No problem - you can fill your days with enjoyment at the community's indoor pool, curl up with a good book in the sunroom, watch movies in the media room, or strike up a little friendly competition with all of the offerings of the game room. Those offerings abound with a pool table, air hockey, a classic video game console (including Ms. PacMan, Space Invaders, Donkey Kong, 1942, and more), foosball, a variety of board games, and even a poker/bumper pool table. The private deck, equipped with a gas grill, 12' custom table and benches, porch rockers, and an outdoor sofa, offers a sunny spot for outdoor living and alfresco dining. Add the amenities of the community including an outdoor pool, indoor pool, and tennis courts, and you have the perfect place to visit any time of year.

The home is well located within Rehoboth Beach, with turnoff just before Jungle Jims and the 1/1A split to Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches. Jungle Jim's Water Park, Fresh Market, Wawa, and the Tanger North Face Outlets are all within five minutes and accessible without going onto Route 1! Don't feel like dealing with the hassle of parking down at the beach? It's just a five-minute walk/three-minute drive to the DART Park and Ride.

Movies at the Midway, mini golf, and go-carts are all within 10 minutes too!

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Streaming only with guests' own account(s). This unit is not equipped with cable.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
