This is a little gem of a house that will perfectly suit a family with children.
Housed in the former caretaker's house on private property, it is hidden from the street by the large main house whose aisle it shares.
A terrace and a garden allow you to have lunch in the sun. But the real garden is the beach, which is only a 10-minute walk away. We are indeed in the center of Deauville, right next to the Casino Barrière.
The elegance of the premises is matched by the elegance of the decoration, neat, delicate and very pleasant to live in.
The living room occupies the entire ground floor. It consists of a living room, a dining room and an open kitchen separated by a counter, superbly furnished and equipped.
The three bedrooms are upstairs. They overlook the garden and the main house.
The master bedroom has its en-suite bathroom with bathtub. It has a double bed.
The other two bedrooms have two single beds each, which can be pushed together to form a large bed. They share a bathroom, also with a bathtub.
We can park two cars in the driveway.
Possibility of adding in a room a cot with baby mattress.
