Townhouse, typically Deauvillaise of 100m2 with garden and terrace in the center of Deauville.Renovated in 2015, everything is new, it offers the comfort you need for your vacation.
On 2 levels: on the ground floor: living room, kitchen, dining room, and toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (one 160 cm bed and 2 140 cm beds) and 1 bathroom with bath and separate toilet. Clear and functional, this house is made for a very pleasant stay. Available: television, internet, garden furniture, kitchen equipment, etc.
The house is accessible on foot from Deauville / Trouville station (15 min).
The sea, the boards are at the end of the street at 500m.You will find next to all the necessary shops: bakery, delicatessen, fruit and vegetables, butcher, caterer, butcher, press, pharmacy…
The house is non-smoking, except in the outdoor areas (garden, terrace).

Household linen is included in the package (sheets, towels), cleaning also.

A deposit of 1000.00 euros (one thousand euros) will be requested on your arrival, not cashed and returned on your departure after inventory.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely house in the middle of Deauville. Easy to walk everywhere, proximity to beach, restaurants, cafes. The frontyard and backyard were good for breakfast and relaxing outdoors. The only negative surprise was the noise from the busy street outside.

The house is as described and spacious enough for 6+. It's a lovely, old-style French house, perfect to feel the vibe of the area. Bakery and groceries (and more) are in walking distance, beach is 6 min by foot. Bistro right around the corner as well. Lovely and safe neighborhood and a great, small beach town.

Adorable home in a great location in Deauville - just a few blocks away from both the city’s center and beach. Check in and check out process are both in person which was inconvenient but communication with the property manager and host was seamless.

We had a lovely holiday in Deauville. The property is well located for the beach and the shops. The house was well appointed, with everything we needed - we all loved the house. The only downside was the arrival time. We couldn’t go straight to the house from the ferry as no one could meet us with the keys due to the late arrival time. This meant we had to book a night in a hotel which was an additional expense. Perhaps a key lock box would be a good idea so that the lovely Madam looking after the house doesn’t have to worry about the arrival time of guests. We would however definitely return to the house and Deauville and would recommend it to anyone who wants to explore a lovely part of France.

la maison est aménagée avec goût. elle est idéalement située à Deauville. le seul bémol est le manque de propreté en cuisine et sur les meubles en général. c'est très dommage car cette belle demeure mériterait un entretien plus soigné

Petite maison sympa composée de 3 chambres une cuisine équipée et un salon , située à deux pas du centre ville de DEauville, du casino, de la plage. Possibilité de garer la voiture à l'intérieur d une petite cour. Tout peut se faire à pied. Acceuil chaleureux.

A dix minutes de la plage à pieds, une jolie maison normande, claire et bien disposée où nous avons passé un agréable séjour en profitant du jardin et de la terrasse, avec ses commerces de proximité.

Great house with a great location.

This house was perfect for my family of five. Very clean and comfortable. I was worried about the noise, but it wasn't a problem at all. Always a non paying parking place to be found. Not that one needs a car with the location of the house! All the appliances, bath and shower worked very well. The hosts were very professional as was the lady who welcomed us. We will most likely rent it again next year!

Une maison agréable, spacieuse et son gros point fort: proche de tout à pieds,ce qui est très pratique. Merci au propriétaire pour sa petite attention lors de notre arrivée. Seul bémol le lit en 120 est trop petit pour 2 personnes. Mais nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. La maison est bien agencée et fonctionnelle ce qui est pratique avec de jeunes enfants. La maison est également très bien équipée notamment la cuisine. Les lits sont agréables. Tout est en bon état et bien entretenu. La décoration est vraiment jolie et le mobilier de bon gout. L'hôte est très réactif. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette maison.

Very conveniently situated on D513 but in the heart of Deauville right next to all shops yet not too noisy. There is a drive to park but free parking in front of the house too. A Carrefour to the left in town but a bigger one 10 minutes to the right next to a couple of petrol pumps.The house itself is comfortable, well equipped and fit for purpose for us with 3 spacious bedrooms (comfortable beds!). There was not much hanging space in the bedroom but a coat cupboard just outside. The rooms are quite private and not overlooked. One small suggestion, perhaps a couple of towel hooks in the 2 toilets would be handy! There is a pretty patio which we did not use due to bad weather. Finally, the lady caretaker was polite, prompt and patient and lives locally. She was available on telephone for any assistance, although her English is minimal and our French almost non existent! All in all, a fabulous place!
