This property was beautiful and so clean. The listing was very accurate, in fact it was even nicer in person! We love to cook, and the kitchen had everything we need. We look forward to our next stay here!

We stayed in this comfortable home for close to 3 weeks. It’s in a beautiful setting in the country. The floor plan is well designed, given the age of the house. Several additions and nice upgrades over the years has made it quite functional with the most recent outdoor screened fireplace room a 5 star addition! We much preferred the new fireplace to the one in the living room, which seemed to be a bit more smoky when using. The owners are generous to provide plenty of firewood.
More specifics: Master bedroom w/Q & bath (tub/shower) on the main level. Two bedrooms and a loft-like area for sleeping and a bathroom (w/shower stall) on the second level. A convenient 1/2 bath is off the living room.
The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, & a large pantry for storage. These owners truly open their home and share such things as spices and condiments. The coffee maker was not a brand we were familiar with (Mocca Master Coffee Maker) but quickly learned that it makes a very good cup of coffee. Instructions are provided.
The Wi-Fi Internet worked perfectly for us. We could stream on the TV without a problem as we carry our own Roku and had no issues working on our laptops. (We were not able to figure out how to use the sound system.)
The rear patio outdoors is a great place to sit gazing at the field and barns. Deer pass through the fields on a regular basis.
Pros: Location. Excellent kitchen. Fireplaces and wood available. Exceptional lighting installed in most rooms. Plenty of hot water. Mattresses & sheets are comfortable and there are plenty of towels. W/D available.
Cons: (this is minor and our own preference) We prefer window coverings for use at night for privacy. Bedrooms have curtains.

We stayed for our son’s graduation weekend from Salisbury School. We were so happy with the lovely home. Deb, the owner contacted us directly and provided great information for our stay. Checking in/out was a breeze. The home is spacious and well equipped. The property is so peaceful. My only regret is that we just discovered this gem.

We had a great stay! The home is a beautifully renovated farmhouse with all the modern amenities and a well equipped kitchen. The location is great, close to nearby towns as well as to hiking and biking trails. We enjoyed staying in and relaxing in the cozy living room as much as going out to explore the beautiful surrounding rural areas.
