Great size for a family. Close to beach and downtown. Fantastic house and location. Only drawback was parking limitations.

We rented the house for a girl’s weekend – there were 10 of us & with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen table is awesome – it seats 10 – the perfect game playing table & we were all able to sit & eat together. The house was in the perfect location – just a few blocks to the beach, shops & restaurants. It was clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Guest bedroom #5 says it has 4 twins – just be aware it is a bunk room, it was not listed as such when we rented. The two screened-in porches were very nice. There is a separate cottage behind the house that share the driveway, in the event your group needs more space. Nick was wonderful to work with. He was very easy to get in touch with and prompt in answering our questions. We stayed when pollen was at its peak, prior to our arrival Nick went over to the house & blew as much of the pollen as he could out of the screened-in porches! Check in and check out were very easy. We would stay here again.

We’ve stayed at this property before and this time didn’t disappoint. The house has a good amount of bedrooms and community space for a group. The property isn’t the most modern but has all the amenities to make for a great vacation.

This house is wonderful for a family gathering! We had 5 families celebrating Thanksgiving and there was plenty of room for all! The kitchen was well equipped for making a big dinner. Beds were comfortable!
The only suggest i could make is to add a hand rail on the second of steps going upstairs. Great house!

Everything about the house and communication was awesome. Property was clean, comfortable and the main floor layout was the perfect space for catching up with friends.

The house offers many ammenities if the weather permits. There was a large storm front that affected the weather dramatically. As a result we were in the house almost the entire time. There was a persistent smell of mildew and a musty smell that made it a challange to enjoy being in the house. As I have stated there was a big storm front however, the smell made it unpleasant - we ran the AC or heat as much as possible to try to dry up the humidity in the house it did not work. We all left with our personal belongings smelling like mildew. The space was ample. the kitchen was well stocked, the hot tub worked well. The refrigerator is too small for such a large house that accomodates 18. There are two dishwashers - that was a nice bonus. Thankfully, we went after 9/15 and we could park on the street otherwise, the parking due to the visitors in the back cottage was not conducive for such a large group. The cottage rental folks were very unaccomodating and parked in such a manner that we could not utilize the very long driveway for other cars. There is a mouse who visited in the kitchen daily.

This property is in perfect walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. It has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large party. The hot tub was dirty when we got there, but after watching the cleaning lady clean it, we realized the filter was filled with sand so when the jets turned on, it continued to blow out sand and dirt. There was also a washer and dryer that were broken during our stay, but we made it work. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

This house was in the perfect spot for our family - close enough to beach and boardwalk but still fairly quiet. The house was very spacious and well laid out. I would say it was better than the pictures - I am not sure why they would show a picture of the hot tub as the cover photo b/c the house is cute from the front. I will say this house is not new and is a little worn down in spots, but we didn't mind. Very minor issues - some of the beds were a little creaky and the porch furniture wasn't that comfortable. Overall a great stay and we would stay here again. Thanks

We had a group down for a field hockey tournament and the house was perfect. Loved all the bedrooms and bathrooms available. And the hot tub we much needed after a day of playing. The location is an easy walk to the main strip!

Great location, blocks away from everything. Big house for a family getaway. Only down side is that you literally have to bring everything but your house with you - toilet paper, soap, salt/pepper, hand towels, trash bags, paper towels. The kitchen did have plates, cups and silver ware tho! Great outdoor areas too with the exception of pollen everywhere- to be expected this time of year. Some construction was in the drive way and a pod in front of the house but I’m sure that’ll be gone by summer. Easy check-in and out. Would stay again but be more prepared to check-in with toilet paper.

After the past few holidays apart, we spent our Christmas here and five families flew in from all across the US to be together. The house was perfect. The communal space for gathering was generous, with an enormous sofa that fit everyone. Lots of room in the kitchen for multiple cooks and having two dishwashers was brilliant for a big group. Great to have a first floor master suite for my elderly parents. All of the upstairs bedrooms have high ceilings and skylights making the rooms feel a lot larger and cheerful. We enjoyed the hot tub. The location is perfect - easy walk to the beach and the main street. The hostess, Judy, could not have been any nicer. She was quick to respond and eased all of my parents’ anxieties about travel. We built great family memories here. Huge thumbs up!

Plenty of room for our family of 12. We could all be together, but also have privacy in our own space. Kitchen was fully furnished, complete with portable mixer, mixing bowls, baking pans, etc. Plenty of empty cabinets to store our own stuff. Two dishwashers allowed us keep kitchen picked up while still preparing meals.
Hot tub was perfect!
The only negative issue was providing our own sheets, towels, bathmats, toilet paper, etc. Hopefully that will change as we get further away from Covid scare.
Would definitely book again!

Great experience! Slight communication misunderstanding-listing states that there was comforters for the beds. In actuality it was protective mattress pads. No issue we had blankets and comforters.
Overall great experience

122A Laurel Street is a wonderful property, and our family of 11 loved every moment! The home had everything we needed to make the most of our time in Rehoboth. It is very clean, well stocked with kitchen tools, plates and two ovens and two dishwashers. It's two easy blocks from the beach and the center of town, making its location very convenient. The hot tub was used each and every day, and the outdoor shower makes keeping sand out of the house a breeze!

This house was super for our 3 generation family to enjoy a week in Rehoboth. A spacious and comfortable house close to the beach, boardwalk and shopping…pretty perfect for all of us.

We loved the location of the house. The porches were a huge plus. The only complaint we had was the house could have been a little cleaner when we arrived.

This home is in a great location for a short walk to the beach and town. We enjoyed all the areas to sit and talk, play games, read, eat dinner together. Our group consisted of nine adults and six children, ages 7 to 14. There was plenty of room for all of us.
I reported a few problems to Judy and she was very quick to respond. When the owners decide to replace two queen beds (squeaky frames and uncomfortable sagging mattresses) and the antiquated kitchen cooktop (we had to use a long lighter to ignite the burners) it will be a very desirable vacation home. Also, some of the porch chairs needed cushions. The living room furniture is showing age, but was large to sit on and watch sports on the beautiful new TV.
The two w/d and two dishwashers were very helpful. The hot tub was very clean, but not accessible to anyone with physical handicaps due to it being down at deck level. The kitchen needs more forks, but has everything needed to prepare meals.
Kudos to Judy as she was quick in her responses and sent technicians to help with some of the issues we experienced.

The house was large enough, kitchen well equipped. The hot tub was filthy even after serviced.
The family enjoyed the house, but the hot tub was a disappointment.

Great location
I was a bit disappointed that I had to bring my whole house with me. No soap, dish detergent, sheets. During Covid, these are things that would have been appreciated and sheets and towels can be washed. Other than that, nice home

Fall Vacation
The home is in a great location! The only down side is that the hot tub was green and never cleared up for the length of our stay.

Great week!
Ten old friends from U of D meeting for their 30th reunion. We couldn’t have found a better place. Everything was perfect..a home away from home. We’ve already booked the same week for reunion #31!

Excellent location and beautiful home
Excellent location and beautiful home
Our group of friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The front porch which is screened in was a relaxing place to have our morning coffee. The hot tub on the back porch is an extra perk! The long dining room table really encourages lots of conversation and board games. There was plenty of space for all of us, particularly with a kids bedroom with bunkbeds. The location cannot be beat, walkable to the boardwalk and the beach very easily! Judy was incredibly responsive. I highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic property
This was such a great rental house. Great location to the beach—about a 7 min walk (1.5-ish blocks). Short walk to happy hour places and the main strip of restaurants/shopping and boardwalk. The house was laid out fantastic. Great open area to hang out in. We spent a lot of evenings cooking and it was great for everyone to be together. The kitchen was really well stocked. Plenty of utensils and plates and silverware for our large party. Judy was fantastic to work with. Really easy check in & check out procedures. House was clean upon arrival. Really happy with everything and will definitely look to stay here again when we visit Rehoboth next.

Perfect location and size!
Four adults and four kids shared this property for the week. The home was spacious and comfortable. We loved that there were 3 different outside seating areas (front & back screened in porch and back deck)! The location was the best! A block and a half from the beach and a couple of blocks to Rehoboth Ave. having driveway access was so nice since street parking can be hard to come by. Check in was simple and the host was very responsive. You do need to bring all linens, towels, toiletries. The cookware is well stocked but no spices etc. There are plenty of places to shop a short drive away and so many walkable restaurants and shopping! Highly recommend this property for a Rehoboth Beach stay!

Fantastic location in comfortable home
Just a few blocks from the beach and an easy walk to the main streets of shops and restaurants, this was a great home to visit. It has two large screened in porches that we spent a lot of time in (the hot tub in the back porch/room), along with a back deck area. The rooms were all very comfortable in size (just bring a sleep mask if you like to sleep in the dark) with many bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked with any dishes or cookingware needed. (You bring your own foodstuff.) We'd definitely stay again.

Weekend getaway
The location, number of beds and baths, screened decks, and hot tub were great. Since we went off season parking wasn’t an issue since we could use the street. The comments other renters made about bunk beds, dining room chairs, and refrigerator were spot on, but nothing was a deal breaker. Overall we would go back again.

Great location, not exactly luxurious
Location is fantastic. Some of the amenities are nice, like the fireplaces. Others didn't work or weren't comfortable. We didn't have hot tub access for 2 days, internet was up and down and when it was up it was painfully slow, tvs need updating so that they work and are accessible. Kitchen chairs, which are also the only place you can reasonably do virtual work/school, are painful to sit in for longer than 10 minutes. If you care about bedrooms being dark this is definitely not your place - light was beautiful during the day but no darkening options at all. Dishwashers aren't installed properly so the racks fall out on you. The peeling chrome on the front door handle cut one of us. The bunk beds are shedding fabric underneath that scared the kids. The back door is difficult to lock - we thought it was broken entirely until we called to ask about it. Technicians in and out for the first two days. A washing machine leaked through the ceiling and no response to our message about it. But. The location was amazing. So if location is your priority, walking to beach and restaurants are fantastic. If "spectacular" or "luxury" are what you're after, which were part of the headline description when we booked... maybe not your place.

The good: awesome location 2 blocks to the beach and Rehoboth Ave. Tons of indoor and outdoor space. Lots of big bathrooms. Big kitchen with two ovens, two dishwashers, lots of dishes, big fridge. A nice hot tub that gets serviced almost every other day. Comfortable beds. Big kitchen table is great for a big meal, games, puzzles. The bad: Furniture and kitchen are all old looking and beaten down. One stove burner starts with a bit of a "bang" of gas. The fridge is missing parts. We put sheets on top of the couches because we didn't feel comfortable sitting right on them. The bunk beds have some gross fabric hanging down where kids have likely pulled it apart. The chairs at the kitchen table are torturous to sit on (imagine a square toilet seat built out of 2x4 lumber with a piece of fabric draped over it).Just so you know: There's a cottage in the back with a different tenant. Parking can be a bit awkward given the need to drive down a narrow driveway and share that parking with the cottage.Bottom line: We enjoyed staying here but were a bit disappointed by the gap between the posting and reality. It's a great place for a lot of people to eat, sleep, and party. It's not "nice" anymore.

We needed a place to get away to host a birthday party for one of the friends in our covid pod and this home was perfect! So many rooms and the hot tub is so fun. The proximity to the ocean was so wonderful! Loved our stay!
