Welcome to one of the most beautiful white sand beaches in the world and to Watercrest! This condo is beautifully and comfortably decorated and has amazing views as far as the eye can see to the East and the West. The balcony is spectacular as it affords ample space to dine or enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail as you watch the sunset over the Gulf.
What you will appreciate most is that you have a great view of the ocean from most rooms in the condo with large floor to ceiling glass panels and sliding glass doors. The master suite has a king size bed with full bath and the second bedroom has two queen size beds with a full bath across the hallway. The living room has a new leather sectional, leather swivel chairs and 75" Samsung Q-LED Smart TV. The well stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. You will appreciate the attention to details that will make this a vacation with wonderful memories!

When you are ready to come off the beach, a variety of amusement parks and entertainment centers are ready to provide a day of family fun. The Marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter deep sea fishing trips, Sunset Cruise, Dolphin Watching, Pirate Cruise, or Shell Island Cruise, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster s is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Panama City has ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks, Ripley s Believe It or Not. St. Andrews State Park is located on the Gulf and is a perfect day trip about five minutes away by car. There are several entertainment establishments that feature Go Carts, Bumper Boats, Arcades, and Miniature Golf. Panama City Beach has been hosting vacationers for many years and the entire area is full of fun things to do! We recommend you Google these establishments for detailed information on the sites that specifically interest your family and friends. Panama City Beach in it s entirety is committed to providing a variety of recreation aside from beach activities.

Watercrest is located at the East End of the beach which is an added plus because traffic is never an issue but you are conveniently located to all the attractions Panama City Beach has to offer! Come play with us!

This property was everything the listing says! I will say, please pay attention to the note on the thermostat and read the instructions. If you do that, you will stay cool! The floor to ceiling windows makes for an amazing view but with that comes the heat from the sun!

This condo was beautiful! The views from the balcony were breathtaking! The condo was spacious and clean. The kitchen actually had pots and pans to cook a meal for 8 people. The beds were nice and comfy. The owner was very quick to respond to any messages. We actually ended up leaving something, and the owner was so gracious to let us back in to retrieve it. We loved our stay!

Checking in and communicating with the property manager was so easy and straightforward. The condo overall was amazing. Master bedroom does not circulate air and was very hot, even with shades closed for the week.

The place was very neat, clean & very roomy for a family of 4. Beds were very comfy & the view on the balcony was beautiful! The host was very helpful; I forgot my hairdryer & the one at the condo was not working so he brought a brand new one! I also loved having 2 beach chairs & an umbrella everyday at no charge. It was not far from everything. Definitely would recommend this place!

The Condo is very spacious. Large deck over looking pool Area and Gulf. The staff that oversee Watercrest were friendly and seem to enjoy there jobs. Great place to relax.

Great views from balcony and amazing location. We loved that the beach wasn’t over crowded, and the included beach service was a huge perk. Great communication with David. This was our first time back to PCB in several years and we found this condo through VRBO. It’s was bigger than we needed with just the two of us but we really wanted to have a great view so this 17th floor condo was our choice. Everything about the condo was really nice and comfortable! Looking forward to getting back down there soon!

I booked this condo because it’s VBRO photos included a recliner (although not mentioned in the text). (I am required to keep my legs elevated following a recent surgical procedure. Plus I sleep in a recliner 100% of the time, so this feature was essential to me. Without said recliner, I tried sleeping in 2 of the beds, but was unsuccessful. Then I tried sleeping on the sofa, but of my 3 night stay I got only 3-4 hours of TOTAL sleep during our entire stay. On the several hour drive home, I was so tired, and so drowsy, the car left the road, fishtailing violently, as I fought to regain control. I was so fortunate not to have a rollover or collide with another vehicle, so I did arrive safely home, but the outcome could have been tragically different, all because there was no recliner, as advertised.

We had a wonderful time enjoying the views in this condo. The beach was great and having an umbrella and chairs ready for us every day was a nice bonus. Despite being on the 17th floor, the elevators were very fast and we rarely had to wait to get on. Owners were also very prompt with communications and accommodating with our request. Location was ideal; easy to get to and traffic was manageable. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

The condo had the best view right on the beach. The inside was clean and well stocked with plenty of towels for a family of five. We had a small repair issue, and the owner was prompt to fix it and great with communication. Would definitely stay here again.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time celebrating her 24th birthday at the beach and having her summer vacation end perfectly berfore going back to college. We could not have asked for a better view of the beach. The condo was spacious, clean, and communication was prompt and friendly. We would stay here again. Thank you!

We loved this property and plan to stay again! Our traveling party included myself, husband and 2 small children. The entire property was clean, very well managed, and in a safe area. We enjoyed that the kitchen, and living areas. We were able to make meals and dine in comfortably. The view was absolutely beautiful and the pool was never over crowded. We had a question for the owner when we first arrived and he was very responsive and took care of what we needed very quickly. I would definitely recommend this property.

This condo is located in the old side of PCB, but don't let that lead you away because this codo is up to date, huge and has AMAZING views. The pool is cool (in the summer) and the beach access has plenty of shower stations. There are two beach chairs with umbrellas that come with the rental. There is also banana boat rides as well as parasailing right on the beach. There is more than enough room in the condo, the living and dinning room is large and can accommodate a large number of people. There were plenty of towels and they provided detergent and dish washing liquid. I would bring extra toilet paper as there was not enough provided. Over all I would rate this stay as a 10 out of 10!

Very nice condo, right on the beach, tiki bar down below with daquaris and food and ice cream. On the 17th floor! Only thing we did not like is that the public hotel pool closes at 10, so no night swimming.

This was our second time visit to panama city beach . We always stayed ocean front but i would have to say this was the best view we ever had, day or night, the view was 10/10. We did make awesome memories. Checkin was super easy and property was nice and clean. One less star for very bad kitchen pots. I was not able to cook rice in a pot for my kiddos. It was the cheapest quality I have ever seen. I will return to this unit with my own pots and pans :)
