Check List available upon request. New, Supersize washer and dryer - ALL linens and laundry are done onsite. We supply every guest stay with new, unopened: Soap dispensers, Paper towels and bath tissues.

Located in an exclusive, secluded area, bordering Whitefish Dunes State Park (1000 acre park), yet only 15-20 minutes from the quaint village shops. Hike and bike out your front door!

We also include bath mats and dish towels. If you choose the linen service we will send you a payment request for this service.
CLEANING: There is a minimum home cleaning fee, which usually covers the cleaning. This charge has already been added to your rental. If additional cleaning is needed, @$35.00 an hour, will be taken out of your damage deposit. To avoid additional cleaning charges please leave the home in good condition so our cleaning team can finish in the allotted amount of time.

Love this area because of the beach. We spent every day there that we could. We had a great time! Thank you for sharing the house.
The trail to the beach was manageable but not if you have mobility issues. The renters next door allowed a member of our group to use their beach access.
The property manager was super responsive when we had a few minor issues the on the first day there. Immediately responded to questions. He offered us free kayaks for 2 days of our stay for the inconvenience. That was very generous, and we used them to kayak to a shipwreck just off of Cave Point.
Being at the end of the road made for a very quiet stay and great access to Whitefish Dunes State Park trails. We enjoyed the fire pit and appreciated the firewood. We had plenty of room for 6 adults and 5 teens. The lower level game room was huge hit. Glad we took advantage of the linen service with a group our size.

The house was nice and spacious for our group and had all the amenities mentioned. The house is secluded and very private and the beach was absolute perfection. The property manager was extremely responsive and took good care of us. Three small items that I would have changed:
The basement seemed to have an issue with bugs in the bathroom and a distinct damp odor in the two bedrooms.
While the beach is just as close as described, it is through woods and up and down tricky terrain requiring you to hold on to trees to travers. If you have small children that need to be carried or elderly in your party, it will be a problem. The property manager did offer us up another alternate route which was greatly appreciated, but was only available because the other house wasn't rented that week.
This one is minor, but the lock instructions didn't work for us upon arrival or departure. The property manager came right over to let us in though, so I think just updating the instructions might help.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay with lots of different options for the family. The best part was the beautiful, private beach.

There was so much space for our multigeneration family vacation. The whole family loved the beach and the well appointed game room. The kitchen/family room was so roomy. The location was excellent, very close to state and County Parks, and just a short walk to the beach. It rained our first night, but we had so much fun in the game room that it didn't matter. Overall great experience.

The private beach and location at the foot of the Whitefish Dunes park is unbeatable. The house was big enough for our group of 11. We’ve stayed here a couple times now. The house is not maintained very well. Among some other items of disrepair basement bedrooms have no window coverings so is excessively bright in the morning. $400 linen fee and you only get 2 dish towels and 4 hand towels (which were for communal use in the bathrooms) for 11 people. Location/beach is what brought us back, not the condition of the home. New property manager is super responsive. Last year the owner actually double booked the place and didn’t change the lock code so another family was in the property when we arrived last year. We booked through VRBO and they booked direct so he honored our reservation. That was a mess. Glad it’s in the property manager’s hands now.

Ten of us stayed here for a week — 2 grandparents, 4 parents and 4 kids ranging in age from 9-13. The house worked really well for us! The game room was a hit with the kids and adults. The kitchen is large and probably the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had in the 14 years since we’ve been renting houses. There was plenty of room for several of us to be working in the kitchen at the same time. The beds were all comfortable and the three zone AC worked perfectly. We absolutely loved the beach. It was a very short walk from the house. I (71 y/o) managed it without a problem. There was only one spot that was a little tricky but I was able to negotiate it with the help of a couple well-placed trees. Someone else might need an arm to hold on to. Cave Point park was amazing and beautiful and some in our family enjoyed the 2-mile walk from the house to the park that winds through the woods and along the lake.

The house is very spacious for a family with grown children and toddlers. It was ideal for our family. We enjoyed the game room as well as the quiet beach. The kitchen was large enough to prepare meals for the group. It was listed; therefore not a surprise to us, but I’ve never rented a VRBO with such limited linens. Yes, we could have purchased the service but it was at an excessive price. While the house was perfectly laid out, there was a shift in the foundation that was extreme. The property manager was excellent with communication and accommodated our needs.

This property is amazing! Great neighborhood, great location to the beach, which is literally across the street, and great access to the neighboring state park. Very quiet, peaceful area. The majority of the traffic is people walking their dogs. We had a great time while at the property. It had everything we needed for cooking meals. The basement/game room was an added bonus. My girls loved it! This was also a great location to go exploring the rest of Door County. We would definitely come back and stay here again. Communication with the property manager was great. Hope to come back some day!

Lovely, spacious home. Bordering on the State Park. Private Beach. Plenty of room to spread out inside and on the big deck. Our family group included 10 adults, 18 to 72, and 4 children between the ages of 3 and 8. We all enjoyed cooking together in the big kitchen and playing games in the recreation room downstairs. One thing to remember is that if you need groceries your best bet is to go to Sturgeon Bay. We loved our week here!

This property has too many great features to list them all. As a three generation family, ages 4 to 72, we found the large game room a big plus. Having access to a beautiful private beach was another. The home is very roomy, which suits a large family (or two?) very well. Just being in Door County is a big plus in itself. Family Fun
Our family of 11, including 5 grandsons aged 13 to 18, spent a terrific week at the beach. The house is clean, large, plenty of room for all. Master bath shower was a highlight. Downstairs bedrooms and game room were perfect for our teens. The house is simply decorated and sufficient household items are supplied.
A couple of things must be noted. The house is built up on a dune. There is no yard for games, etc. There are lots of stairs so carrying in luggage and supplies on a hot day might warrant a cool drink when done! The most challenging thing is getting down to the beautiful beach. The very rustic path through a wooded area and down the dune is daunting to all adults. There are no stairs, only a well trodden path and a couple of steep steps thanks to Mother Nature via tree trunks and roots. Little ones and older folks will need help. Once at the beach it is truly beautiful and worth the effort to get there.
The best thing....a nice house by the beach, big enough for our family to be together and make memories for a lifetime!

Great Family Getaway Spot
This newer, exceptionally clean home offers everything you'd want for a family getaway! There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for the entire group (note, there are 6 (!) bedrooms, including 2 in the lower level that contain 2 twin beds each and a queen bedroom in the upper level that also holds a bunkbed). The kitchen, dining table/area, and living space are open to each other and made for a great meal prep and comfortable visiting area. The game room in the lower level (air hockey, ping pong, pool, and more!) kept everyone engaged. The home's location was secluded and since it is right against the back side of Whitefish Dunes State Park, it provided easy access to the park's main hiking trail. The owner was personable and offered lots of great advice about places to go and things to see and do in Door County.

Forever Family Memories
Amazing place! We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this house. Super spacious and clean! Highlights were the second story deck, our family really enjoyed sitting out there in the evenings, it's like your in the trees with the birds! The game room was so much fun for the kids and adults too. The beach was incredible, the water was so clear you could see your feet even in the deepest water. I also loved how secluded it was. We enjoyed jumping on the trail and walking with the kids. Thank you again for many memories, we talked about it all the way home!

Awesome Location
Our family totally enjoyed our stay at this property. The living area is spacious, and we never felt we were tripping over one another. The large kitchen was roomy enough for our multiple cooks working together. We prepared all meals in, and the two refrigerators are great for a large group. Our pre-teens loved spending time in the game room. And best of all was the easy walk and convenience to the beach. Having stayed in Door County previously on the west side of the Peninsula, we totally appreciated this less busy and quiet side. Hope to stay again in the future.

Whitefish Dunes property
Cleanest and best equipped property we’ve ever stayed in. Great beach. Getting to it is a little tricky but because of the path’s location in proximity to the park, I imagine the owner does not want to encourage the general public to use his beach. Nevertheless I think the access to the beach could be improved. The beach itself is stunning. The house has a lot of stairs, but we didn’t find them prohibitive. Recommend highly.

Great family oriented house
We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen/family area is spacious to accommodate a large group. Everything needed is provided. The bedrooms were spacious with bathrooms on each level.
The game room had a variety of activities. The bunk room worked for older kids. The beach access was great, but challenging to get to for elderly and small children. The private beach area is so nice. It would be helpful if the path to the beach was a little easier to maneuver. The house was a good fit for our family.

Perfect getaway!
This place was so accommodating. Had no clue but they actually had a pack n play ready for a baby! What places come with that?! The view was breathtaking. The shower and tub in the master are to die for. Make sure you spend lots of time in those. The neighborhood is quiet and secluded. There’s good food places within 10-20 minutes. Loved that the location wasn’t where all the tourists were and it came complete with its own private beach! I’m staying again in September!

Had a wonderful time with our family! Just wanted to provide an FYI to future renters and this is no disrespect to the owners because everyone does it differently. We rent a lot of VRBO homes!! This house had adequate kitchen supplies.. No 9x13 pans, no olive oil, no salt or pepper or spices . Bathroom - 2 boxes of kleenex's supplied for 9 people, ran out of toilet paper in some bathrooms (we always bring more), no shampoo, conditioner or soap or shower gel. There was hand soap. We found 1 blow dryer in the house. No firewood. Plenty of chairs for around the firepit which is surrounded by sand. If you choose linen service you get 1 towel, 1 hand towel & 1 wash cloth per person and a sponge and two hand towels in the kitchen. We are clean freaks so we washed towels every day. Unsure what happened to the TV downstairs but that was disappointing. No board games for those of you who like those. Again no disrepect to the owners but I like to know what is going to be there and what isn't so just trying to help future renters. Big house so lots of room to spread out. Lots of steps so if you have someone who does not like steps or who cannot ascend or descend steps well, this is not the house for you. House was clean except for ceiling fans and exhaust fans.. they need cleaning bad. Not trying to focus on the negative but just being honest. We had a great time in the game room and this is the reason we chose the house. What an amazing location! The quick path to the beach was great, but having a Whitefish Dunes State Park trail entrance right by the house was outstanding! Loved all the room this house gave us to spread out. Master bathroom is so nice, beds comfy and kitchen well appointed. Will most definitely stay here again. Bill is so great, by the way. Fun family weekend!
We had a great time with extended family in this spacious, clean house that’s only steps away from the beach. Early risers enjoyed sunrise over the water and the night owls enjoyed star gazing on the beach. The game room is well equipped and provided entertainment for all ages. The kitchen was large which made it easy to cook for a crowd.

Loved our stay!
We loved our stay and had a great time!! The description of the property location could have been a little better. When we booked we didn’t read everything, it is not right on the beach, it is a short walk from the beach. Also it is becoming a little run down, the siding is completely faded, there are panels of glass missing on double pain windows and screen doors that are missing. The rope railing down the steps to the walk to the beach is broken off also. Just little things that need repaired. The bedroom on the main level of the house is very loud when the air conditioning unit kicks on. The house was extremely clean, the kitchen is fully stocked and the beds are extremely comfortable!!

Wonderful home away from home
We wanted a vacation where we could enjoy ourselves and be away from people, but still have a nice vacation. We enjoyed the private beach across the road and access to the state park right out the front door. The game room was a big hit with our boys and the house was spacious. It was a prefect getaway for a week and to enjoy all the amenities of a home. I would say that the steps up the to house and the path to the beach across the road isn’t for someone with any type of a knee/leg issue or problems walking. Otherwise, you will enjoy your stay.

Very Clean
This house was perfect! Very clean. Well stocked and kid friendly!! This house has everything in it that we needed for 4 families totaling 15 people!! We all showered with plenary hot water. The beach was so close. Little challenging to get to but beautiful!! The only thing was that the kids didn’t want to stay in the basement alone on the bunk beds so if I had to recommend anything I would say keep the bunks upstairs and a spare adult room in the basement! Overall 5 *****!!!

Labor Day weekend getaway
This property was a perfect match for our girls getaway. Plenty of space for everyone and a great kitchen for hanging out and cooking for the group. We had several members of our group that had never been to Door County. The beach, the lake, the quiet Westside location were ideal for our long weekend. We easily explored the rest of the peninsula on day trips and had a great time in the game room and fire pit in the evenings. Thanks for a much needed getaway!
