money on a nicer place. Hotel was great for what it was.

Hair clumps (that weren’t ours) can come up from spa tub so once you fill it do not drain and refill while in the tub. You’ll have to drain it, wipe it down, then refill. Floor is wood, not carpet so it looks/is pretty dirty. Room service = new towels and trash. No wipe down of anything or bed made. Damage deposit is CASH so bring some. Parking lot is tight but not impossible to park/didn’t bother us.

Bathroom light connected with the aisle one so if one is using the bathroom the light arrives in all the room. No usb plugs

checkin was fast

the room was not clean. The bed had dirty and stained sheets and blankets. There was female hair in the sheets as well as on the bathroom floor. The staff member ignore me and told me that the room was clean without even checking it.

I didn't like nothing. The guy in the night Javier was rude. I had to pay a deposit and I didn't know and I told him I didn't know even if I did it on booking and he said yeah. If you read it you'll see it... that was rude...I had 2 rooms here. Then I asked about parking and he said whatever you find.. like what! Never again...

Nothing...Javier the night guy was rude, the parking sucks, the bed made noise, and people were yelling all night..ghetto hotel... my room didn't have a lock. And when I ask about parking Javier said look for it in the back... he was rude. I guess I had to pay a deposit..which I didn't know cause I paid on booking... he was rude... never again... this is ghetto...I swear

Disappointing stay, with a room reeking of cigarette smell and a noisy environment

Nice concept, with the hotel above the parking, and parking is included. Good location, fairly close to the airport. Facilities are recent, but construction on the cheap side and lacking soundproofing.

We heard lots of bangs in the evening and the night, very close, one was even within the parking. Gunshots? Fireworks? Wouldn't know, coming from Canada, we are not familiar with these kinds of noises! We also had a non-smoking room reeking with cigarette smell, The staff offered to spray the room, but we didn't want that while we were inside, and it was late and we only wanted to go to bed. This problem should have been addressed when the room was made, earlier in the day, since the smell could not be missed! Staff was unable to offer any kind of compensation.

Straight to the point the Deluxe In was 8/10. the price was great and somewhat close to everything. The environment was up to date and well kept. You’d think asking for a fresh and modern room environment would be to much to ask for compared to other hotels.

Towels were thin *comment from wife* as if shes going to sleep with the towel. Floors will blacken the bottom of your feet if you don’t wear anything on them. Maybe regularly mopping will help.
